In my practice, I specialize in working with youth, adolescents, and adults, supporting them through life’s challenges with both compassion and expertise. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns, providing care that is tailored to each person’s unique needs. My focus includes addressing youth behavioral issues, offering guidance in college and career planning, and supporting clients managing PTSD, OCD, and eating disorders. I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients can develop skills, insight, and resilience to navigate both everyday challenges and more complex life experiences.
I am here to create a supportive, safe space where you can explore what you're experiencing at your own pace. Therapy looks different for each person, and each session is unique. I am here to validate, actively listen and build your trust so we can work towards meaningful growth, healing and the goals you have for yourself.
Clinical Approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Narrative Therapy
I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in New Jersey with over 8 years of experience working as a mental health counselor. I have my Masters in Counseling from William Paterson University. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns and diagnosis including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parent coaching, career challenges, life changes, ODD, autism, and ADHD. I have also worked in crisis counseling.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and client-centered therapies. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My goal is to help you be your best self.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
You may have experienced therapy before and know what it is like to have a space to talk. My work offers something a little different.
I work with women who are often the ones others depend on the mothers, caregivers, professionals, helpers, and women who have learned how to keep things moving even when they are carrying a lot themselves.
You do not have to be in crisis to want therapy. You may be grieving, navigating a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed or anxious, questioning what no longer fits, or simply wanting a space where nothing is being asked of you.
As a Black woman and therapist, I am especially intentional about creating space for Black women and other women of color to speak freely without having to translate or minimize their experiences.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. We can begin with where you are.

You’ve worked hard, built a life, and checked many of the boxes you thought you were supposed to check, yet you still find yourself wondering, “Is this it?” Maybe you’ve spent years showing up for everyone else, putting their needs first, and being the person others could count on. Now, you’re ready to focus on yourself, redefine who you are, and discover what you want this next chapter of your life to look like. Together, we’ll build on what’s already working to help you find greater purpose, direction, and a life that feels meaningful to you.
If you’re a young adult, you may have followed the path expected of you and still feel unsure about where you’re headed or where you fit. Our work can help you build confidence, find your own path, and create a life that feels right for you, not just one that looks right on paper.
I am Ebony Yelder, LPC. My career has taken me into many different settings, including behavioral health hospitals, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, in-home therapy, and work with the Department of Defense supporting service members and their families. Each experience has shaped the way I practice today and reinforced something I continue to believe people often have more strength, resilience, and resources within them than they realize.

Welcome to Dr. Mitchell’s Safe and Brave Space
I began my career in social services in 1995, working with children, youth, and families often labeled as “at-risk”—many of whom were impacted by substance use, poverty, child abuse, and neglect. Over time, my commitment to equity and justice led me to the field of social work, where I continue to center the person-in-environment perspective and actively support antiracist policies, ideas, and actions.
This work is grounded in an acknowledgment that we live and practice on the stolen lands of Indigenous peoples, and that much of the wealth and infrastructure of this nation was built through the unpaid labor and enduring suffering of enslaved Africans. I honor these histories and their ongoing impact as part of my commitment to justice, healing, and collective liberation.
I am deeply committed to self-awareness and reflective practice, both personally and with those I serve. I walk alongside clients on a healing journey rooted in self-care, resilience, and transformation.
I integrate narrative therapy and other evidence-informed approaches through the lens of intersectionality to remain fully person-centered. My practice pays particular attention to the impacts of trauma and race-based stress on one’s inner world. As appropriate, I incorporate Feminist Theory, Queer Theory, and Liberation Psychology to support healing that honors identity, lived experience, and systemic context.
I welcome all who value peace, healing, and justice to join me in this space—to try, to grow, and to be.
I have worked in mental health for over 20 years. I received my BA in Psychology in 1994 and my Masters in Social Work in 1997. Since then, I have worked in various settings including the Behavioral Health System of Philadelphia, numerous behavioral health facilities which include psychiatric units, detox and rehabs, college counseling settings and in assisted living/nursing facilities with older adults. In 2013, I started an in person private practice and then made the jump to telehealth during the pandemic. I find that telehealth is much more accessible and convenient for clients as we are still able to do amazing work together!
Do you ever feel stuck? Do you feel like nobody understands what you are going through? Do you feel like you have burdened friends and family with your worries even though you know they love you? Do you feel like you have the answers but nobody around you is listening? You do not have to have a major mental health diagnosis to go to therapy. You may be going through a life transition or having trouble communicating with others. You might be surrounded by others with deeper issues which is affecting your mental health. Or you might be suffering from anxiety, depression or past unresolved trauma. You might have disordered eating, obsessive-compulsive tendencies or an urge to use alcohol or drugs to self-medicate your pain. You might be coping in ways that aren’t healthy but that is how you learned to cope. I can help you navigate whatever place you are in and help to elevate you to a healthier space where you feel happier and more in tune with yourself. There are numerous reasons why people come to therapy. Just know that with me, you will be in a judgement free zone and I will utilize my many years of experience to assist you to getting to a better place.
I work with anyone over 16 years old. I have specialized experience working with college aged clients and the older adult population. I have a long history of working with those from the LGBTQIA+ population as well. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you!
My name is Dr. Olushola Bakare, and my work centers on helping people recognize the strengths they already carry. Just as a fish is built to swim and a bird to fly, I believe each of us has our own natural way of moving through life, and my role is to help you find and lean into yours. I work with adults and older adults who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and understood, in a space that is safe, warm, and free of judgment. To help make sure we are the right fit from the start, I want to be upfront that my practice does not currently include couples counseling, medication management, or completing disability, FMLA, or legal paperwork. I work with adults 18 years and older. If any of these are part of what you are looking for, I am happy to help you find a provider whose practice is built around that support.

Therapy is about possibilities. It's a chance to better understand yourself, discover new ways of responding to life's challenges, and move toward the person you want to become. I see my role as walking alongside you, helping you explore those possibilities while supporting you through your own unique journey.
With more than 21 years of experience, I've learned there is no one "right" way to do therapy because there is no one "right" kind of person. Rather than relying on rigid formulas, I tailor therapy to you. Together we'll build on your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and develop practical strategies that fit your life and your goals.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. When you feel understood, respected, and safe enough to be yourself, therapy becomes a place where growth can happen. My goal is to create that kind of environment: collaborative, genuine, and free of judgment.
I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, and the many struggles that don't always fit neatly into a diagnosis. Sometimes people come to therapy simply because life feels harder than it used to or they feel stuck and aren't sure why. Whatever brings you here, we'll work together to understand what's happening, identify opportunities for change, and help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and authentic.
I have been working with individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction, and mental health challenges for the past ten years. A few moments to introduce myself. Professionally I am known as
I. Barry Bell, Ph.D. I am a 73-year-old, male, Caucasian Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice for 39 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both in-patient psychiatric hospitals and out-patient clinical settings. I have also maintained my own private practice from September 2016 to the present.
Prior to receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1985, I trained extensively as a Modern Dancer for 10 years. During these years I became deeply involved in emerging positive psychologies and Eastern/Buddhist/Taoist studies. This was the beginning of the interface between what is now referred to as Mindfulness based approaches to psychotherapy and Eastern philosophies, especially Buddhist. Mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy are now at the forefront of evidence-based interventions.
I have spent more than the past 20 years studying and practicing the interface between psychotherapy and personal psychological growth. Over the years I have integrated various theoretical approaches, including depth psychodynamic theories. I will be happy to discuss my approach with you further should you choose to contact me to consider engaging in psychotherapeutic work with me.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I use to help students manage challenges related to ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and anxiety. I also support students in developing executive functioning skills and strategies that promote academic and personal success. In addition to working with adolescents, I enjoy working with young adults and individuals in midlife.
I have completed Gottman level one and two training and work with many couples
Hi, I’m Chrissy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, veterans, and first responders. I work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, caregivers, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and have dedicated much of my career to serving those who have experienced high levels of stress and trauma in both personal and professional settings.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in treating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), interpersonal therapy, and couples counseling.
Having worked closely with veterans and first responders throughout my career, I understand the unique challenges they face—including PTSD, moral injury, burnout, and the impact of service on personal relationships. Whether you're navigating a life transition, coping with loss, or seeking to strengthen your relationships, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
I am both a lawyer and a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), bringing a unique perspective to supporting high-functioning adolescents and adults who are striving to balance life’s many demands. With over 15 years of experience, I help individuals and families navigate stress, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and work/life balance challenges.
I understand how overwhelming life can feel, even when you appear to “have it all together.” My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can take a breath, express yourself openly, and explore new ways of coping. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to empower people from diverse backgrounds to maximize their potential and achieve a greater sense of balance.
You don’t have to manage your struggles alone. Together, we can work toward your goals and create more peace, clarity, and fulfillment in your daily life.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy for adults and couples who are ready to move beyond feeling stuck and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. Many of the clients I work with appear to be managing on the outside, while internally navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship strain, or difficulty expressing their needs. If you find yourself overthinking, reacting instead of responding, or repeating patterns that no longer serve you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
My approach is structured, intentional, and insight-oriented. I focus on helping you strengthen your emotional intelligence—how you understand, manage, and communicate your emotions—because this is the foundation for healthier relationships, clearer decision-making, and improved overall well-being. Together, we will identify patterns, explore the root of your challenges, and develop practical tools that help you respond with clarity and confidence rather than impulse or avoidance.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional fatigue, as well as couples working through communication breakdowns, trust concerns, and disconnection. Therapy with me is an active process. It requires honesty, consistency, and a willingness to do the work, but it also creates the opportunity for real, sustainable growth.
If you’re ready to invest in yourself, better understand how you operate emotionally, and begin showing up differently in your life and relationships, this is a space where that work can begin.

And I know what it's like to gather bits and pieces of myself and seek professional help. With faith and a faith based therapist, I've not only found hope, I have slowly put pieces of me together again. If I can find hope, if I can smile and laugh again, I believe you can too.

I'm a bilingual (Spanish & English) licensed clinical psychologist with experience providing psychotherapy to diverse age & paths of life populations. For me, doing psychotherapy is to create a space in which people can be brave & curious enough to tell our stories from a place of compassion, self-awareness, self-knowledge & accountability. Viewing the world from a critical perspective, where I can integrate intersections, such as gender, culture, power dynamics & systems of oppression, makes my practice a space for awareness, healing with context & transformative action.
