Specializing in assisting health care professionals manage their own mental health under the unrelenting demands of their career. Also, Individuals who find themselves unexpectedly thrust into caretaker responsibilities that require them to learn how to re-balance their lives. Three decades of experience as a professional working in mental health services makes me uniquely qualified to assist, not only health care professionals, but a wide variety of individuals in need.
In our first session together I will want to hear about the struggles you face in addition to strengths you have. I will tell you more about my philosophy on therapy. You will get a chance to ask me questions so I feel less like a stranger. At the end, I will let you know what the path should be in our work together.
