My name is Sandy Baker, I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I enjoy empowering my clients to cultivate the tools they need to produce a healthier self. I work with different ethnicities, backgrounds, genders. My experience and background guides me to provide the clients a safe space to learn about their mental health, symptoms, triggers and goal-setting. Together we will work to address the changes in life using approaches and techniques that help address each member's challenges so that they can take effective control of their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I will start with a brief introduction to my counseling style and we will explore your options and I will help you discuss the challenges you're facing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have worked with school age children and young professionals for the past 5 years. Giving my clients the tools and support to empower them is my primary goal as a professional in the mental health field. My clients leave with concrete steps they can take, strategies they can use, and insight that generates personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My approach is laid back, supportive, compassionate and empowering. As your therapist, I act as an open-minded, unbiased, and non-judgmental third party who can help guide you toward better insight into yourself and the world around you. We can explore your options and I can help you develop the skills to move forward making the changes you want. I tend to be a good fit for people that are looking to address core negative beliefs, or taking charge of their life.
