New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be fully human without judgment, pressure, or pretending. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, creative, and practical. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity, life transitions, emotional regulation, and feeling stuck. Together, we’ll explore the “why” behind patterns while also building tools for the “what now.” My goal is to help you Proclaim the Real Authentic You and move from simply surviving toward genuinely thriving.
Your first session is about creating a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and feel understood without judgment. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you hope will change. I’ll help you begin connecting the dots between your experiences, patterns, relationships, and emotions so we can identify what you need and build a plan that feels realistic and personal to you. I also believe in homework, it is optional but gives you extra support/tools to reflect on who you are, so you are more equipped and can think independently.
I bring warmth, curiosity, creativity, and a strong ability to see the bigger picture while still paying attention to the details. I’m skilled at helping clients identify patterns, make connections between past experiences and present behaviors, and turn insight into practical change. I balance compassion with accountability, so sessions can feel supportive while still challenging you to grow. I also adapt my approach to the person in front of me, using trauma-informed, relational, faith-sensitive, and creative strategies when they fit your needs.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful changes, even if they are not quite sure where to begin. My job is to help you explore what to do with the information you learn and how to create the life you want with the information you have and explore. I work with people from all parts of life 12+ years old and up navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, life transitions, emotional regulation, burnout, or feeling stuck. You do not have to have everything figured out just a willingness to be curious, honest, and open to growth.

Healing doesn't happen in isolation, it happens through honesty with yourself and a commitment to never give up on you! I use an attachment-based approach informed by the ARC (attachment, regulation , and competency) model to help you understand how past relationships and experiences may influence the way you connect with yourself and others today. Together, we explore patterns around trust, closeness, boundaries, safety, and emotional needs while building healthier ways of relating. My goal is to help you feel more secure in who you are, communicate your needs more clearly, and create relationships that feel safer and more fulfilling.
I use CBT to help you recognize the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, challenge beliefs that no longer serve you, and develop healthier ways of responding to everyday stressors. The goal is not simply to “think positively,” but to better understand your patterns and build practical tools that support meaningful change by embracing the higher and lower version of ourselves.
I use DBT to help you better understand two things can be true at the same time. Meaning I am feeling a certain way and I have a desire to respond a certain way so how do I balance what feels authentic and challenge myself to respond based upon who I want to be not who my emotions/experiences want me to be. Together we manage intense emotions/experiences without feeling controlled by them. We may focus on emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, distress tolerance, and staying grounded during difficult moments. I support with balancing acceptance with accountability, helping you honor what you feel while also developing healthier ways to respond, communicate, and move forward.
