Life can feel heavy sometimes — especially when you’re the one everyone depends on. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship stress, or just feeling emotionally drained, therapy can help you slow down, process what’s going on, and learn healthier ways to cope.
My style is warm, supportive, honest, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not like you’re being analyzed under a microscope. We’ll laugh when we can, be real about what’s hard, and work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally healthy.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, emotional overwhelm, and major life stressors.
I became a therapist because I genuinely care about helping people feel less alone during difficult seasons of life. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, supporting others through challenges, and helping individuals recognize that healing and growth are possible — even when life feels overwhelming.
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be honest, supported, and reminded that they do not have to carry everything by themselves.
Many of my clients are people who are used to holding everything together for everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They’re exhausted, overthinking everything, emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or feeling disconnected from who they used to be.
My therapy style is warm, supportive, relatable, and direct. I’m not the therapist that just nods the entire session while you spiral alone. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel genuinely comfortable being honest — without fear of judgment — while also learning practical tools that help in real life.
If you’re looking for someone who will sit back while you unravel your life's chaos alone, I’m not your person. But if you want someone who gently calls you out, celebrates your wins (even the small ones like doing laundry), and hands you actual tools (not just tissues), welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques, which is fancy for I help you identify the unhelpful thoughts doing donuts in your brain, and together we kick them out and get you moving forward.
I proudly support the LGBTQIA2+ community, and my practice is affirming, inclusive, and kink/poly-friendly. No judgment here, ever! Whether you're dealing with anxiety that won't shut up, depression that's overstayed its welcome, or you’re just trying to get it together-ish, we can work on making real, sustainable change.
You bring the honesty. I’ll bring the dry humor, the empathy, and the occasional metaphor that doesn’t totally land but somehow still helps. Remember YOU>it.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply ready for change, we’ll work together to better understand what’s going on and identify practical steps forward.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. Hi, I'm Lindsay. I have been working as a therapist for over 10 years, but when I take my therapist hat off, I am a daughter, a sister, a friend, an aunt, and a momma to fur babies. Needless to say, I am a major animal lover. I am also a proud Harry Potter adult. I love reading, last year I read 122 books, and my favorite genres are mystery/suspense and fantasy. I also love running, I’ve run five half marathons and would love to run a full marathon one day. My favorite thing in the world is taking my puppies, Nola and Frank, on puppy runs with me (she’s 9, he's 1). If I’m not working, reading, running, or playing with dogs, you will find me fully invested in true crime.
