While a deep passion lies in advocating for children and supporting those navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), the practice also welcomes adults seeking to process past challenges or better understand their neurodivergent minds. Through convenient, statewide telehealth, premium clinical care meets your family exactly where you are in Ohio—whether balancing school routines or a busy adult work schedule. Throughout almost 8 years in the field, I've worked across various clinical settings such as K-12 schools, medical college, residential facilities, outpatient & community mental health settings, and substance use facilities.

First session

Your very first session is entirely about relief, safety, and clarity. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. Instead, you or your child will experience a welcoming, low-stress environment where the primary goal is simply to get comfortable with the telehealth space and ensure you feel heard. Together, the time will be spent exploring your current struggles, identifying your unique strengths, and clarifying what meaningful change looks like for you. Rather than jumping straight into intense processing, this initial conversation focuses on building a trusted partnership. You will walk away with a clear, collaborative roadmap of how future sessions—whether utilizing EMDR, TF-CBT, or neurodiversity-affirming approaches—will help you achieve your goals.

Strengths

You will experience a space where your deepest pain is met with steady, unfiltered presence and absolute safety. This work chose me because your story deserves a listener who does not flinch at heavy things. Clinically, you gain access to specialized, structured trauma protocols like EMDR and TF-CBT. This means your sessions provide far more than just a listening ear; you get a clear, evidence-based roadmap designed to help your nervous system finally heal.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is someone who has faced real struggles in life, feels stuck, and is truly ready for a meaningful change. Whether navigating the complexities of growing up, managing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or working through difficult past experiences, the primary requirement is a genuine desire to learn and heal. This space is built for both children and adults who are tired of just getting by and are ready to actively build a mind and body that feel secure. If you or your child are looking for an authentic partner to help translate a willingness to change into actual, lasting growth, you will find exactly what you need here.

Treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Think of therapy like going on a big journey. You are the captain of the ship because nobody knows your life better than you do! My job isn't to boss you around or tell you what to do. Instead, I am your co-captain, walking right alongside you to help you figure out the best path. This means our sessions are completely built around you—your feelings, your choices, and what matters most to your life. Instead of only looking at what is broken or hard, we will spend a lot of time looking at your superpowers. Everyone has things they are already really good at—like being kind, being a great artist, or being a hard worker. We will find those hidden strengths inside you and use them like tools to solve the tough stuff. Together, we will turn the things you are already good at into the keys that help you heal, grow, and feel safe.
