I identify as a Cis-gendered, Heterosexual African-American woman educated in clinical behavioral health, classical french culinary arts & trained in “Trauma Informed Yoga” (TIY) therapy, based out of Ypsilanti. I have a lovely Great Dane and Pitt Mix who assists in person therapy sessions. We live a life that prioritizes feeling good in our bodies. Diet and physical movement are a staple in my life as well as daily time for stillness.
You can expect questions to better understand the current state of things. The first three sessions I will collect as much information possible to get comprehensive idea of things.
