I predominantly work with young men struggling with social anxiety disorder. Do you struggle with social anxiety and poor self-confidence? I know that overcoming it is possible! Many come to therapy for social anxiety because of childhood trauma and how it has manifested in their adult lives. Often this manifests in feelings of poor self-confidence, poor self-worth, and poor self-confidence. At its root, the fundamental belief of those who have social anxiety is the belief, “I am not enough.” Clients get into the habit of comparing themselves to others and it makes them feel inadequate and insecure. Over time clients begin to avoid situations that elicit their anxiety, particularly social situations. This can lead to social isolation and loneliness. Clients will present with complaints of frequent panic attacks, not having a romantic partner, not having friends, not being happy in their jobs and feeling disconnected from life. In my private practice, I assist adults with depression, anxiety, health problems, relationship issues, grief/loss, work stress, breakup, infertility, and parenting.
As a therapist, I understand the importance of providing individualized care to those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to empower my clients to overcome these challenges and improve their overall well-being. To achieve this, I utilize a combination of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and an eclectic approach that takes into account each clients unique circumstances and needs.
By working together, we can identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop new, healthier coping mechanisms. In addition to CBT, I may also incorporate other therapeutic approaches, such as mindfulness, narrative therapy, and religious and spiritual exploration. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

I don’t provide therapy that helps someone maintain, rationalize, or conceal an affair. I’m a good fit when you already have some insight into your motivations and want help executing change. If you’re starting from ‘I have no idea why I do this,’ I’ll refer you to someone more exploratory.

I have extensive experience working with young adults, adults, and parents—particularly those navigating cultural stressors, life transitions, and caregiver burnout.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.
