I am an LCSW with more than 25 years of experience working with individuals and families to to help them live their best lives. I offer a welcoming and safe space to address your concerns and find soultions to your problems. We will begin working on a plan to address the issue that brings you to therapy in our first session. You will leave our first session feeling heard and understood and supported.
In our first session we will begin to explore your goal for therapy and develop a plan based on your values and needs.

Rather than avoiding feelings about challenging life events, working together, I can help you to identify and accept those feelings without judgement and adapt to challenging events. Through Mindfulness and behavioral changes based on your values, i can help you develop coping skills to handle challenging life events.
Problems can often be created or worsened by how we think about them. Using CBT, I can help you to recognize faulty thinking, gain a better understanding of the behavior and motivation of others and enhance problem solving skills, leading to a greater sense of confidence in your own abilities.
When we realize we cannot do the same thing over and over and expect different results (to paraphrase Einstein). SFT can be a great approach to problem solving. We can work to quickly identify your current problems and find solutions to those problems.
