New to Grow
Therapy can be challenging due to life itself, and meaningful change rarely occurs overnight. Throughout my work as a therapist, I have found the best outcomes come when clients approach the process with openness, humility, and a willingness to engage in self-reflection and growth. I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy; instead, I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, goals, and experiences. My role is to support and guide clients through their journey, recognizing that therapy is ultimately what you make of it. Lasting change comes through consistent effort, collaboration, and trust in the process.
I believe we all have a purpose, vision, and mission in life. Having faced adversity myself, I utilize my experiences to empower, support and guide treatment. I never assume to know everything nor assert I know the pain you carry, for I believe you are the expert of your own story. If you allow me to walk alongside of you, we can grow together. I work to earn your trust is and accept it is not given. Through patience, respect, collaboration, and compassion, the work we begin can help you on your path towards healing and self-empowerment. Regardless of background or belief, your story matters, and I am here to serve!
I enjoy bringing a thoughtful presence to sessions, creating space to explore the deeper dimensions of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I value helping clients uncover truth, bringing clarity to what may feel hidden or overwhelming, and building a strong foundation for growth and healing. I also believe in the importance of slowing down—allowing space for reflection and responding intentionally rather than reactively. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and centered on truly understanding each client’s unique story and needs.
My ideal clients are young adults and adults who are open to the therapeutic process and willing to engage in meaningful self-reflection and growth. I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, dysfunction, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal development. They don't need to have all the answers—just a willingness to be curious, honest, and committed to creating positive change.

I identify as
Christian Counseling
In session I allow the Holy spirit to lead us towards central focused goals. As a therapist I employ being quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Whatever your goals for counseling, if you approve, we can incorporate scripture in session to address anxiety, depression self-esteem, etc. My goal is to support clients in fostering healing, growth, and resilience in a way that honors both their spiritual and mental health needs.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. Through a collaborative and goal-oriented process, I support clients in developing practical coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and building healthier perspectives. CBT interventions are tailored to each individual's needs and are grounded in evidence-based practices that promote lasting change. I work with clients to apply these skills in their daily lives, fostering greater resilience, self-awareness, and confidence.
Eclectic
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet each client's unique needs, goals, and strengths. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I integrate techniques from different therapeutic approaches to create a personalized treatment plan. This flexibility allows me to adapt interventions as clients grow and their needs evolve throughout the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide practical, individualized support that promotes meaningful and lasting change.
EMDR
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process distressing experiences, reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories, and develop more adaptive beliefs about themselves and their experiences. EMDR supports the brain's natural healing process through structured protocols that incorporate bilateral stimulation while focusing on specific memories, thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. I carefully assess each client's readiness for EMDR and prioritize creating a sense of safety and stability throughout the process. This approach can help clients move beyond feeling stuck and experience lasting relief from the effects of trauma, anxiety, and other emotionally challenging experiences.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and coping effectively with stress. DBT emphasizes the balance between acceptance and change, helping clients develop greater self-awareness while working toward meaningful personal goals. In practice, I incorporate skills related to mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to support lasting growth. This approach can be especially helpful for individuals who feel overwhelmed by their emotions or struggle with patterns that interfere with their well-being and relationships.
