This session is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share openly, and together, we’ll begin to create a plan tailored to your needs, whether through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Treatment (SFBT), or other approaches that fit your situation.

This goal-oriented approach helps clients clarify what they want to achieve and develop actionable steps to reach those goals. By emphasizing positive change and resilience, clients are empowered to create meaningful progress in a supportive and collaborative environment.
With experience in Mindfulness-Based Therapy, I integrate mindfulness practices such as meditation and breathing exercises into sessions to help clients learn to be present as they develop self-awareness and acceptance. I assist and encourage clients to observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment, fostering emotional regulation and resilience. This approach is particularly beneficial for clients managing anxiety, depression, and stress, as it provides them with tools to stay grounded, gain insight into their thought patterns, and cultivate a calm, balanced mindset.
