Hi and Bienvenido! Therapy is about having a space where you can feel heard and supported without judgement. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work through life's challenges-whether that's grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or major transitions. I believe it is important to be encouraging and supporting during the client's stage of life and helping build practical tools for change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our sessions, we'll explore what's been weighing on you and find practical ways to help you cope and heal. I often use tools that help untangle negative thought patterns, bring more awareness to your emotions, and build healthier habits for the future. Every session is tailored to your unique needs-I believe there's no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I offer a warm, inviting, and affirming space for clients to feel valued, supported and understood. I present in an empathic and deeply attuned listener that helps clients find their light. I also balance insight with actionable tools in a culturally sensitive manner. I believe in being goal-oriented while honoring emotional process. Lastly, helping clients find their strength through the uncertainty.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Clients should expect collaborative goal setting, a safe space, tools and insights from sessions. I especially enjoy supporting women navigate identity, self-esteem, and relationship challenges, and I also welcome clients who prefer to speak in Spanish. Whether you're starting therapy for the first time or returning after a break, we'll work together at your pace to create meaningful, lasting change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to treat anxiety, unhealthy thinking patterns, Depression, and explore behavioral patterns.
