I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in outpatient mental health and substance use treatment. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, and life stress. My approach is direct, structured, and focused on real change, using CBT and practical strategies to build coping skills and stability. I also support court-involved clients and provide a straightforward, culturally aware space to help you move forward.
In the first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s bringing you in and what you want to change. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and goals so we can get a clear picture of what’s going on. We’ll also begin outlining a plan and identifying practical steps to help you start making progress.
