Hello, I'm Ryan Lentz Sr. I have 26 years working in Mental Health. The past 13 years I have been working as a psychotherapist. I have experience working with with a wide range of clients with depression, anxiety disorders, PSTD, Bi-Polar, grief and the grieving process and relationship issues as well as children and family issues.
Are you struggling with maintaining your sanity as a wife, mother and caretaker? Or are you just someone who needs clarity on what your needs really are? While sometimes it is difficult to understand your own needs, therapy is a way to maintain your self care, learn how to gain better understanding and communicate your needs and feelings, to help you address barriers to healthy relationships and accomplishing personal goals. As a therapist I have 17 years of experience in helping adults and adolescents identify their own needs and collaborate to help them recognize how to improve upon those barriers. My primary interest is in helping individuals gain insight into their self worth in order to better manage life and mental health barriers. In therapy with me clients learn how to adjust negative thinking, improve self care, adjust self esteem and adjust your ability to believe in yourself. Sure therapy can be scary and even stigmatized but with the right collaboration it can be a godsend. Let me help you on your journey, let me help you adjust your crown.
Hello & Welcome,
I am Dr. Watson and I am happy to see you seeking services and reclaiming your joy. I commend you for taking the first step to improving your life. I have 30 years of experience working with teens, adults, and seniors, I look forward to partnering with you through your transition and supporting you in getting back into your journey of life.
I specialize in working with people in transition including integrating better balance, managing life stressors, addressing health challenges, rediscovering wellness, and mid-life changes. Other areas of specialty include grief and loss, women’s issues, post-partum adjustment, multiethnic identity development/integration, student-athlete balance, and generalized life struggles. First responders, partners and families of first responders are specialized populations I help by addressing needs, increasing understanding, and strengthening support. Together we will explore obstacles and hurdles while discovering manageable strength-based changes that will improve your whole self - mind, body, and spirit. I partner with you on your journey and assist you in reclaiming your best self.
Through mind-body connection and holistic approaches, I embrace creative therapeutic tools including talk, movement, music, art, getting in nature, and other creative avenues to ease expression of the challenges while finding your strengths and successes. Empowering you to heal, grow, and live without limitations.
Is it time for you to live life without limits? Do you believe therapy can be both enlightening and enjoyable? Are you ready to embrace your diagnosis instead of avoiding it? If so, you’re exactly where you need to be.
Mor Rondo J. Edwards-Roberts is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) dedicated to helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. He believes therapy should be a space where people can explore their identity, gain insight, and develop meaningful tools for real-life change. His approach blends behavioral health models with compassion, cultural awareness, and a commitment to helping clients reclaim control over their lives.
Let's navigate life together. I have experience in helping clients with anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I use an eclectic approach with several research-based interventions including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. This is done to meet my clients where they are and to grow from there. I received my B.A. in Psychology and Pan-African Studies from Kent State University in 2003. I then went on to complete a Master of Education in Community Agency Counseling at Cleveland State University. I have been an active counseling therapist for 16 years and have worked in several settings, including Prevention Programs, School Based Therapy, and Outpatient therapy. I have even had the pleasure of being the Clinical Supervisor for a local mental health agency.
My practice was born from the understanding that people who struggle often have filled their day to day lives with survival mechanisms: habits, actions, and thoughts that may have helped in the moment but become burdensome over time. The lasting effects of trauma can create an overwhelming sense of self-blame, leaving individuals questioning, "Am I the problem?" or "Did I do something wrong?"
My practice exists to help individuals build a healthier "life worth living". Where pain, fear, sadness, anger, and memories can be honored rather than suppressed. It is a place where healthier coping skills are developed, empowering clients to create lives filled with resilience and meaning.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who has six years of experience and graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a dual degree in Social Work and Nonprofit Organizational Management. Outside of work I love to travel, cook, and craft.
I'm a social worker with 50 years of experience with children, adolescents, families, couples and adults. I find that people get the best results when we look at their lives as a whole -- physical, emotional, intellectual, what many people call spiritual (your most deeply held beliefs and values), and socially, as a member of your community.
I have training and experience in a variety of treatments which are evidence-based. I can also do dreamwork if this is something that is appealing to you, but I have to say up front that these, while very well known, do not have the same degree of corroboration as evidence-based practices.
I have worked since the late 70s with survivors of trauma: physical abuse, neglect, sexual assault, and combat trauma. It is a great honor to have received the trust of so many who have endured trauma, and to have been a part of their healing.
I am dually licensed as a mental health counselor (LMHC) and clinical addictions counselor (LCAC) in Indiana, as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S) in Ohio. My clinical work is driven by empathy, collaboration, empowerment, connection, and the belief that each client can transform and reach their highest potential. With a compassionate and holistic approach, I specialize in perinatal mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, substance use recovery, trauma, and anxiety. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and healing.
I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Interventions, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Brainspotting, a brain-based intervention to treat trauma. I operate from a person-centered, humanistic perspective and value my clients' cultural world, always striving to create space for culture in the therapeutic process.
My educational background is in psychology/neuroscience (BA), clinical mental health counseling (MA), and I hold a doctorate degree in counselor education and supervision where I am focused on teaching psychology and counseling, leadership, clinical supervision, and research outside of my clinical practice.

My passion in the mental health field is to encourage children and teens to become life-long advocates for their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. It is my hope that together, we will find useful strategies that can be built upon and continue to grow during both the ups and downs of adolescence and beyond. My clients often present with moderate to severe worries and anxiety around “typical” angst related to school, activities, and relationships. Sometimes the stress is sneaky and camouflaged to look like fatigue, irritability, and apathy. I find that many young people use coping skills that may not be the healthiest; however making the initial decision to seek out better solutions through counseling provides countless options for therapeutic approaches.
In 2025, I proudly founded my own practice, Grand Wellness Group, in an effort to continue to provide the best support for clients, families, and supervision for clinical mental health providers.

I often work with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or major life changes—like adjusting after a loss, a new diagnosis, or changes that come with getting older. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio and have been in the field since 2013. I graduated from Miami University in 2013 with my bachelor's degree in psychology and worked as a case manager for a year, assisting adults with managing mental health symptoms. I also helped with medication management, and assisted with supporting them in daily living skills, before getting my master's degree in social work in 2016. Once I graduated with my Master's, I then worked at a community based correctional facility for 3 years as a mental health and addiction specialist. I completed diagnostic assessments and facilitated individual and group therapy sessions for mental health and addiction. From there, I began working at an inpatient behavioral health hospital and assisted patients there with acute mental health needs and helped to provide referrals for outpatient treatment. Since 2020, I have been working with clients doing individual therapy and have been growing my private practice. I find it rewarding to be able to work with clients long-term and get to know them as a person while meeting each individual where they are; what their struggles are, what their successes are, see progress they make in different areas of their lives, and develop a rapport that is respectful and supportive. I have been able to gain a great deal of experience over my 13 years with a very diverse background through promotion and advancement, in the mental health field, and those experiences help me to navigate my therapeutic approach to assist with being able to better serve clients while we are working together.
Hello, I'm so glad you are considering counseling; it is not a sign of weakness; rather it reflects strength. Therapy can help you cope with life's situations in a safe environment while strengthening your sense of purpose. I would like to share a little about my background and approach. I am a clinical social worker independently licensed in the state of Ohio since 2014. I have a background in community mental health, crisis intervention, vocational counseling/services, homeless outreach, caregiver support, and private practice. I am passionate about working with adults living with mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, and going through life challenges. My approach is person-centered and rooted in evidence-based practices where we will work collaboratively to meet your personal goals and needs.
There are times in your life when you may feel helpless, depressed, anxious, or even be experiencing conflict with the people you love. You may also see a family member, child, or friend struggling and wonder what you can do to help them work through their negative feelings. When we are in dark places, it can be difficult to understand that healing and hope are possible. As a counselor, I have worked with adults, couples, families, and children. I can help you or your loved ones go from a place of frustration and sadness to healing and growth.
I use a combination of classical talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, meditation, sensory activities, and motivational interviewing to help reveal your strengths and uncover helpful and unhelpful patterns in your thinking. Together, we can identify themes or patterns in our conversations and use these to develop goals and strategies to heal and grow.
I am committed to meeting my clients where they are and building a foundation of genuine trust and respect from the very first meeting. Your comfort is my priority. Wherever you are in your journey, I can help you to recognize your successes, identify areas for change, and create strategies that work for you, personally, to move forward.

I have had the privilege to witness families grow in their ability to communicate their feelings and needs positively which enhances their relationships with each other
Hi there! I’m Tabitha Simpson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a safe and supportive conversation. I’ve worked in a variety of mental health settings and enjoy using an integrated care approach that looks at the whole person—mind, body, and environment.
I’m especially passionate about maternal mental health, particularly in rural areas where support can be hard to find. My goal is to help women navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum life, and all the transitions that come with motherhood.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from providing play therapy for children to supporting adults through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and empowered every step of the way.
