Hi there! I've been working and assisting clients for 18 years. That's a lot of anguish, sadness, hurt and anxiety I have helped people face and move forward into a world they want to live. I love meeting and working with people of all communities. This often includes clients focusing on mood disorders, self-esteem and anxiety. I also love working with people who are LGBTQGIA2S+. I have a casual and humorous approach, but don't let that fool you. I take my work with my clients very seriously and work hard to help them move out of pain, suffering and difficulty. The hope is that they are then able to realize, accept and take initiative to define and live out the life to which they aspire.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. I received my master's degree education from Purdue University Northwest. I have experience in working with a variety of issues including, but not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief/loss, and adjustment disorders.
Outside of private practice, I work as a therapist in the schools and with non-profit agencies in the community.

I utilize a variety of treatment modalities in session such as CBT, DBT, and person centered/eclectic approaches. Additionally, I am a Christian and use this belief system in the therapy session for those who desire it, while also respecting people who believe differently. I have worked extensively with people who have undergone trauma in their lives, as well as people who are grieving and questioning things spiritually. Essentially, we all have the same needs, and often the similar wounds. I will meet you where you are and walk with you on the path to healing.

I know how the struggle affects a person and with the skills that I have acquired over thirty years of work I know how to help someone be successful. There is no subject or experience that I won't or haven't broached. If I don't know how to do it, I will find out how to make you successful. I prefer that you contact me directly to schedule as I have 2 schedules that don't sync. PLEASE contact me first. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio and have been in the field since 2013. I graduated from Miami University in 2013 with my bachelor's degree in psychology and worked as a case manager for a year, assisting adults with managing mental health symptoms. I also helped with medication management, and assisted with supporting them in daily living skills, before getting my master's degree in social work in 2016. Once I graduated with my Master's, I then worked at a community based correctional facility for 3 years as a mental health and addiction specialist. I completed diagnostic assessments and facilitated individual and group therapy sessions for mental health and addiction. From there, I began working at an inpatient behavioral health hospital and assisted patients there with acute mental health needs and helped to provide referrals for outpatient treatment. Since 2020, I have been working with clients doing individual therapy and have been growing my private practice. I find it rewarding to be able to work with clients long-term and get to know them as a person while meeting each individual where they are; what their struggles are, what their successes are, see progress they make in different areas of their lives, and develop a rapport that is respectful and supportive. I have been able to gain a great deal of experience over my 13 years with a very diverse background through promotion and advancement, in the mental health field, and those experiences help me to navigate my therapeutic approach to assist with being able to better serve clients while we are working together.
Hi! In my work over the years, I have had the pleasure to see my clients succeed at life! I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and we will meet wherever you are and take you wherever you want to go. I look forward to working with you!

Life can feel heavy sometimes—and trying to hold it all together gets exhausting. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone. Therapy can be challenging due to life itself, and meaningful change rarely occurs overnight. Throughout my work as a therapist, I have found the best outcomes come when clients approach the process with openness, humility, and a willingness to engage in self-reflection and growth. I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy; instead, I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, goals, and experiences. My role is to support and guide clients through their journey, recognizing that therapy is ultimately what you make of it. Lasting change comes through consistent effort, collaboration, and trust in the process.

Hi, I’m Sema—and I get it.
I know that when you’re going through a difficult time, it can feel like no one truly hears you. Sometimes, even well-meaning people try to “fix” things without fully understanding what you're going through. That’s why I aim to offer something different: a safe, judgment-free space where you feel genuinely heard.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, connection, and collaboration. I believe in working alongside my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, identify the core of their challenges, and build practical tools to manage and move through them. Together, we don’t just talk about the problem—we work toward healing, growth, and long-term resilience.
I earned my LMSW from Wayne State University in 2016 and have since supported individuals navigating a wide range of challenges including mental health concerns, grief and loss, substance use, complex family dynamics, and the emotional toll of physical health issues. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrative therapeutic techniques that help clients reframe negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.
You don't have to do this alone. I'm here to support you, listen to you and walk with you through whatever you're facing.
Hi there! I'm Tammy, a clinical counselor licensed in Ohio and Nevada with over 29 years of experience in the helping profession.
I'm driven by a deep passion for inspiring and providing a safe space for others to find themselves.
My mission is to empower individuals who are committed to helping themselves.
Ms. Harmon-Rodriguez obtained Trauma-Focused CBT and CBT through the State of Ohio. She started her career as an MH Social Worker in 2002, working with dually diagnosed adults and children, which sparked her interest in the dually diagnosed population and family systems.
She has dedicated herself to her career in providing comprehensive holistic care for individuals and families. These early experiences shaped her passion for working in this industry for over 29 years.
I’m a clinical psychologist based in Ohio who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, identity concerns, and the pressure to “have it all together.” I take a genuinely collaborative approach to therapy and put a lot of care into building a strong, trusting relationship where you don’t have to censor yourself.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means we’ll focus less on “fixing” or fighting your feelings and more on getting clear about your values and building a life that feels meaningful to you. Instead of trying to shut emotions down, I help clients learn how to make space for feelings, respond with compassion, and use practical coping skills to stay present and move toward what matters most.
I’ve spent much of my career working with college and graduate students, so I’m familiar with the unique stressors of academic life, emerging adulthood, and major life transitions. I approach therapy through a lens of cultural humility, actively honoring how your race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, religion or spirituality, class background, and other identities shape your experiences. I work to create a space where your culture and identities are not just “respected,” but meaningfully integrated into our work together, and where your values and lived experience guide our goals and the way we move through therapy.
As a Certified Geek Therapist, I enjoy working with clients whose “geeky” interests—like video games, anime, superheroes, board games, and TTRPGs—are a meaningful part of their lives. Together, we can use your fandoms and favorite stories as tools for insight, coping, and growth, treating them as strengths rather than quirks you have to hide in therapy.
I’m Michael Woods Jr., a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 15 years of experience. I help people who are dealing with stress, pressure, and feeling stuck—even when things on the outside look like they should be working.
My approach is real and straightforward. I’m not just here to listen—I’m here to help you understand what’s actually going on and give you practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I focus a lot on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and how to start responding differently instead of reacting on autopilot.
A big part of my work is helping people build awareness, take ownership, and develop the mental skills needed to handle challenges more effectively. I also bring in my background in athletics and performance, so there’s an emphasis on consistency, discipline, and doing the work—not just talking about it.
I tend to thrive in crisis. Ideal with the toughest cases of trauma, shootings, cults abductions, and domestic violence. I have been able to help so many veterans as well over the past 12+ years in my positions with US Service Animals, Simple, Practice, Grow Therapy and other telehealth platforms. I was an early adopter of telehealth and I have seen it. Make such a difference for so many people because of the comfort that is brought by being able to open up in an environment you know is safe, your own home/space. I take a solutions focused and a client centered approach. I am also insight oriented. I have a lot of insight when it comes to dealing with physical pain and disabilities as I have a visual disability since very young and suffered a TBI at age 24. I like to focus on what issues you are having and come up with coping mechanisms that will work for you. Dealing with the struggles I have had throughout my life has helped me work with people and develop creative and effective coping mechanisms for their specific issues. I have now lived and worked in several states with varying cultures and have benefited from all of these experiences. I have spent a lot of time in a hospital and work well with nurses and medical professionals as well. Please reach out if you think I can help and I will meet you where you are and see where we can go from here.

Hello, I'm Deborah Anderson. I've been a therapist for 20+ years. I went back to school following a medical retirement from the automotive industry. Due to being a non traditional student, I think I fell into what I was meant to do all along! My own personal life journey adds to the unique quality I bring to the therapeutic relationship.
