Hello! I began my social work journey in 2006 and have been working in the mental health field since I obtained my MSW in 2008. As a clinical social worker I have thoroughly enjoyed the privilege of helping individuals identify and address many mental health concerns and move towards the life they most desire. I am passionate about addressing the stigma around addictions and serious mental illness and I believe the best way to begin any mental health journey of recovery is with compassion and understanding. I work from a cognitive-behavioral perspective and I use a strengths-based orientation of empowerment to foster growth and progress. I feel that we are already our best selves-we just need some help letting go of the survival skills we've taken on to get through the toughest times in our lives. I have spent several years working exclusively with homeless veterans and individuals struggling with addiction, and this has given me additional perspective and insight into the needs of some of our most vulnerable populations. I am an advocate, an accountability partner, an empath and your greatest cheerleader. I'm excited to help you rediscover your best self and to claim the life you deserve.

Whether there has been a significant loss, a life transition, relational conflict, or daily stressors, we all need support during difficult times. Sometimes, however, a trained professional can help navigate these challenges and assist in facilitating positive change. We aren’t always able to recognize the underlying cause of our discomfort or find ways to overcome life’s challenges. In a therapeutic setting, we will work together to discover healthier ways for you to deal with life’s struggles, make desired changes, improve relationships, and find inner healing.
Seeking therapy can be viewed as an investment in yourself. Improving mental and emotional health is as important as one’s physical health. My role is to provide a safe space and come alongside you on your journey.
I work with adolescents and adults and provide individual, couples, and family counseling services. I treat depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, (PTSD), relationship issues, parenting, behavioral concerns, and many other problems affecting how we feel and operate in the world.
I have worked in the mental health field since I was 17. Over the years I have grown assisting my clients in many stages of emotional issues, through the use of CBT, Mindfulness, and teaching useful coping skills. I treat ages from 13 to 99.
During sessions we will address current issues, along with looking into how the past has affected current functioning.
I always strive to ensure that each session leaves my clients feeling as though they have gained new insights or experienced positive changes. My mission is to make a meaningful impact during every session. Throughout our time together, I aim for you to feel genuinely understood and heard. We will collaborate to find solutions, explore various options, and gain fresh perspectives on your challenges. Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, and by the end of each session, I hope you will feel hopeful and see new possibilities for healing.

Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22yrs of experience working with individuals from all walks of life, and I love working with individuals in helping them with life challenges and barriers to their happiness and living their best life. My strengths include being a good listener, starting where the client is in their life, helping them to change the things that no longer serve them well.
You are capable, dependable, and used to carrying a great deal on your shoulders. Others often look to you for support, strength, and stability. But even the strongest people can begin to feel emotionally exhausted when stress becomes constant and there is little time to rest, recover, or care for themselves.
I specialize in working with healthcare professionals, caregivers, leaders, and high-achieving adults who are experiencing burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are functioning well on the outside while internally feeling drained, mentally overloaded, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about their sense of purpose.
With over 13 years of clinical experience across healthcare systems, private practice, and community settings, I understand how prolonged pressure and responsibility can quietly impact emotional well-being. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build a more sustainable and balanced way of living — not just surviving.
Life threw me a curveball when I underwent open-heart surgery—but I hit it out of the park with resilience, self-care, and a passion for helping others do the same. With 20 years of experience as a social worker, including supporting children and families in a school setting, I understand the ups and downs of life and the power of healthy coping strategies. In my past role, I worked closely with families, helping them manage, cope, and recover from trauma. Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of the challenges families face and guided them with empathy and practical support. Whether you're navigating the emotional rollercoaster of life and work or recovering from a difficult chapter, I’m here to help you regain your balance, one step at a time. Let’s work together to make your comeback even stronger.

Danielle’s professional career began in education as a teacher, where she dedicated 10 years to shaping young minds. This experience eventually led her to transition into the role of a school counselor, sparking a deep passion and love for working with adolescents. Her time in the school system was instrumental in building her expertise in supporting young people during critical phases of their development.
In 2019, Danielle took a leap of faith and founded Healthy Healing Counseling Services, her private practice. This significant milestone came during one of the most challenging periods of her life: navigating a divorce from her high school sweetheart after 17 years of marriage and raising three children. While the experience was devastating, it became a catalyst for Danielle to channel her energy into helping other women facing similar struggles. Her personal journey of resilience and healing deeply informs her work, allowing her to connect with clients on a profound and authentic level.
Through Healthy Healing Counseling Services, Danielle combines her educational background, professional expertise, and personal experiences to empower women and adolescent girls dealing with mental health challenges and life transitions. Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been practicing for over 20 years. I work with adults, couples, and families including children, and adolescents. My goal is to work with each person individually from a person-centered perspective. I want you to feel that you are in control of your progress by identifying your needs and focusing on your strengths . My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral challenges, post-partum depression, parenting, chronic illness, and grief. I am available to see clients in Kentucky in-person or telehealth, and Michigan or Minnesota via telehealth.
The person centered approach means that the client is the center of everything from the initial assessment, to the development of the goals, to the treatment that is provided. It is important that you know you are accepted and with therapy you are able to address the concerns you have and learn to effectively work through them.
I understand therapy can feel uncomfortable and the thought of sharing yourself with someone you don't know (yet) can be overwhelming. Give me a call and we can talk for an initial conversation to see if it will be a good fit.

Hello! I am a (LCSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Michigan. I received my Masters from Wayne State University and have been a practicing social worker for 20 years. I work with many clients that may experience anxiety, depression, grief , medical adjustment, and/or trauma. Sometimes we just need some assistance to manage life situations and all our life stressors.
Welcome! I'm a Nationally Certified and Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Michigan. I received a Masters of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix and have been providing therapy for 10 years. I am also a certified trauma specialist. I am skilled at helping young adults and adults who want support in managing anxiety, depression and trauma and many other life challenges.
I am a therapist who believes in creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without fear of shame or criticism. My approach is grounded in helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and past experiences while building practical tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healing.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, trauma, emotional dysregulation, shame, relationship difficulties, and identity-related concerns. I often incorporate approaches such as CBT, DBT, ICBT, and trauma-informed care to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-trust, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and manageable.
I will like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a licensed mental health therapist. I want to tell you a little about myself and my fieldwork experiences. I worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. People with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia were some of the people I helped at work. I worked with individuals on career choices to increase their career paths to maximize success. I support individuals in their desire to become independent, and I do this by helping them identify their true potential.
When we begin our work together, the first thing you’ll notice is a "take your shoes off" atmosphere. I believe therapy works best when it feels less like a clinical exam and more like a candid, over-the-coffee-table conversation. This is a space for an honest, active partnership where we bypass clinical clichés to get to the root of what is actually happening in your life.
We all carry an "internal blueprint"—a set of old scripts and historical templates that dictate how we react to the world. Often, we don’t realize these blueprints exist until we find ourselves hitting the same walls in our relationships, our careers, or our own self-perception. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to investigate these patterns and move toward real, observable change.
The Approach
My approach focuses on the connection between your history and your current actions, supported by the rigor of behavioral science. My background in pharmacology has taught me that while biology is vital, it isn’t the boss. The science shows us that our brains are profoundly social; therefore, the real work happens within the relationship we build together. We treat our sessions as a live map to identify and rewrite the ingrained habits that no longer serve you.
The Impact
The goal is to move you from a state of reaction to a state of grounded agency. We work to restore your capacity for intentional action and give you the clarity needed to be a deliberate, authentic presence in your own life.

The answer to the question you've been asking yourself is, 'It's not normal.' Name-calling is not normal. Silencing yourself to keep the peace is not normal. That on-edge feeling is not normal. Feeling shame at the idea of others finding out how you're treated behind closed doors is not normal. You've lost yourself somewhere along the way, and you didn't even notice it happening. When did 'you' start shrinking? I help high-achieving, high-functioning individuals caught in controlling and abusive relationships see through the gaslighting, reconnect with their intuition, and shift from survival to self-trust.
Hello! My name is Sarah Hirsch and I'm a licensed psychotherapist (LPC) in Tennessee & Michigan. I've been working in behavioral health for over 30 years. I'm also a Duke Integrative Medicine Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I am intentional, considerate, and sensitive to the unique stories, and backgrounds of each client I connect with during the therapeutic process. We will work together collaboratively in a therapeutic partnership. I'll hold a space that is open and without judgment, encouraging the authenticity of your thoughts and feelings to identify effective individualized therapeutic solutions and tools that help foster greater insight, perspective, and ensure your success in making positive, transformational life changes. Therapeutic telehealth services are rendered from a whole-person perspective which honors the strengths and uniqueness of each individual's needs using an integrated, biopsychosocial approach that explores the psychological interconnections between mind, behavior, and health, to promote an increased quality of life and wellness in mind, body, and spirit.
