Caroline is a trauma informed therapist with over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings such as mental health clinics, elder care facilities, brain injury clinics, at hospice, and has been in private practice for over a decade. Her therapeutic approach is focused on nonjudgmental empathy and an integrated use of various therapy models, as a way to empower clients to be their best selves, gain confidence in their decision-making abilities, increase self care, improve emotional resilience, and overall life satisfaction.
