My ideal clients are those looking for change but are struggling to achieve it. I work with a wide variety of clientele. Primarily ages 10 to 64, I am trained in trauma, autism, addiction, sand tray, and somatic therapies. I am also working on my Dialectical Behavioral Therapy certification and Internal Family Systems approach. I accept you the client at where you are at and work from there to see you succeed and become the best version of you possible. I am person-centered and allow you to choose what works best in a collaborative approach.
My theoretical framework is eclectic. It has a base of Person-Centered and Peer Support combined with Transpersonal Psychology. The framework then takes parts from D.B.T., I.F.S., C.B.T., Somatic, Solution-Focused Therapy, R.E.B.T., Positive Psychology, and Jungian Psychology. I suggest different types of parts of these methods in a collaborative approach that works for you, the client.
