I am an independent licensed clinical/certified Social Worker. I first started my career in Child Welfare in various states/levels of government as an investigator and elevated to a supervisory role. I also hail from the US Department of Veterans Affairs in a Management role. However, it is my pleasure to now serve as Therapist and in my private practice.
My main specialty areas include, but are not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD, Intimate Partner Violence, Grief and Loss, Narcissism, Codependency, Geriatric, etc.
I am the wife of a Retired Combat Veteran and a mother to four beautiful children. I understand the complexities of being separated from your spouse for extended periods and feeling alone in the relationship and raising the children. Even the most well-prepared and successful person can find themselves wondering how things became so complicated, messy, or challenging, and feel at a loss when it comes to what to do to put the pieces back together. People have been shaped and molded by their past experiences, both good and bad. Often, people feel drawn to focus on the bad experiences, leading to pain and struggles of many kinds.

Hi there—I’m Stephanie, a mental health counselor who specializes in the early stages of parenthood (a.k.a. the “sleep-deprived, overstimulated, and constantly Googling something” years). Whether you're feeling burnt out or short-fused (been there!), or your young child is having big feelings or baffling behaviors, therapy can help you find steadier ground where you feel seen, supported, and better equipped to meet the challenges of early parenthood—without losing yourself in the process.
In my work with parents and children, I bring a deep understanding of early childhood development, emotion regulation, and parent–child relationships while using a flexible, compassionate approach. That might include individual therapy for you, joint parent-child sessions, or a combination of both. If you're carrying heavy feelings—like guilt, shame, self-doubt or even unexpected rage—you're not alone, and you're not broken. Therapy can offer relief, clarity, and practical tools to support both you and your child.

The remarkable moments and the the difficult ones ( in some obvious ways or in subtle ways that sometimes sneak up on us) can cause us to go through life merely surviving or struggling, often feeling alone. It doesn't stop there. Often the life and soul work is also challenging (but rewarding process) , that can make you feel alone too!

As a holder of your pain, your hope, and your light, let me stand by your side and empower you to face obstacles and challenges. Greetings, my name is Soncheray. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience. I started Fruitful Life Counseling Services to help individuals understand the "fruit" they bear. How are you showing up in the world-but most of all for yourself! Are you showing up for you at all?
You have already taken the first step by searching for someone to talk to; you have started the process-BUT WHAT NOW? I specialize in helping individuals accurately identify what is holding them back. Being able to accurately put words to our emotions is so important in identifying the correct coping strategy. It's no secret that when we feel overwhelmed in one area, we start to feel a sense of powerlessness that transfers into other areas if not addressed. When the transfer happens, we often don't know where the stress or trigger is coming from.
Powerlessness can emerge for a number of different reasons. Something triggered these feelings you have. My role in the helping relationship is to help you identify and face your emotions, rather than avoid them. It is time to take your power back, and trust your intuition again. You will never win the race against the thing(s) you're running from. It's time to stop running. Let's get started.
My name is Amber (#TheUrbanConsciousTherapist)

I help individuals manage anxiety, avoid burnout, and break free from cycles of trauma, stress, and self-doubt. Together, we can identify what’s not working and get you back to balance.
My interest in spirituality, which is not tied to any specific religion, allows me to offer a holistic approach to healing that addresses the emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of well-being. I emphasize trauma’s role in shaping core beliefs, psychosocial stressors, and generational patterns, recognizing its imprint on the central nervous system. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), coaching, and positive psychology to reframe trauma narratives, foster self-discovery, and disrupt patterns of depression, anxiety, and re-traumatization. Whether you're navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or cycles of stress and overwhelm, I provide a safe space where healing begins.
I know it may seem impossible, but what if I told you that you have the power to change your life? Now is the perfect time to start your healing journey. In our sessions, I’ll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques to help you overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let’s work together to build communication strategies, set boundaries, break cyclical trauma patterns, and foster self-worth for long-term stability.
I’m excited to be on this journey with you! Here's a helpful video that explains the therapeutic process and what you can expect during your healing journey.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas. I received my Masters from the Howard University and have been practicing for 5 years. I help people realize the underlying reasons to their stressful factors and lay out a personalized plan towards the goals they would like achieve. Therapy itself can sometimes feel overwhelming, but I am fully engaged with you through your journey.
First of all, I love what I do and to witness the positive changes clients make in their lives as a result of choosing therapy to help them accomplish what they want. Often the goal is to achieve symptom relief so as to not be overwhelmed by anxiety, mood disorders or be better able to manage the challenges of ADHD. Sometimes there is not a specific outcome identified but a need for ongoing support for dealing with life transitions or difficult people. Sometimes clients use therapy as a confidential sounding board where they can talk to an objective outsider about situations and sort out their perspective. I offer various ways to see and respond to situations that might otherwise not be considered. Your opinion as a client is the most important one and I will also honestly provide mine when asked for. I believe therapy can actually be something that you can look forward to and an opportunity to learn new skills to use long after you discontinue, and we can even have some fun and laughs along the journey.
