My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a dually licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist and AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, bringing over 20 years of experience in child psychology, family systems, and relationship counseling. My approach is open-minded, compassionate, and grounded in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most intimate and complex challenges.
My areas of expertise include couples counseling, parent-child relationships, sex therapy, drug and alcohol education, conflict resolution, anger management, divorce mediation, and family reunification. I specialize in creating a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore emotional, relational, and sexual concerns without judgment—fostering healing, self-awareness, and lasting change.
I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University and a Master’s in Military Psychology from Adler University. In addition to my dual state licensure in New York and Virginia, I am also a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) and certified in Divorce Mediation.
With a holistic and integrative approach, I help clients strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and embrace both personal and relational growth with authenticity, respect, and understanding.
