I'm Trish — a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, personality disorders, and the kind of stuck feeling that can seem impossible to explain to someone who hasn't lived it. My background is deep in complex, high-stakes mental health work, and I bring that clinical grounding into a private practice setting that feels nothing like a clinical office. I work with adults who are genuinely ready to understand themselves better and make real changes. If you're looking for someone who will listen carefully and also tell you the truth, you're in the right place. I also accept several major insurance plans, so therapy doesn't have to mean a full out-of-pocket commitment.

Hello, and welcome! My introduction to the counseling field began while working within therapeutic group homes that served children through adults experiencing mental health struggles. This experience, both enriching and meaningful, inspired my interest in pursuing counseling. I was deeply moved by the varying degrees of challenging life experiences that we are all tasked with navigating and the ways we attempt to cope, gain insight from, and hopefully transform our adverse circumstances. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and since, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients in both inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy settings, and more recently, at a college counseling clinic at the University of Montana. Within these programs, I’ve helped clients address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, academic challenges, relationships, identity changes, sexuality, and general life stressors.
I am grateful that I can work to help individuals navigate the evolving nature of their lives by providing unconditional positive regard, encouragement, and supportive guidance.
I have been a therapist and worked in mental health for many years. I truly love my job. I know that I cannot help every person I meet, but I am committed to offering kindness and my best efforts to do exactly that. I aim to offer clients kindness, make them feel more comfortable with even uncomfortable conversations and cheer them on as they heal on this journey.

I have worked with a range of populations, nearly all ages, and also have experience with addiction treatment and life-coaching. Some of the problems I am particularly keen on solving with my clients include issues with self-image and confidence; dating and relationships; boundary-setting and assertive communication; as well as general anxiety management; and learning to identify and productively resolve emotional unrest. I am also very experienced in cognitive restructuring, which is just a fancy way of saying helping to change the way a person thinks about the world and their place in it. I also enjoy aiding people in goal setting and identification, meaning-making, and navigating family conflicts. If you feel any of this could be helpful or useful to you, please do not hesitate to reach out!

I would describe my work as collaborative. I believe that people are the experts on themselves, and that my job is to collaborate with them to help them build the life that they want. In my work with clients, I take the time to get to know who they are, what their life has been like, what are their struggles and what are their strengths.
I really enjoy talking about life in general and I hope to bring that to the therapy. I look at sessions like a conversation about psychology while providing structure to achieve goals. This philosophy supports being a person who needs to learn and grow.

As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you, focusing on your specific needs to help you feel comfortable, accepted, and understood without judgment. I work with people navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, relationship struggles, grief, and the overwhelm of a disordered life. My clients are often ready to establish more balance but feel stuck, unsure of how to cope or manage themselves and their relationships. I’m here to help you build the tools to make that balance a reality.
I draw from a flexible mix of approaches, tailored to you. This includes evidence-based trauma methods—like trauma-focused therapy—alongside client-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing. Whether we’re addressing painful memories or finding practical ways to improve communication, I adjust my style to fit what you need most.
I believe that if every human being had someone to provide them with unconditional positive regard, especially during the formative years of childhood, our world would be a safer place. Unfortunately, many of us don’t even make it through childhood without wounds from emotionally painful experiences. Sometimes the consequences of these experiences are long-lasting and can impact our well-being, relationships, and work. Fortunately, therapy can help. I have worked in community and university settings for the past 9 years, and I have experience treating a variety of mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, marriage/family issues, and communication challenges.
I’m Cindy, a psychotherapist who believes that meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves. I work with individuals struggling with addiction and its impact on loved ones, depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and those navigating life’s transitions or searching for a greater sense of meaning and purpose.
Sometimes we repeat patterns that no longer serve us, carrying negative beliefs about ourselves without fully understanding where they came from. Together, we can explore those patterns, uncover their origins, and begin to see ourselves and our lives differently.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I believe that feeling safe enough to be honest about who we are, including the parts we’d rather hide, is essential to healing. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know where to begin.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, recovering from painful experiences, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, discover new possibilities, and build a life you no longer feel the need to escape from.

Hi, I'm Assal. I've been a therapist for 13 years, helping young adults and adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and the stress that comes with balancing life's many demands.
Many of my clients come to therapy during periods of change or uncertainty. They may be starting college, launching a career, navigating dating and relationships, working through unhealthy relationship patterns, adjusting to parenthood, caring for family members, or questioning what they want from the next chapter of life. Others feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and are looking to regain a sense of confidence, direction, and purpose.
My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what's really going on. Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, while building on your strengths and helping you move toward the life you want.
Hi everyone! My name is Amy.

My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where I can assist you in processing and gaining control of your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, and lifestyle balance. I empower people to overcome the burden of anxiety.
I am interested in working with teenagers and adults. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, behavioral issues, anger management, relationship problems, life transitions, stress management, and behavioral activation/motivation. In session, we will learn to identify how our thinking affects our feelings and actions. My role is to challenge you and teach you how to help yourself. My goal is to give you realistic tools to cope with stressors and form a healthy relationship with yourself and the people in your life.
I have over twenty years of experience as a licensed social worker working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. I obtained my bachelors and masters degree in social work from the University of Akron and am a licensed clinical social worker with the State of Pennsylvania and am licensed in Ohio as well.
You’ve been carrying a lot, and you don’t have to sort through it alone.
I’m a therapist who draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with mindfulness woven in. In practice, that means we’ll work together to understand the thoughts and patterns that keep you stuck, build practical skills for handling them, and make room for what matters most to you so you can move toward the life you want.
I especially value working with people healing from trauma. Whatever you’ve lived through, you are a survivor, and that strength deserves to be seen. I’ll listen closely to your story and take my lead from you. Your goals set the direction, and I bring the tools and support to help you get there.
If you’re ready to take a first step, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing in Pennsylvania for 4 years. I provide a calming and relaxed approach to therapy centered around validation and acceptance of your experience that can allow for a better understanding of what you can and cannot control in your life. From this perspective, we can better understand how to approach any difficulties that occur in your life.
I have been working in the field of counseling since 2007. Specialties include: Teenagers and young adults with anxiety, depression, borderline personalities, and LGBTQ+. I enjoy the teenage population because they are the most overlooked. I received my LPC license in 2020 after working in the field for 13 years. I have worked in the field of drug and alcohol, private practice, school settings doing wrap-around, and inpatient settings. In my downtime, I enjoy coaching soccer and reffing, along with many other sports, with my 7 kids and 2 grandbabies.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients across the lifespan, including children, teens, and adults. I’m certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I integrate mindfulness as a core component of my therapeutic approach. I hold specialized certifications in treating anxiety, depression, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), with a particular focus on working with veterans. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCPT). My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space that fosters trust and open communication. Together, we’ll develop a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and symptoms. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading and traveling with my husband.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience working in the fields of substance use and mental health. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), with extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
My approach to treatment is grounded in trauma-informed care and a strong belief in the power of self-awareness. I believe meaningful change begins when individuals take the time to understand themselves, their experiences, and how past events have shaped their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. Through this process of insight and reflection, individuals can begin to develop healthier coping strategies and create lasting change.
While therapy can provide guidance, support, and tools for growth, I also emphasize the importance of personal commitment and motivation in the recovery process. When individuals are willing to engage in that work, therapy can become a powerful space for healing, growth, and transformation.
As a therapist, the most important aspect of therapy is working together to create goals for therapy and create a path for meaningful change. Change is an element that is uncomfortable to most people, but by working together, we can establish lasting change through the use of each individuals strengths and by providing support. My approach is practical, I work from a cognitive perspective using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, exposure response prevention, and positive psychology.

I approach my work from a psychodynamic perspective, meaning I try to help clients explore the deeper roots that keep them stuck in unhelpful patterns or self-destructive behaviors. I view this as a collaborative process where I merge my wisdom and expertise of psychology with the wisdom and expertise I believe people have on themselves - whether or not they are currently aware of it. I strive to cultivate a genuine therapeutic relationship where exploration of the past and present can occur safely and all parts of one's self can be witnessed and addressed without judgement.
In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my German Shepherd, Dozier, creative writing, reading, being outdoors, lifting weights, spending time with friends, and traveling.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey!
