Hi there! I've been working and assisting clients for 18 years. That's a lot of anguish, sadness, hurt and anxiety I have helped people face and move forward into a world they want to live. I love meeting and working with people of all communities. This often includes clients focusing on mood disorders, self-esteem and anxiety. I also love working with people who are LGBTQGIA2S+. I have a casual and humorous approach, but don't let that fool you. I take my work with my clients very seriously and work hard to help them move out of pain, suffering and difficulty. The hope is that they are then able to realize, accept and take initiative to define and live out the life to which they aspire.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. I received my master's degree education from Purdue University Northwest. I have experience in working with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief/loss, and adjustment disorders.
Outside of private practice, I work as a therapist in the schools and with non-profit agencies in the community.
Hello, I am Chrissy Dingledine. I was born and raised in Ohio and in the past few years I moved to North Carolina. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my Master's in Social Work in 2012. I am currently independently licensed in Ohio and North Carolina.
I have had a range of experience from providing crisis and solution focused treatment in a jail setting, providing holistic and solution focused treatment in a medical clinic, and providing care to adolescents in the school setting. Each setting has helped me grow as a provider and a person. One commonality from each experience is that we are all human and we all need support throughout our lives, and there is no shame in this. I am here to provide you with a safe space where you can speak openly and honestly. I want you to feel supported, seen and heard as you share personal details of your life. Together, we will work on finding ways to improve your well-being so you feel more confident in your lifestyle.
Anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. Whether you're navigating stress, divorce, family conflict, or other significant life changes, therapy can help you build the tools and confidence to move forward.
I'm Monique, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Mindfulness Practitioner. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy using a holistic, systemic approach that recognizes the connection between your relationships, experiences, and emotional well-being. Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship and family concerns, conflict, crisis, divorce, adjustment issues, and life transitions. I work with adults and college students, creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment where you can feel heard and empowered.
I also offer clinical consultation regarding Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Psychiatric Service Dogs when appropriate as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Telehealth services are available in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia.
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the State of Ohio who has over 20 years of experience treating a variety of mental health conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, children, families, and couples. I have a special heart for adults who have already been diagnosed with ADHD or suspect they may have it, as I myself was diagnosed with it as an adult. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities in session such as CBT, DBT, and person centered/eclectic approaches. Additionally, I am a Christian and use this belief system in the therapy session for those who desire it, while also respecting people who believe differently. I have worked extensively with people who have undergone trauma in their lives, as well as people who are grieving and questioning things spiritually. Essentially, we all have the same needs, and often the similar wounds. I will meet you where you are and walk with you on the path to healing.
As a board-certified clinical counselor, I believe that prioritizing your mental wellness is crucial. Seeking help can often be the hardest step, so I'm glad you've embarked on this journey. With over 20 years of experience in therapy, I am committed to providing the support you need and guiding you on the path to success. I understand the demands of life and the courage it takes to share your personal struggles. I am honored to earn your trust and will come alongside you to help you on your journey to mental wellness. I work with adults age 20 and over, and people often describe me as accepting, empathetic, and real — with a sense of humor that helps therapy feel approachable and genuine. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals.
My approach blends humor, honesty, and evidence-based strategies to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns (like cognitive distortions) and promote self-acceptance. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. If something here resonates with you, send me a message — I’d be happy to talk about how we can work together.

Samantha Fooce has been working in the human services field since 1999. Her first position as an unlicensed (paraprofessional) “Crisis Counselor” was working midnight shift in 1999-2001 at Pathways Inc’s Crisis Center in Ashland, Ky. Since that time, she has had experience working as a Child Protective Services Case Manager, Crime Victim’s Advocate, Therapeutic Program Worker, School-Based Counselor, Chemical Dependency Counselor and as a Clinical Director prior to opening her own office in 2019. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio and have been in the field since 2013. I graduated from Miami University in 2013 with my bachelor's degree in psychology and worked as a case manager for a year, assisting adults with managing mental health symptoms. I also helped with medication management, and assisted with supporting them in daily living skills, before getting my master's degree in social work in 2016. Once I graduated with my Master's, I then worked at a community based correctional facility for 3 years as a mental health and addiction specialist. I completed diagnostic assessments and facilitated individual and group therapy sessions for mental health and addiction. From there, I began working at an inpatient behavioral health hospital and assisted patients there with acute mental health needs and helped to provide referrals for outpatient treatment. Since 2020, I have been working with clients doing individual therapy and have been growing my private practice. I find it rewarding to be able to work with clients long-term and get to know them as a person while meeting each individual where they are; what their struggles are, what their successes are, see progress they make in different areas of their lives, and develop a rapport that is respectful and supportive. I have been able to gain a great deal of experience over my 13 years with a very diverse background through promotion and advancement, in the mental health field, and those experiences help me to navigate my therapeutic approach to assist with being able to better serve clients while we are working together.

Hey hey! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker practicing in Arizona and Ohio. I strive to be effective in session, equip clients with practical skills, and make the most of our time together. My clinical practice is shaped not only by years of professional experience but also by my personal journey.
I obtained my Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of populations and communities—from providing counseling and case management, to supporting individuals who are HIV-positive or newly diagnosed, to working with homeless families, and offering emotional support to dialysis patients and others navigating medical conditions.
I have provided therapy to individuals, couples, and groups working through challenges such as communication issues, trauma, self‑esteem, anxiety, and major life adjustments. My goal is to create a supportive, grounded, and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to grow at their own pace.
Hi, I’m Dr. Gabrielle Reynolds, LISW-S – but you can call me Dr. G or Dr. Reynolds.
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people work through life’s ups and downs, whether that’s stress, anxiety, trauma, or just feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next.
I take a down-to-earth, supportive, and culturally aware approach to therapy. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and truly heard. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your lived experiences, and help you build tools that actually work for your life.
I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating big transitions, those juggling family and career stress, and people from marginalized communities who deserve a space to just be without judgment.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It’s a space to grow, vent, laugh, cry, and figure things out together. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect..
Thank you!

Hi, I’m Raven. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor in Ohio. I work with teens and adults, especially college students and young adults, who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, perfectionism, and the pressure to keep it all together.
These concerns are personal to me, too. I’ve experienced anxiety, ADHD, and perfectionism, and I know what it’s like to place high expectations on yourself, work hard to do well, and still question whether you’re good enough. I also know what it’s like to struggle on the inside while keeping it together on the outside, so other people don’t realize how much you’re carrying.
Your experience may look different from mine, and I want to get to know your story. Maybe you replay conversations, feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks, or have a hard time giving yourself credit for anything. Maybe you’re tired of being so hard on yourself but aren’t sure how to stop.
My style is warm, supportive, and honest. I’ll listen, help you make sense of what’s going on, and gently challenge you when it could help. Together, we’ll find ways to manage what feels difficult, build confidence, and make changes that fit your life.
You don’t have to impress me or have the right words. Come as you are—we’ll figure out where to start together.
I would love to take this next step in your journey with you and support and encourage you along the way!

I believe that the client needs to express the issues and trauma that they have along with being given coping skills and tools to deal with the symptoms associated with their issues.
I believe in being proactive. I don’t want the client to think that I’m just there listening and nodding my head. I want them to know that this is a collaborative process and I’m in it with them to help them become with self and overcome any obstacles in their way.

Therapy can be challenging due to life itself, and meaningful change rarely occurs overnight. Throughout my work as a therapist, I have found the best outcomes come when clients approach the process with openness, humility, and a willingness to engage in self-reflection and growth. I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy; instead, I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, goals, and experiences. My role is to support and guide clients through their journey, recognizing that therapy is ultimately what you make of it. Lasting change comes through consistent effort, collaboration, and trust in the process.

Hi, I’m Sema—and I get it.
I know that when you’re going through a difficult time, it can feel like no one truly hears you. Sometimes, even well-meaning people try to “fix” things without fully understanding what you're going through. That’s why I aim to offer something different: a safe, judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, connection, and collaboration. I believe in working alongside my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, identify the core of their challenges, and build practical tools to manage and move through them. Together, we don’t just talk about the problem—we work toward healing, growth, and long-term resilience.
I earned my LMSW from Wayne State University in 2016 and have since supported individuals navigating a wide range of challenges including mental health concerns, grief and loss, substance use, complex family dynamics, and the emotional toll of physical health issues. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrative therapeutic techniques that help clients reframe negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.
You don't have to do this alone. I'm here to support you, listen to you and walk with you through whatever you're facing.
Hi there! I'm Tammy, a clinical counselor licensed in Ohio and Nevada with over 29 years of experience in the helping profession.
I'm driven by a deep passion for inspiring and providing a safe space for others to find themselves.
My mission is to empower individuals who are committed to helping themselves.
Ms. Harmon-Rodriguez obtained Trauma-Focused CBT and CBT through the State of Ohio. She started her career as an MH Social Worker in 2002, working with dually diagnosed adults and children, which sparked her interest in the dually diagnosed population and family systems.
She has dedicated herself to her career in providing comprehensive holistic care for individuals and families. These early experiences shaped her passion for working in this industry for over 29 years.
I’m a clinical psychologist based in Ohio who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, identity concerns, and the pressure to “have it all together.” I take a genuinely collaborative approach to therapy and put a lot of care into building a strong, trusting relationship where you don’t have to censor yourself.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means we’ll focus less on “fixing” or fighting your feelings and more on getting clear about your values and building a life that feels meaningful to you. Instead of trying to shut emotions down, I help clients learn how to make space for feelings, respond with compassion, and use practical coping skills to stay present and move toward what matters most.
I’ve spent much of my career working with college and graduate students, so I’m familiar with the unique stressors of academic life, emerging adulthood, and major life transitions. I approach therapy through a lens of cultural humility, actively honoring how your race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, religion or spirituality, class background, and other identities shape your experiences. I work to create a space where your culture and identities are not just “respected,” but meaningfully integrated into our work together, and where your values and lived experience guide our goals and the way we move through therapy.
As a Certified Geek Therapist, I enjoy working with clients whose “geeky” interests—like video games, anime, superheroes, board games, and TTRPGs—are a meaningful part of their lives. Together, we can use your fandoms and favorite stories as tools for insight, coping, and growth, treating them as strengths rather than quirks you have to hide in therapy.
I’m Michael Woods Jr., a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 15 years of experience. I help people who are dealing with stress, pressure, and feeling stuck—even when things on the outside look like they should be working.
My approach is real and straightforward. I’m not just here to listen—I’m here to help you understand what’s actually going on and give you practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I focus a lot on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and how to start responding differently instead of reacting on autopilot.
A big part of my work is helping people build awareness, take ownership, and develop the mental skills needed to handle challenges more effectively. I also bring in my background in athletics and performance, so there’s an emphasis on consistency, discipline, and doing the work—not just talking about it.

I have been able to help so many veterans as well over the past 12+ years in my positions with US Service Animals, Simple, Practice, Grow Therapy and other telehealth platforms. I was an early adopter of telehealth and I have seen it. Make such a difference for so many people because of the comfort that is brought by being able to open up in an environment you know is safe, your own home/space. I take a solutions focused and a client centered approach. I am also insight oriented. I have a lot of insight when it comes to dealing with physical pain and disabilities as I have a visual disability since very young and suffered a TBI at age 24. I like to focus on what issues you are having and come up with coping mechanisms that will work for you. Dealing with the struggles I have had throughout my life has helped me work with people and develop creative and effective coping mechanisms for their specific issues. I have now lived and worked in several states with varying cultures and have benefited from all of these experiences. I have spent a lot of time in a hospital and work well with nurses and medical professionals as well. Please reach out if you think I can help and I will meet you where you are and see where we can go from here.
Hello, I'm Deborah Anderson. I've been a therapist for 20+ years. I went back to school following a medical retirement from the automotive industry. Due to being a non traditional student, I think I fell into what I was meant to do all along! My own personal life journey adds to the unique quality I bring to the therapeutic relationship.
I am a woman who grew up in a military family that has moved all around the world and changed many schools growing up. I started my career in juvenile corrections, then addiction studies, then mental health and now integrated healthcare. I specialize in the whole person and encouraging them to be the person they wish to be and seek to be. I have dealt with many adversities in my life as well as many amazing things that have occurred in my life. I use those experiences in my practice to empathize with my clients and remind them that all people experience things differently even if they are the same experiences. Individualized treatment is essential.
