Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!

Hi, my name is Bradley Levy LICSW and have 20 years of experience in the field. Are there changes that either you want to or need to act upon? If things feel too difficult to change and you need guidance, support, direction, and empathic listening you might be a great candidate for individual therapy from me. What separates me from other clinicians is my versatility. Throughout my career, I have worked at every level of care and every population. From individual therapy/group therapy to intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs to being the clinical director at a locked psychiatric hospital, I have seen pretty much everything. My main objective in all cases is to try and build a trusting rapport/relationship in which no judgment is made and an atmosphere where one can feel safe talking about difficult issues, their current level or desire to change through motivational interviewing and CBT. Over the years I have come to develop areas of extreme expertise such as addiction (either oneself or a loved one), co-occurring disorders or dual diagnosis, dealing with any diagnosis from adjustment disorders to more complex or serious mental illness which includes major depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, and the conditions that fall within these categories. In addition, I can offer case management services, assist with paperwork, or find the right treatment if need a higher level of care.

Hi, I’m Lauryn. I know reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do this alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, messy parts, hard feelings, and all. I believe therapy should feel supportive, down to earth, and free of judgement. I work with individuals navigating big changes, managing stress, anxiety, or past experiences that feel hard to shake. I also support pregnant and parenting moms who are juggling the demands of caring for a family while trying to care for themselves. My approach is warm, relatable, and real. I’ll meet you where you are at and walk alongside you as you work toward healing and growth. I draw from EMDR, CBT, DBT, and perinatal mental health trainings, but I’ll always tailor our work to what feels right and helpful to you. Whether you are looking to build coping skills, process trauma, or simply have a space that is just yours, I am here to help. Together, we can sort through the hard stuff, uncover your strengths, and create meaningful changes that last. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, its about supporting you in feeling more grounded, confident and connected to yourself and the life you want to live. If this sounds like the kind of support you are looking for, I would love to connect.

Hello there! I am a licensed mental health therapist who has experience working with individuals and families from many different walks of life. Growing up as a young black queer man, I have experienced my own personal difficulties with mental health. I have faced the stigma of mental health issues that leads many to struggle in silence. I have experienced a lack of available resources to truly get the support I felt I needed. I strive to create a space for clients to feel heard and validated in their experience. I collaborate with clients to determine their goals for treatment and provide holistic, compassionate, and client-centered care. Many of us struggle in silence to overcome the challenges we face, but you no longer have to face that battle alone. While the first step is acknowledging the change you need, it takes courage to recognize you need some guidance. It takes even more courage to initiate those first steps towards improving your life.

My counseling style is conversational and interactive, and incorporates a cognitive-emotional-behavioral, solution-focused, body-based approach. We work at a speed comfortable for you, and one that respects your values, your culture and beliefs, your goals. You are capable, dependable, and used to carrying a great deal on your shoulders. Others often look to you for support, strength, and stability. But even the strongest people can begin to feel emotionally exhausted when stress becomes constant and there is little time to rest, recover, or care for themselves. I specialize in working with healthcare professionals, caregivers, leaders, and high-achieving adults who are experiencing burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are functioning well on the outside while internally feeling drained, mentally overloaded, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about their sense of purpose. With over 13 years of clinical experience across healthcare systems, private practice, and community settings, I understand how prolonged pressure and responsibility can quietly impact emotional well-being. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build a more sustainable and balanced way of living — not just surviving.

I’m really glad you’re considering therapy—it’s a powerful step toward understanding yourself and making positive changes. It’s completely normal to have questions or feel uncertain in the beginning. The most important part is that you’re open to exploring your thoughts and feelings in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I'm here to support you in whatever way is most helpful, whether that’s answering questions, helping you get started, or just listening. You don’t have to figure it all out at once—just taking this first step is already meaningful. My professional training and certifications include holistic counseling, trauma, and anxiety healing.

Hi, so glad you stopped by, please call me Cindy. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the states of MA, VT, NJ, VA, NC , SC and TX. I focus on how the events of childhood, and life experiences shape the person, including reactions and behaviors in stressful events and all relationships: romantic, friendships and family. I am inquisitive, and I use a down to earth style with a holistic approach. I believe that in order to thrive, we must come to terms with our negative thoughts, determine their root cause, and then heal from them- inside and out. I believe that providing our body with proper sleep, nurishment and movement will help it to better deal with stress. I find it's important to find a hobby or passion to enjoy and to spend time with those who provide safety, security and who allow us to be our genuine self. It is also important to spend time in nature, whether that is at the beach, park, hiking trail, or just laying under a tree enjoying a good book; taking a nap can also be revitalizing. Please allow me to help you to better understand how your past experiences may have affected your relationships and together we will discover what may help you to live a more fully present and happier life.

I'm self aware, having chosen a pathway of self exploration to become my best self. I am a survivor of my story, who has always known the importance of never surrendering to any situation life hands me. My resilience and positivity have guided my decisions to choose fighting like hell to be the greatest version of myself. I live passionately with growing self esteem as a result of having the highest priority on SELF LOVE. My treatment approach will always be action focused. Many clients that I have mentored with eating compulsions have had favorable outcomes as a result of our therapeutic relationship. I am a survivor of acting out with food, including a period of 17 years of battling bulimia, and a lifetime of searching for PEACE from food addiction. Since October 2004 I have lived in recovery, with no episodes of bulimic behaviors, and have a healthy relationship with food beyond my wildest dreams. I have found the PEACE I have been searching for which motivates me to help others to live in a healthy body. I have shared this struggle to allow you a deeper understanding of my personal story. I believe everything I have survived has provided life lessons that have humbled me and allowed me to see the humanity in everyone. We all possess so much untapped power that , if accessed, can help us achieve our goals and become the best version of ourselves! I have the skills to help you too, I believe that is why I'm here.

During my career in social work I have provided extensive service to individuals and families in crisis. This attention has supported them through a variety of circumstances and issues such as; domestic violence, substance abuse, homelessness, poverty, mental illness, racial bias, sexual identity and sexual orientation. The assistance that I am able to give to these populations’ helped ease the societal alienation that they felt as a result of their personal experiences, The focus is to help clients break through the individual barriers work on goals that are realistic and provide a foundation of stability, and hope. I also can bring experience and skills to the agencies that assist them. My skills include the knowledge to complete a through multidimensional/functional assessment, carry a personal client caseload, counseling them in individual, groups and family settings. My advocacy skills are strong and help individuals navigate through complex systems while providing opportunities for resources to enter their lives, as a result of networking with other agencies. My goal is to support confidence within clients to develop independent living skills, teach advocacy for their own well-being and families and encourage them to utilize community services. These skills are transferable to other professionals in the field by aiding them through supervision and/or training.
