Hi there! I’m Vanessa Sewell, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and the owner of Boheme Holistic Clinical Services. I earned my bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and History from Western Kentucky University, and my master’s in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College. I’m currently working on my doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Lindsey Wilson University (and yes, they did change the name!).
I have spent time counseling individuals from ages 4-80 in community mental health, foster care, inpatient behavioral health, geriatric services, and school settings for the last 6+ years. I have worked in the mental health field for more than 15 years.
I've lived a colorful life, spending 20 years in the entertainment industry, and found my way to therapy through a deep personal experience. I am calm, compassionate, and endlessly curious, here to help others navigate life challenges with understanding and heart. I am thankful for the opportunity that this profession has given me. I work very hard and care very deeply about everyone who sits in front of me.

Hello. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, and I'm also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I have worked in the field of Social Work for 25 years at the Bachelor's level, including case management for at-risk youth, CPS investigations and medical social work. I received my Master's of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville and have been practicing five years. At this time, I provide individual therapy to adults dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma among other issues. We work to recognize triggers/barriers to successful living and then learn to effectively reframe these in order to be a better version of yourself.

I hope to be able to provide you with the tools and the skills that you need to overcome and deal with life on life's terms. My name is Feryal (pronounced Fur-yal) Katsikas (pronounced Cat-see-kus) M.A. LPCC. I have been practicing mental health counseling for the past 7 years. Prior to working in mental health, I have years of experience in travel and make-up artistry. I've always known that I wanted to help others. I'm fascinated by the human mind and how our experiences shape who we are today. I believe we have the power to choose our authentic selves, regardless of background, and that music, movement, and nutrition contribute to better mental health.

If you’ve spent years people-pleasing, doubting yourself, or wondering whether you’re “good enough,” you don’t have to face it alone.
I specialize in helping adults heal from anxiety, depression, and trauma. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I use evidence-based approaches to help you move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin healing the experiences that continue to impact your life today. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the anxiety, guilt, sadness, or emotional heaviness you’ve been carrying so you can reconnect with yourself and move forward with confidence.
My goal is to help you rediscover your worth, set healthy boundaries without guilt, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
With over 14 years of experience, including extensive work with survivors of trauma, I bring compassion, honesty, and authenticity into every session. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing can happen and where you can begin believing that you are enough, just as you are.
Every woman deserves to feel powerful in her own life. We forget how strong, resilient, and deeply worthy we really are. You are already enough. And I’m here to help you see it, feel it, and reclaim it.

Hello! My name is Amaris, and I’m glad you’re here :)
Do you ever feel like you’re carrying more than your share — emotionally, mentally, or relationally? Do you find yourself doubting your needs, overthinking decisions, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s wellbeing? Many women move through the world with expectations and pressures that shape how they show up. My work focuses on helping women understand the “why” behind their emotions and behaviors so they can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and self‑trust.
Sometimes personal growth means recognizing that you’re either going to deal with your stuff, or your stuff is going to deal with you. Therapy is a powerful place to begin that process.

I believe therapy can be a space that feels just as real and supportive as the life you’re trying to build.
Outside of therapy, you can find me thrifting, playing video games, or spending time with my Corgi, Sage, and cat, Oyo.
During trying to conceive, pregnancy and the postpartum period, women and new moms are faced with all kinds of intense challenges. Between fluctuating hormones, adjustments to motherhood, and the risk of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, there could be a number of issues that women face during the perinatal journey. I am committed to working with women and providing them support as they navigate these uncharted waters of motherhood. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders affect 1 in 5 to 7 moms. You are not alone. With support and help, you can be healthy and enjoy a rich and meaningful life.
I am certified through Postpartum Support International in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. This training offered me insight to using interpersonal and CBT therapeutic techniques to work with clients who are struggling with adjustments to parenthood, as well as serious mental health issues that can arise during pregnancy or the postpartum period.
If you are concerned that your anxiety in pregnancy is not just nerves, or you’re worried that your struggles are greater than the baby blues, reach out today for specialized care. You are not alone, and with help, you can be well.
I have 7 years of post-grad experience, but I also worked in the mental health field for many years while in grad school.
I have many years of experience using talk therapy, but I'm happy to incorporate more creative techniques, such as art, drama, or other mindful/meditative approaches. I'm excited to collaborate with my clients- to honor their distinct experiences, challenges, and goals. I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment where each client can feel validated and empowered. I am committed to walking alongside them as we get started on their therapy journey.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just exhausted from trying to hold everything together? You don't have to navigate it alone. I am a LCSW working with teenagers and adults who are ready to break free from cycles of overthinking and self-doubt. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate. I tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs using practical tools from MI (Motivational Interviewing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you breathe easier and move forward with confidence. Outside of session, you can find me hiking (with or without my dog), playing volleyball, volunteering in my church, and relaxing at home.

Welcome! I am a dedicated mental health professional committed to supporting people aged 13+ on their journey toward well-being. I provide a compassionate and understanding space where clients can explore challenges, develop valuable coping skills, and build confidence to thrive. My goal is to empower each person to cultivate lasting emotional health and resilience. I enjoy using humor and hobbies to build rapport.
As a parent, you may notice the growing complexity of raising teens in a world that never slows down. Normal adolescent development already brings its own demands. Add increasing academic pressure, social stress, and digital exposure, and some teens begin to struggle with anxiety, emotional reactivity, mood problems, trauma, and harmful coping behaviors.
It can be hard to know what's typical, what's escalating, and what to do next.
Using a flexible approach, I help families make sense of what to accept, support, and nurture, and what needs thoughtful intervention. I work to help young people build insight and learn regulation and coping skills while helping caregivers respond with confidence, clarity, and skills to support lasting change.

Hi, I'm Helena (Hell-in-uh)!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience! I like to emphasize that at the heart of my practice, I am a Social Worker and I approach my work from that perspective. I acknowledge that there are barriers we all experience to living our best lives and that certain people experience more and worse barriers because of who they are. My work is most rewarding when I get to help folks level the playing field by accessing the support, validation and compassion they need.
Hello!! And, Welcome! Looking forward to meeting you!! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Utah, and Nevada. I received my Masters from Western Kentucky University, and have been practicing for 30 years.
I help individuals, and couples to overcome "old programming", develop new and healing ways to see themselves and life, and utilize places of self-empowerment. Increasing one's relationship with oneself helps one to have greater relationships with others, and all other parts of life.
Hello. I'm Joseph.
Do you feel so anxious it is hard to leave the house in the morning? Do you feel so depressed and sad that it is hard to get out of bed in the morning?
Anxiety and depression are common. You are not alone in feeling this way. I help people who struggle to deal with the stresses of life. Working together, we can identify what causes your depression and anxiety and work to find solutions which will make life easier for you. It is all about finding balance.
My experience allows me to help you deal with your stress, relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, or depression. Some people worry about what others will think if they seek out therapy. You are not alone. Many people deal with the same kind of things you deal with. Therapy is a place where many people come to heal and grow. It is a safe place where you can talk about whatever is on your mind and know that everything is confidential. Through compassion, empathy, and evidence-based techniques, we will find solutions for your problems and worries. Look forward to working with you!
Hi, I'm Chris, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field helping individuals with a wide range of emotional and life issues. I use evidence-based therapeutic strategies as well as a person-centered approach to individualize your needs, abilities and means to achieve your goals.
Having lived, studied & worked in rural America, large cities, military, civilian, blue and white collar jobs, I relate to a wide spectrum of people. If you’re looking for an ally who can offer hope while centering on achievable goals, an empathetic ear to hear underlying solutions to your problems, a way forward to tap into your inherent strengths and skills, then get in touch and lets make life better.
I work with individuals who have likely been struggling for many years, sometimes have more than one identified issue and are unsure of how to change how they feel, improve their relationships or see things getting better for themselves. Typically, core issues can be identified within the first few sessions along with a plan to manage them.
Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been practicing for over 20 years. I work with adults, couples, and families including children, and adolescents. My goal is to work with each person individually from a person-centered perspective. I want you to feel that you are in control of your progress by identifying your needs and focusing on your strengths . My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral challenges, post-partum depression, parenting, chronic illness, and grief. I am available to see clients in Kentucky in-person or telehealth, and Michigan or Minnesota via telehealth.
The person centered approach means that the client is the center of everything from the initial assessment, to the development of the goals, to the treatment that is provided. It is important that you know you are accepted and with therapy you are able to address the concerns you have and learn to effectively work through them.
I understand therapy can feel uncomfortable and the thought of sharing yourself with someone you don't know (yet) can be overwhelming. Give me a call and we can talk for an initial conversation to see if it will be a good fit.
Life has a way of pulling the ground out from under us — a career shift, a relationship ending, a loss, or simply the quiet feeling that who you used to be no longer fits. I've been there too, and that lived experience is at the heart of how I show up for my clients.
I'm a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping adults find their footing during some of life's most disorienting chapters. My approach is collaborative and grounded — I don't believe in one-size-fits-all answers, so we'll work together to understand your unique story and build a path forward that actually feels like yours.
Whether you're wrestling with anxiety, standing at a crossroads, or just feeling stuck in a life that no longer seems to fit — this is a space where you don't have to have it all figured out. Just come as you are.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing care to a wide range of clients, but my focus has been working with people finding their way through grief and loss. While grief is a universally human experience, most of us don't talk or share much about it, much less how to live through it. No one is meant to grieve alone, and it is my privilege to join others on this path.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck? Wanting things to feel calmer, clearer or more manageable but not sure how to get there? Please understand that you do not have to navigate this alone. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin processing what you are experiencing. I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavior difficulties and emotional regulation.
I have experience working with adults who are struggling with navigating life transitions or have other personal challenges related to anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, adjustment issues, parenting concerns, and difficulties in relationships. I believe therapy can assist you with gaining a better understanding of your own thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns to help you enhance your relationships with others and develop a skill set to assist in creating a positive change that aligns with your beliefs and values.
Walking with people through life's difficulties and struggles is a privileged, honor, and part of my purpose in life. I commit my life to helping people find their way back to the right paths that they want to be on to live out their purpose.

I specialize in issues of adjustment, trauma, depression, anxiety, crisis, grief, child and adolescent behaviors, and sexual abuse. I also have experience with talking with individuals with mood and personality disorders, PTSD, and issues surrounding divorce.
On a more personal level, I enjoy traveling and refer to myself as a coffee connoisseur. I also have two small dogs that think they run the world and like to introduce themselves from time to time in my sessions. I always have a plan but I believe some of life's greatest adventures are in taking the scenic route.
