About me

If you look like you 'have it all together' but are secretly exhausted by an anxious, non-stop internal monologue, you are in the right place. I help adults navigate the overwhelming seasons of life; from major transitions like career and relationship shifts, to the daily grind of chronic worry and perfectionism. I believe in an active, collaborative, and tool-forward approach. We will break down your worries and concerns and map out how your mind works in order to build concrete strategies you can use the moment stress hits.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is what we call an initial intake. It is less about diving into deep, heavy therapy work right away, and more about taking a step back to look at the big picture of your life, establishing safety, and seeing how we vibe as a team. We will set the ground rules, you'll have a chance to share what has led you to this point in your journey and we'll talk about your initial goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

You are the absolute expert on your own life, and I am here to help you unpack and organize it all. I believe that your unique identity, neurodivergence, or unconventional life choices are strengths, not problems to be solved. I don’t try to be everything to everyone, but I have multiple years of experience with a variety of populations. I don't have all the answers but I do promise to be supportive and offer some perspective.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Adults navigating major life transitions, managing anxiety, and embracing their unique individualities. Individuals who are facing a career pivot, relationship shift, or identity change, and are looking for a collaborative and structured environment to help them cultivate resilience during times of flux. Individuals struggling with anxiety, may also benefit from my approach by targeting the repetitive thinking traps and physical tension that cause them to feel stuck. Together, we can develop practical, real-time tools to calm the mind and rebuild confidence in the face of uncertainty.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

If you think of your mind as an internal ecosystem, CBT is essentially the framework that helps us map out how your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions are all interconnected. When we work together using CBT, our goal isn't to just force "positive thinking". Instead, the goal is to develop cognitive flexibility, which is the ability to step back, examine our immediate reactions, and choose a path that serves us.
