Transformation! Therapy changed my life many years ago. which motivated me to help others do the same. For 28 years, I've had the honor of engaging with people to heal from emotional pain and ineffective patterns that keep them from living the life they long for.
My approach is genuine, caring and respectful to clients. You'll be accepted and we'll start right where you are and with your story. My interventions are based on clinical evidence, and you can read about the proven methods I use below. However, because of my experience as a client, I know it takes a real connection and genuine kindness to make it all work.
Hello, my name is Eric Dungan and I'm a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Worker. I attended University of Louisville. I specialize in PTSD, Grief, loss, Depression, Anxiety, Marriage and Family and Anger Management. I have years of experience in the field of mental health care. I strive to help people attain their maximum potential in all aspects of their lives, using several different treatments modalities. All sessions are focused, to provide a nonjudgmental and objective environment to help the patient view their struggles with a new objective and fair perspective towards themselves and other significant people and events in their lives.
My name is Jeffrey, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan, and a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. I have also been an ordained Lutheran pastor since 1989. My professional career began as an Associate Pastor in a Lutheran church in northwest Ohio, where I focused on youth ministry, Christian Education, and pastoral counseling. I entered Social Work in 1995 when I began work as a Family Worker in a residential facility for hard to place juvenile offenders, and then worked in a few outpatient counseling agencies providing mental health and substance use disorder services. I have experience working with people of all ages on general mental health issues, such as managing depression and anxiety, and have specialized in the areas of PTSD recovery and domestic violence and sexual abuse victims and offenders. Throughout my counseling career, I have maintained activity in ministry. I was trained in Clinical Pastoral Counseling and also have had training as a Spiritual Director.
My counseling approach is generally non-directive, using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in a Solution Focused, Client Centered frame work. I can incorporate spirituality as much or as little as the client desires, from not referencing spirituality at all to fully engaging the spiritual dimension of life. As a caring, empathetic listener, people find it easy to talk with me and be open about what needs attention in their lives.
I look forward to working with you!
I'm glad that you're looking for help with whatever brought you here. I believe that therapy can be a supportive space for you and I to explore your journey. I facilitate this exploration through being attentive to you and your needs, noticing the effects of your experiences on your sense of self. We can also examine together how culture, society, and family influence our worlds, emotions, and identities.
I've been practicing in school and community based settings since 2018, and received my independent license in 2023. Through working with a wide range of ages and populations, I've came to appreciate how hurt and pain are hard to carry alone, and I'm honored to be present on that journey with you. I also offer services in both English and Mandarin/Chinese. Sliding fee appointments for those in need.
If I could sit beside my younger self and tell her one thing, I would say, “You are not broken. You are responding to what you’ve been through. Be gentle with yourself. One day, the healing you are fighting for will become someone else’s hope.”
Hi, I’m Cherita Griffin, MS-LPCC-S (Ohio), LPC (Georgia), NCC, CYT, SEL-F, C-DBT, CMIP, ADHD-CCSP. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement, and for more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult seasons.
My work is deeply personal to me because I understand that healing is more than a clinical process, it’s human. It’s learning to feel safe again. It’s finding your voice. It’s setting boundaries without guilt, giving yourself permission to rest, and learning that you don’t have to keep surviving when you are ready to begin living.
I specialize in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying everything on their own.
Together, we gently uncover what hurts, make sense of what you’ve experienced, and begin rebuilding from a place of compassion rather than shame. I integrate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and holistic, somatic-informed practices to support the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.
**Here, you don’t have to have it all together.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
You can finally exhale.**
Healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about finding your way back to yourself—the parts of you that life may have taught you to silence, shrink, or leave behind.
You are worthy of healing.
You are worthy of peace.
And you don’t have to walk toward it alone.

I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and family-related stress.

I have been in the mental health field for over 8 years working as a caser manager for kids 6 to 17, working at a rehab facility, working as a substance abuse counselor in a prison and running my private practice. I offer EMDR, Trauma Informed CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness based approaches. Are you riding the hot mess express? When is the last time you had a good cry and not because you are angry? Do you feel like a robot and/or don't know what you want and need? Do you know exactly why you do what you do and still can't make any changes? Have you got in trouble because you used unhealthy coping skills and wants to learn how to do different? I have helped people from many different backgrounds and lived experiences get to a point where there they can live the life they want and not the one their past has created for them. I only have two rules for my clients: "you aren't allowed to say sorry because you didn't do anything wrong" and "you are allowed to tell me no". I use whatever method my client needs to help either process the past or learn new skills in the present. Not all therapy requires you to process the past.
Let's navigate life together. I have experience in helping clients with anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. Hello! I’m Shaunté Rogers, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of counseling. Finding the right fit matters, and I understand how difficult it can be to open up when the connection does not feel safe, supportive, or genuine. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, receptive, and nonjudgmental—where you feel heard, accepted, and free to explore your own journey at your own pace.
As a therapist, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for women, college students, and healthcare professionals who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, and stress-related concerns. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals.
I strive to help clients build confidence, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more empowered in their daily lives. Through therapy, clients can learn to manage anxiety more effectively, strengthen their sense of self-worth, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports both emotional well-being and personal growth.

Welcome! I'm Brittany Byers, LISW-S. I received by Masters in Social Work from Walden University and have been practicing since 2015. I've worked in community mental health and addiction services, but for the last 3 years, I've been doing telehealth therapy helping clients manage their mental health and addiction issues.
Enough about me. Let's take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, trauma, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
I’m glad you reached out for support. Taking that step can require courage and strength. Many of the adults I work with are doing their best to hold everything together but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, health concerns, difficult past experiences, or a major change in your life. You may also be facing grief, relationship challenges, questions about who you are, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
I believe therapy should feel human, compassionate, and practical rather than clinical or cold. I offer a space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore what you are going through without judgment. Together, we can look at what is weighing on you, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools that support you in daily life. If you are feeling stuck, tired, or ready for something to change, I’m here to help you take the next step.
Our first session is a chance for me to listen and learn more about you and what brought you to therapy. You will have space to talk openly about what has been difficult and what you would like to change. We can begin identifying what is weighing on you, the strengths you already have, and practical ways therapy can support you. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving at a pace that works for you.
I work with adults in Ohio, Arizona, and Nevada who may look like they are managing well on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, health concerns, life changes, relationship challenges, grief, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) based in Ohio. I received my Master's in Social Work from Ohio University and have been practicing for 6 years. I've helped individuals 5 to 65 years of age struggling with things such as various mood disorders, anxiety, and addiction become the best versions of themselves. Being trained as a Social Worker, I strongly believe that people should be treated with respect and care, regardless of their life circumstances. I am intentional when working with clients to partner with them in setting goals, changing behaviors, and addressing symptoms to help empower and encourage them to be the version of themselves they want to be.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, and patterns that leave them stuck, even when they understand where those patterns came from. People who are used to overthinking, carrying emotional weight quietly, and trying to hold everything together while feeling disconnected internally or in their relationships. My work focuses on helping you move beyond just understanding yourself to actually living differently by building emotional awareness, strengthening boundaries, and creating meaningful, lasting, and intentional change.
Welcome! Providing 100% virtual therapy statewide across Ohio.

My Expertise & Training
I am Rachael, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio. To give you the highest level of care, I hold two Master’s degrees in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family, allowing me to help you navigate communication breakdowns and complex relationship dynamics.
I am also currently completing my Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling, specializing in Traumatology. I utilize an enriched, holistic approach and evidence-based, practical tools to help your nervous system settle, allowing you to bounce back and thrive.
I'm Kassandra, a Licensed Independent Social Worker trained at Case Western Reserve University. My clinical foundation was built doing crisis intervention and specialized trauma work with survivors of sexual assault, child abuse, and sex trafficking before. I became independently licensed. That experience isn't a line on a resume. It's the reason. I can sit with the hardest things clients bring in without needing them to minimize, manage, or explain themselves first. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults individually and with couples. I'm explicitly LGBTQIA+-affirming and have experience with transgender and identity-related concerns. I offer telehealth across Ohio and accept insurance through Grow.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 15 years of experience, I work with adults and couples to help them build healthier relationships, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I also have experience supporting individuals during the prenatal and postpartum periods, recognizing the unique emotional and life adjustments that can come with expanding your family.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create an environment where you feel genuinely seen, accepted, and understood. You can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. After all, we're only human.
I enjoy helping people make sense of their experiences by combining compassion with practical tools and meaningful insight. I'm naturally curious and creative in my thinking, and I often incorporate psychoeducation to help clients better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences. While I take my clients and their struggles seriously, I also believe there is room for humor and lightness in the healing process when the moment calls for it.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build confidence in yourself, and rediscover hope.

I have been an educator since 1987 and have practiced with families, mostly office based starting in 1988, then home based, and with the new technologies I have been working virtually.
I am a licensed social worker in Ohio. I was previously licensed in Iowa. I have worked in residential treatment for children and outpatient mental health for adolescents and adults.
I have owned and operated Adoption Partners LLC over 20 years, working with families who are thinking about adoption to post adoption support and case management. I participate in searching records to help adopted people or siblings of adopted people to make connections/gather family history. Wherever you are in your adoption journey, I am here to help.
My experience has been helpful to blended families who are struggling. There are often parallels to the adoptive parents and step-parent experience.
