New to Grow
I am a therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening emotional resilience, and developing healthier coping and communication skills. My goal is to help clients improve relationships, increase self-awareness, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change that supports overall emotional well-being and personal growth.
In the first session, clients can expect a supportive and welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other. We will review what brought them to therapy, discuss current concerns, and identify initial goals. I will also gather relevant background information to better understand their experiences and needs. Together, we will begin outlining a direction for treatment while ensuring clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we start the therapeutic process.
My greatest strengths include creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I am intentional about building strong therapeutic rapport and tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs. I focus on helping clients gain insight while also developing practical tools they can use in daily life. What stands out in my work is the balance of emotional support with skill-building that leads to meaningful, sustainable change.
I am best positioned to serve adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, grief, self-esteem concerns, and interpersonal conflict. I work well with clients who are seeking greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, improved communication, and personal growth. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and client-centered, helping clients feel heard while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. In my practice, I use CBT to support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions by teaching practical coping skills, cognitive restructuring, and emotional regulation strategies in a collaborative and client-centered way.
Couples Counseling
I have experience providing couples counseling to partners navigating communication difficulties, conflict, trust concerns, emotional disconnection, life transitions, and relationship stressors. In my practice, I use a collaborative and supportive approach to help couples improve communication, strengthen emotional awareness, develop healthier conflict-resolution skills, and build more effective patterns of connection and understanding within the relationship.
Family Therapy
I have experience providing family therapy to support families navigating communication challenges, conflict, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and relationship stressors. In my practice, I use a collaborative and strengths-based approach to help family members improve communication, strengthen relationships, increase understanding, and develop healthier ways of interacting and resolving conflict.
Group Therapy
I have experience providing grief therapy to individuals coping with loss, life transitions, and emotional adjustment following significant changes or bereavement. In my practice, I create a supportive and compassionate environment where clients can process emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate the grieving process at their own pace while working toward healing and emotional resilience.
