I offer a warm, compassionate, and grounded space where you can feel understood and supported as you work through anxiety, overwhelm, relationship stress, and long‑standing patterns that no longer serve you. My approach is flexible and collaborative—I tailor each session to your needs by blending CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance‑based work, and mindfulness strategies. Together, we’ll identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build present‑moment awareness, and uncover old behaviors that may be interfering in your current life. Clients describe my style as calming, validating, and practical—I offer both insight and actionable tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your path forward.
I am an LCSW and LISW licensed in multiple states the the midwest and the south. I see all of my clients on line for now. I love to provide a safe and comfortable environment for people to share their problems and issues with me. I believe in meeting people where they are, regardless of race, gender, or social/economic status. I work mostly with young adults struggling with life challenges such as relationship issues, job stress, self esteem, and substance abuse issues. I also have a specialty in working with people with Borderline Personality Disorders, and helping others who may have a parent or loved on with BPD. I believe in being honest, protecting my client's privacy, and following therapeutic approaches based on evidence based practice.
I have been in the mental health field for over 8 years working as a caser manager for kids 6 to 17, working at a rehab facility, working as a substance abuse counselor in a prison and running my private practice. I offer EMDR, Trauma Informed CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness based approaches. Are you riding the hot mess express? When is the last time you had a good cry and not because you are angry? Do you feel like a robot and/or don't know what you want and need? Do you know exactly why you do what you do and still can't make any changes? Have you got in trouble because you used unhealthy coping skills and wants to learn how to do different? I have helped people from many different backgrounds and lived experiences get to a point where there they can live the life they want and not the one their past has created for them. I only have two rules for my clients: "you aren't allowed to say sorry because you didn't do anything wrong" and "you are allowed to tell me no". I use whatever method my client needs to help either process the past or learn new skills in the present. Not all therapy requires you to process the past.

Outside of therapy, I provide forensic mental health evaluations for individuals navigating the immigration process.
Hello, I'm Brianna but most people call me Bri. I create a warm, welcoming and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, challenge unhelpful thought patterns and build practical coping skills. I’ve had the honor of supporting clients across all stages of life, from young children to older adults. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, roller skating, singing, and embracing creative hobbies.
Hi, I’m Jessica Vargas LCSW, LISW and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. Life can become overwhelming, whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, stress, major life changes, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical. I work collaboratively with each client to understand what is happening beneath the surface while developing realistic tools and strategies that can create meaningful change. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Your experiences, goals, and strengths are unique, and our work together should reflect that.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be struggling with emotional challenges, relationship concerns, communication, self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, stress, or other challenges that are making it difficult to feel like themselves. For couples, I provide a supportive space to improve communication, understand patterns within the relationship, and work toward a healthier connection.
As a therapist, I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself—even when things feel messy or difficult. My goal isn’t simply to help you get through a challenging moment, but to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your ability to cope, and develop skills that continue to serve you beyond therapy.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. If you’re ready to make a change, I’m here to help you take that first step.

I'm Kassandra, a Licensed Independent Social Worker trained at Case Western Reserve University. My clinical foundation was built doing crisis intervention and specialized trauma work with survivors of sexual assault, child abuse, and sex trafficking before. I became independently licensed. That experience isn't a line on a resume. It's the reason. I can sit with the hardest things clients bring in without needing them to minimize, manage, or explain themselves first. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults individually and with couples. I'm explicitly LGBTQIA+-affirming and have experience with transgender and identity-related concerns. I offer telehealth across Ohio and accept insurance through Grow.

# Welcome to The Unraveling Room.
For more than 25 years, I have worked in community mental health, crisis intervention, and hospital-based psychiatric practice.
I've learned something along the way:
**People are complicated.**
I'm comfortable there.
Maybe your story includes trauma, bipolar disorder, depression, personality disorders, chronic pain, complex medical conditions, or functional seizures (PNES). Maybe you've collected diagnoses, medications, specialists, and years of therapy—and still feel that no one quite understands the whole story.
**You are not a diagnosis.**
And you are not a problem waiting for the right therapeutic technique.
You are a story.
I don't fear your anger. Your intensity. Your contradictions. Your messy history. Or the part of your story you've been afraid to say out loud.
**Bring it.**
I am an active therapist. I listen deeply, but I also ask questions. I notice patterns. I make connections. I challenge when I believe it matters.
We may laugh.
We may work on practical skills.
And sometimes we will sit together with something neither of us can fix.
Medication can be an important tool. Medical care matters. When appropriate, I will collaborate with your psychiatric or medical providers.
But **the relationship matters.**
Twenty-five years of experience cannot replace what happens between two people in a therapy room.
And I am not the therapist for everyone.
If you want someone to mostly listen, I may not be your therapist.
But if you want someone willing to enter the labyrinth with you—to ask difficult questions, follow unexpected turns, and stay when things get uncomfortable—we might fit.
Our lives are patterns woven from countless threads.
Some we chose.
Some were handed to us.
Some held us together.
Some became knots.
**We don't unravel you.**
We unravel the pattern.
**Bring your story. Bring the threads.**
Let's see where they lead.
Transformation! Therapy changed my life many years ago. which motivated me to help others do the same. For 28 years, I've had the honor of engaging with people to heal from emotional pain and ineffective patterns that keep them from living the life they long for.
My approach is genuine, caring and respectful to clients. You'll be accepted and we'll start right where you are and with your story. My interventions are based on clinical evidence, and you can read about the proven methods I use below. However, because of my experience as a client, I know it takes a real connection and genuine kindness to make it all work.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating challenges related to mental health, substance use, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and other difficult life experiences, but then working through those walls that often keep us from thriving and living our best life.
My approach is compassionate, supportive, and person-centered. I believe therapy should provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, talking openly about what you are experiencing, and working toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from my extensive clinical experience to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns while developing practical coping skills and healthier ways of managing life's challenges.
I understand that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my goal is to meet you where you are while helping you identify your strengths and move toward where you want to be. Whether you are struggling with mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, stress, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to provide genuine, individualized support that helps you create a renewed sense of direction in your life.

You may also be experiencing recent or past trauma that you, "just can't get over", so you suffer in silence, being re-traumatized. Well, you don't have to work through these difficult times alone. Let's Talk.

If I could write a letter to my younger self, I would tell her this: You are not broken. You are responding to what you’ve been through. And one day, your healing will become someone else’s hope. Hi, I’m Cherita Griffin, MS, LPCC-S, NCC, CYT, SEL-F, C-DBT, CMIP—a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement who has spent over 20 years supporting people through mental health challenges. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who deeply understands that healing is not just clinical… it’s personal. I’m also a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), Social Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL-F), Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (C-DBT), and Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP), allowing me to integrate both evidence-based practices and holistic approaches into the work we do together. I specialize in helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves find their way back to clarity, confidence, and peace. In our work together, we don’t just talk, we gently uncover, process, and rebuild. I combine evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and Social Emotional Learning with a compassionate, real, and non-judgmental space.
This is a place where:
• You don’t have to have it all together
• You don’t have to carry everything alone
• You can finally exhale
Healing is not about becoming someone new, it’s about returning to who you were before life taught you to shrink, question yourself, or survive in silence.
You deserve to feel whole, worthy, and at peace.
