Hello, I’m Marisol Cruz. I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) offering therapy in both English and Spanish.
With 24 years of experience as a school counselor and over 5 years as a mental health clinician, I support adults who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and issues with self-worth or confidence. I also have extensive experience helping individuals manage overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and communication difficulties.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, guidance, healing, or personal growth, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Let’s work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through both everyday stressors and complex mental health concerns. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients build insight, assess readiness for change, and take meaningful action. As a bicultural and bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I am deeply attuned to the cultural, social, and systemic factors that shape an individual’s lived experience. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and work collaboratively with each client to tailor treatment that aligns with their values, strengths, and goals. My clinical experience includes working with mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, and multicultural identity concerns, with an emphasis on fostering resilience, clarity, and lasting growth.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adults break through emotional impasses and reclaim a sense of balance and vitality in their lives. My practice blends the practical, goal-oriented tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with deep, brain-body healing modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting, and clinical hypnosis. I specialize in collaborating with individuals navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and major life transitions, providing a safe and nurturing space to process deep-rooted distress. Together, we will work to release what is holding you back, build lasting resilience, and foster a compassionate, adaptive path forward.
As a trauma-informed therapist and practice owner, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the impact of their trauma, especially family and childhood trauma/abuse, anxiety, and major life adjustments. Therapy is a collaborative partnership and I aim to provide a trusting and safe environment where you feel supported by your clinician. I look forward to meeting you and seeing if we are a good fit for on another.
Hello! I started working in mental health outreach attending school full-time while attaining my graduate level courses. I've worked with those with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, (C)PTSD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Adjustment Disorders, Family conflict, and also worked with the LGBTQ & Latinx communities. I've met so many wonderful people and knew I wanted to learn and meet more people to try and help guide people as much as I could, so I attained my LCPC to supervise other clinicians and help more in need.
I am an open-minded, person-centered, and strength-based mental health counselor that focuses on the present and provides counseling through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methodology. I have over 10 years of mental health counseling experience working with individuals ages 15-55 in need of Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, ADHD, Anger Management, Grief, Career and general life skills counseling in private practice and school settings.
Welcome—I'm glad you're here. Seeking support is a brave step and I aim to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, explore what matters to you, and find practical ways to move forward. Whether you're facing a sudden crisis or a long-standing struggle, we'll work together at a pace that feels safe and productive, honoring your values and strengths as we clarify goals and build lasting skills.
I provide practical, evidence-informed clinical care to adults seeking clearer thinking, steadier emotion, and healthier relationships. The desire to know yourself and to be truly known by others is central to a life worth living; I respect the courage it takes to face difficult patterns and make lasting change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 25 years’ experience helping people navigate life challenges.
I am a social worker with 25 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan — from infants and their caregivers to older adults navigating later‑life challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that our thoughts are powerful drivers of our emotions and behaviors. When we learn to understand and reshape those thoughts, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
Using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), I help clients harness the power of their thinking to influence how they feel and act in everyday situations. Many people have been taught to “just change their behavior,” and when that doesn’t work, they blame themselves. I guide clients toward a different approach — one that starts with the mind, not with willpower.
In our sessions, I use analogies, real‑life examples, and practical tools that clients can immediately apply. My goal is for every session to end with one new tool for their toolbox, something concrete they can practice between sessions. And while the work is meaningful, I believe it can also be engaging — even fun — as clients begin to see themselves and the world through a new, more empowering lens.
My name is Dushun Beckford-Torres, LCSW, and I bring 17 years of social work experience and 6 years of post-licensure clinical practice to every client I serve. I've worked with adults and adolescents navigating some of life's most challenging terrain - rebuilding confidence and motivation, healing from trauma, and sustaining recovery from addiction with meaningful supports in place.
I use a blend of evidence-based approaches to meet each client where they stand. I use Motivational Interviewing to draw out each client's own reasons and readiness for change, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify patterns and build practical coping skills, and a Strengths-Based approach that centers every client's resilience, wisdom, and capacity for growth. Together, these tools create a therapeutic experience that feels both structured and deeply personal.
My work centers on genuine human transformation. I have walked alongside clients who arrived feeling broken and watched them rediscover their strength, reclaim their voice, and build lives rooted in purpose and possibility. That journey of personal growth fuels everything I bring into the therapy session.
I hold a deep passion for Black mental health and expanding access to quality, culturally affirming care for Black communities and other marginalized groups. I believe every person deserves a therapist who sees their full humanity, honors their lived experience, and meets them with both clinical excellence and genuine care.
If you feel ready to do the work and want a therapist who will stand firmly in your corner, I am ready to offer the experience, the heart, and the commitment to help you move forward.
I am a licensed clinical therapist and life coach with extensive experience helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My work is focused on supporting people who are high-functioning yet feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of the clients I work with are successful on the outside but internally struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, burnout, or difficulty following through on the changes they know they need to make.
I bring a results-oriented, structured, and insight-driven approach to my work. As a clinician, I am trained to assess emotional patterns, behavioral responses, and underlying drivers that keep people stuck. As a life coach, I help clients move forward with clarity, accountability, and intention. This dual lens allows me to meet clients where they are emotionally while also helping them create practical, forward-moving change in their daily lives.
Clients often seek me out for my ability to quickly identify core issues, provide direct and thoughtful feedback, and help them gain perspective without judgment. I am known for balancing compassion with honesty and for helping clients feel both supported and challenged in ways that lead to real progress. My style is collaborative, grounded, and focused on building sustainable tools rather than temporary relief.
I work with individuals who are ready to be intentional about their growth and committed to showing up for the process. Whether clients are navigating personal transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, or a desire for greater fulfillment and direction, my goal is to help them feel more confident, grounded, and capable of creating the life they want to live.

I'm Daph, a bilingual psychotherapist (I speak English and Spanish) who was born and raised in Chicago. I work with adults ages 25 and up. Hi, I’m Lucretia! I’m a therapist in Illinois, and I work exclusively via telehealth. I’m here to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected—just as you are. My practice is rooted in a firm belief that everyone is worthy of love, respect, and understanding. I value authenticity, empathy, and self-awareness, both for myself and my clients, and I consider these qualities essential for meaningful therapy. I also believe in the power of laughter to ease even the heaviest conversations. Humor can open doors to deeper insight, so I use it thoughtfully and often!
In our sessions, I aim to normalize and validate your experiences, no matter where you’re coming from, without judgment. My goal is to help you tap into your unique strengths and work through whatever might be holding you back. Therapy is a powerful tool, and I’ve witnessed its transformative impact on my clients’ lives, as well as in my own. I’ve leaned on therapy through my nearly 10 years in the field and through personal challenges, including loss and the experience of caretaking for a terminal illness.
If you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma-related struggles, I’d love the chance to work with you. I’m passionate about supporting women ages 20+ who are finding their footing in the world, going through life transitions (divorce, career changes, becoming a parent, etc.), though I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. Many of my clients struggle with relationship problems, histories of childhood traumatic experiences, abuse, or self-worth issues. I’m here to meet you wherever you’re at. My aim is to help you create a present that feels free from the shadows of past experiences, with a future that’s built on self-acceptance, resilience, and, of course, a little bit of laughter.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), my mission is to guide individuals on a journey back to their innate wisdom, compassion, peace, and confidence. I often think of the story of Michelangelo, who described sculpting as the act of chipping away marble to reveal the beauty already within. This metaphor beautifully captures the counseling process: together, we identify and remove the barriers obscuring your true SELF, allowing your inner brilliance to shine through.
My approach is rooted in deep compassion for the human experience. I bring to our work a blend of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, enriched by certifications in Mind-Body Bridging, Cognitively-Based Compassion Training, and Cultivating Emotional Balance. You’re used to being the one others rely on—but lately you may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Many women come to therapy feeling anxious, burned out, or stretched thin from juggling work, caregiving, relationships, and the expectations they place on themselves. If you work in a helping profession—like healthcare, education, or therapy—you may be used to supporting everyone else while quietly carrying your own stress, exhaustion, or compassion fatigue. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin finding balance again.
I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional exhaustion. My approach is holistic and compassionate, integrating CBT, ACT, mindfulness, breath meditation, and psychoeducation. Together we’ll identify what matters most to you and build practical tools to support your mental and emotional well-being.
I also have additional training in women’s health and compassion fatigue, and I enjoy supporting women who spend their days supporting others. If meaningful to you, we can explore spirituality as part of the healing process. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive—and sometimes includes humor. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out.
I work with clients who struggle with anxiety or depression due to relationships or family issues. During the first few sessions, we'll dive into the issues you are most concerned about and collaborate on a plan with goals to help get you back on track. Many clients experience small improvements within the first month of therapy and sizable improvements down the road.

I enjoy helping people make sense of what they are going through, build insight, and reconnect with their strengths. Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois and Maine. I have experience working with clients in crisis with severe mental illness to adults experiencing depression and anxiety with chronic complex medical conditions.
Coping with life challenges is not something you have to go through alone. Many people seek therapy for support, information, and new ideas on how to better handle the curve balls that life can throw sometimes. I believe that human beings are incredibly resilient and sometimes need assistance in recognizing their own inner strength to create positive changes in their lives. The therapeutic relationship should be collaborative, built upon both mutual respect and independence, and I hope to empower my clients to find opportunities for personal growth so that they can move forward with their goals.
I have been a great support to those experiencing significant changes in their lives such as new medical diagnosis or crisis events.
Be proud of making this step forward toward your best self.

Has life been feeling overwhelming lately, leaving you wishing you could talk to someone who truly listens to your worries? I enjoy helping people navigate life's challenges while they discover their inner strengths and regain hope. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Rural Illinois, where I received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. My primary focus is on children, families, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Let's take that scary first step together and start your healing journey, as you are so worth it!
I hold a Clinical Psychologist license to practice in Illinois. I completed my doctorate studies at Adler University. My professional experience in treatment spans over 25 years. I believe a person holds the ability to transform their life for the better. I find satisfaction in helping them advance on their path. The following examples show my methods for treating anxiety and depression.
The evidence-based treatment method I use for anxiety focuses on individualized symptom-specific approaches that match the client’s needs and personal preferences. The combination of repetitive and irrational thoughts about perceived danger, uncertainty or failure creates distressing mental states which may manifest as negative thought, such as: "I am not good enough" or "something bad will happen" or "I will be fired if I make a mistake."
I assist my clients to detect and fight their negative beliefs and thoughts. I guide clients to manage their anxiety symptoms with mindfulness breathing techniques and progressive muscle relaxation methods. With assigned homework including mindfulness exercises, I guide the client to maintain their progress and self-regulation between sessions.
My depression treatment approach matches each client's symptoms, their life history, and their social environment. Depression exists on a spectrum from temporary sadness to persistent and severe Major Depressive Disorder. The maintenance of depression relies on negative thoughts such as “I am worthless” or “Nothing will ever get better.” Our focus will be to identify and modify.
Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients view their depressive thoughts in a non-judgmental manner to reduce their rumination and emotional distress. By teaching problem solving skills and the practice of mindfulness helps the individual become more aware of their physical tension. Assigning homework guides the individual to improve sleep hygiene, self-care, and build effective coping strategies.

My approach to counseling is to provide a strong therapeutic relationship tailored to your needs and goals in a safe, nonjudgmental, nurturing environment where healing can begin. I am passionate about working together to learn new tools for change when you feel overwhelmed, distressed, or stuck.
I aim to create a caring environment that invites one to explore one's personal story and find healing. Therapy focuses on discussing past and current patterns and coping skills to help people gain greater self-awareness and the ability to solve problems more effectively in the future.
When scheduling an appointment, we can consider other options because my availability is primarily in my private practice, and I have additional availability. Feel free to reach out if you are not able to find a time that matches your schedule.
Hey, I’m Jeannuel
I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a therapist, but more importantly, I’m someone who deeply values human connection, honesty, and showing up authentically. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and real — not intimidating or overly clinical.
I’m warm, down-to-earth, and optimistic by nature. I value laughter when it fits, honesty even when things feel messy, and creating a space where you don’t have to pretend to have it all together. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen and supported — not judged or rushed. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s story.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who appreciates balance, reflection, and growth. I care deeply about helping people reconnect with themselves and trust their inner voice again , or even discover it for the first time.
If you’re looking for a therapist who shows up as a real person and creates space for you to be one too, you’re in the right place.
Hi, I'm Amanda. I have over 15 years' experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lewis University. I provide telehealth services to individuals over the age of 18 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, stress, and work/life concerns. I love helping and empowering individuals develop the skills that increase life satisfaction and wellbeing.
I’m a mental health professional with a deep and varied background in education, counseling, human services, and advocacy. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside adults, youth, and families navigating trauma, identity shifts, life transitions, and the lasting weight of systemic challenges like poverty, incarceration, and intergenerational trauma. I don’t just see symptoms, I see people. Whole people. And I meet them exactly where they are.
I'm Marissa, a therapist for women who carry it all. The ones who hold everyone else together while quietly losing themselves underneath it. My work is for the woman who looks fine on the outside and is exhausted on the inside. Together we make space for you to set it down, name what it's costing you, and slowly find your way back to yourself.
