As women, we can find ourselves struggling too much with the demands of relationships, family, parenting, jobs, trauma, loss, living solo, finances, injustice, and the juggling act of any or all of these. Sometimes, maybe too much of the time, we feel worried, sad, lonely, angry, or downright exhausted from the spiraling stress. Our health is impacted, along with our self-esteem, our mental health, our work, our relationships, and our vision of what matters, of what we want our lives to be.
