Tracy is a Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the area of emotional health with children, adolescents and adults. She works from a person centered and strengths focused perspective believing each person is the expert on their own story. Tracy has experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse issues and helping others successfully go through life changes. Her therapeutic style is eclectic with experience and knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Existential Therapy. During our first session we will spend time getting to know each other and exploring your goal for treatment. We will start developing a plan forward for your success and health.

I have been working with people as a clinical Social Worker for over 25 years. It is my goal to walk with you as you start striving for a more satisfying and fulfilling life. I believe it is such a privilege to be invited into your confidence as you start this adventure of change. That being said I will be here to help you succeed, cheering you on and guiding as we explore the strengths you already have but you may have lost sight of during this time of stress and change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past twentyfive years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety, depressive thoughts and trauma. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Faith based therapy

I have worked with people of many different faiths to deal with their emotional health in a way that is consistent with their belief system and world view.
