Spring is often associated with renewal and growth. It can be a meaningful time to begin or continue your mental health journey. Just as change in nature happens gradually, personal growth also unfolds at its own pace. Therapy is space to support you in exploring where you are now, identifying what you need, and working toward meaningful change—one step at a time.
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and I’ve spent my career helping adults navigate the ups and downs life throws our way. After several years working in Social Services and Mental Health, I returned to school as a non-traditional student to pursue my master’s in social work. For the past decade, I’ve served as both a Clinical Supervisor and Therapist, supporting adults as they work toward meaningful mental health recovery and long-term wellbeing. I help you make a plan that fits your style and is an investment in life-long benefits.
I enjoy helping people recognize their own strengths and weaknesses. I encourage hope through skill building and reducing negative symptoms.
Searching for a therapist is a huge and brave first step, and I’m genuinely glad you’re here. You deserve support, validation, and a space that helps you move toward the life you want. Please reach out to me, or book a session on my website, so that we can work together to build a life worth living for you.
Hello, my name is Angie, and I would be honored to hear your story and experiences. As a social worker, I have a strong ability to connect with people and quickly build rapport. I have been working in the field for 11 years and have been a LICSW since 2021. I believe it's important to engage actively in therapy and put in the necessary effort to make changes that will help you reach your goals. I often use humor and seem to have the ability to make people feel like they are talking to a friend...albeit a friend that is very honest, sometimes sarcastic, can challenge you, accept you, fight for you, and sometimes make you mad. Thankfully, it's all part of the process of making sustainable changes!
I attended training to work specifically with law enforcement, veterans, and other first responders. I was an embedded social worker in a MN police department for 3 years.
I utilize different therapeutic modalities depending on your individual needs. Some examples include: Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I pride myself in delivering non-judgmental, empathetic, individualized services to ensure the therapy experience is created for you.

I enjoy talking with people about their problems, offering them support, and helping them to find a way forward. My background is in treating substance use and Eating Disorders. As such, I am familiar with a variety of treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Together, we’ll explore ways to ease symptoms that may be interfering with your daily life. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and flexibility and collaboration are key parts of the process. I am licensed to provide therapy in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Throughout my career, I have provided services to a myriad of clients, including those who have experienced trauma. I have worked with individuals of all ages and consider myself a generalist. I’m not here to give you a one-size-fits-all answer or sell you a quick fix. Instead, I offer a grounded, collaborative space where we can explore patterns, values, and goals together. I know therapy can feel vulnerable, and I work to build trust through honesty, warmth, and a deep respect for the complexity of who you are.
If you’re feeling stuck, curious, or ready for change, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Hello, my name is Dr. Collins.
Are you experiencing emotional, psychological, spiritual, or other challenges that are interfering with your ability to live your best life?
My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
In our sessions, I prioritize building a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe in the power of empathy, active listening, and genuine understanding. Together, we will navigate the challenges you face and uncover your inner strengths and resilience.
Out of my 63 years of life in this planet, 28 of those years have been spent assisting others within a diverse number of areas and environments.
Narcissistic Abuse/Antagonistic personality style partner or other person in your life? As part of my work with individuals dealing with divorce, widowhood, and coparenting, I provide care and assistance for individuals directly or indirectly involved in relationship with an individual who displays behaviors which may indicate a narcissistic or antagonistic personality style. Note: It is neither possible or ethical for a provider to diagnose an individual who has not come in for assessment/diagnosis/treatment. However, a provider can work with an individual to learn to cope and navigate difficult relationships with difficult individuals. In addition to individual in partner relationships with such an individual, I also work with family members who are struggling with how to relate, support, and cope with a loved one who appears to be entangled in such a relationship. Complex circumstances need to be considered in deciding whether to remain in the relationship or to consider it's necessary to consider leaving. For folks who have separated or divorced from such a situation, the recovery and aftermath intervention and support is often needed on order to heal, restore, and recover. If children and the courts are involved, there are additional areas to address. I also provide care for adults who are highly intelligent and possibly/likely on the spectrum. Regardless of or whether an adult is diagnosable with autism, being highly intelligent can present with social and emotional challenges. On the side, I enjoy writing, performing, teaching, and recording music, both vocal and guitar. I have been teaching/empowering "non-singers" to sing for over 30 years with a therapeutic program I have developed called "Singing in the Shower."
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC) based in Minnesota. I received my Masters Degree from North Dakota State University and have been practicing for 20 years. I work in collaboration with adults to work towards healing from past, present and future versions of themselves. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral therapy interventions such as CBT-I as well Eye Movement Desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and Prolonged Exposure.
I’m a Certified Anxiety Specialist and LCSW who helps people break free from anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. I don’t just listen, I teach practical skills while working alongside you. My approach is hands-on and collaborative, meaning we work together in each session to understand your challenges, identify patterns, and practice strategies that actually make a difference in your daily life.
Anxiety, stress, and self-esteem struggles can feel overwhelming, exhausting, or even isolating. I know how hard it can be when worry or self-doubt takes over, and I’m here to help you regain a sense of control. Whether you want to feel calmer, more confident, or simply able to handle life’s challenges without being held back, I guide you in building practical tools that are tailored to your unique experiences.
I draw from a variety of approaches to meet your needs, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and strengths-based strategies. This means we can explore what works best for you, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. I also include psychoeducation so you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, which helps make the skills we practice more effective.
My goal is not just to help you cope, but to empower you to thrive. Therapy with me is an active, engaging process; we talk, reflect, practice, and experiment together. I help clients identify strengths, recognize patterns, and create lasting changes in how they think, feel, and act.
If you’re ready to take steps toward feeling more confident, calmer, and capable, I’ll be here every step of the way, providing support, guidance, and practical tools to help you succeed.
Hello! Life can throw us occasional curve balls or have us feeling a certain way for longer than we would hope. We will work together to explore your concerns and develop a concrete, tailored plan for treatment. I am excited to work together to get you feeling better! I have an extensive background with the treatment of many types of mental health diagnosis and have provided clinical services in a variety of settings including homes, clinics and hospital systems.
I specialize in working with people struggling with eating disorders—anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and related challenges. I recognize these aren't simply about food; they're deeply intertwined with emotional complexity, cognitive patterns, and questions of self that demand thorough, empathetic treatment. Through my specialized Modified DBT training, I help clients navigate overwhelming feelings while building healthier ways of coping.
I also frequently work with those facing debilitating anxiety—whether it shows up as persistent worry, panic attacks, or avoidance. My practice includes young adults in transition, working professionals dealing with performance stress, and adolescents managing social and academic demands.
Beyond this, I support people experiencing depression who want active, goal-oriented approaches to confront negative thinking and rediscover purpose. I work with trauma survivors prepared to work through painful experiences, individuals with mood disorders seeking greater equilibrium, and those navigating identity questions tied to life changes, relationships, or core values. What my clients have in common is readiness—they're committed to actively participating in their healing. They're looking for more than a listening ear; they want actionable tools, collaborative exploration, and proven methods that lead to real transformation. If you're willing to engage fully and commit to your own development, I'm ready to partner with you on that journey.Claude is AI and can make mistakes. Please double-check responses.

I’m Karie, a neurodivergent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor certified in ADHD and autism, and the founder of Imagine Perspectives, a mental health practice established in 2024. I work with children, teens, and adults who are ready to navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and find practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Since 2012, I’ve also offered adult and pediatric hypnotherapy to help clients achieve emotional balance, clarity, and personal growth.
At Imagine Perspectives, therapy isn’t just about sitting and talking. It’s about creating a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. In addition to therapy, we offer one- and two-day interactive workshops for children and adults. These experiences provide a chance to pause, reset, and gain tools that build resilience, spark confidence, and inspire hope — even when life feels overwhelming. They’re practical, fun, and designed to leave participants feeling refreshed and ready to approach life with a new perspective.
Whether you’re here for therapy or a workshop, my goal is the same: to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. A place where your experiences are honored, your challenges met with compassion, and your strengths celebrated. Because everyone deserves a space to grow, connect, and simply be themselves.

My first career includes 17 years of retail management. I worked in multiple divisions, environments, and roles within the retail management industry. Most of my experiences were in the Big-Box retail environments or within the corporate office environment, so I understand the expectations and stressors of P&L management, marketing, staff performance/recruitment/training & development, shrinkage, O.S.H.A. compliance, and merchandising. I transitioned from the retail management industry to the human services industry in March of 2010 after receiving my master’s degree in Human Services with a specialty in Mental Health Counseling. I recently obtained a doctorate degree in Human Services.

Hi -- my name is Sam, and I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to be stuck. It sucks. I love getting into the nitty gritty details of the mental chaos with my clients and then working on finding practical ways to untangle ourselves other than the classic "think positively" response (disclaimer: yes, it helps, but it's a lot more complicated than that). It's a lot of energy to work towards peace, I know, but I love what I do, and I'm more than willing to help.
