I help high-achieving women move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling calm, confident, and in control of their lives. Many of my clients are navigating divorce, breakups, or major life transitions and are ready to rebuild, not stay in confusion or dysfunction. In therapy, we create strategies to help you manage mild anxiety, stress, overwhelm, burnout, and adjustment-related challenges, while building self-trust, boundaries, and emotional independence.
I understand these transitions on a personal level. I’ve walked through divorce, burnout, and seasons of carrying it all alone. Because of that, I offer a grounded, relatable approach where you can be vulnerable and honest while still being challenged to grow. I have now been practicing for about 10 years and I bring to my practice a love for learning and exploring, combined with a steadfast belief in not only the ability, but the right of people to grow and heal. I use techniques from a number of therapeutic modalities, and even pull from my own life experience and my training as a coach. I prefer whenever possible to be client-led because I believe that we each have the answers we need within ourselves, and that you are the expert on you. That means my job is to develop a trusting relationship between us, to listen deeply, and reflect with you, encouraging and guiding you to reach your goals. I find this to be the most exciting and rewarding work I have ever done, and look forward to a collaboration based on who you are and what you need.

I'm someone who experienced many adverse childhood experiences and academic challenges to be where I am in life requires determination, faith and relentless hope. So I would be doing a injustice myself and others to not be being a bridge builder. When I'm not working I enjoy walking in the park, going to the gym, going on cruises and hanging out with my wife and kids.
Hi, I’m Keshara. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping women feel more like themselves again. I work with clients who are often used to being “the strong one,” but are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely human. I am also the Founder of Power Forward Outreach, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, mothers, and families through mentorship, education, and mental health awareness, bridging the gap between motherhood and wellness while nurturing resilience, healing, and emotional growth.
I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am!
I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way.
I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?
I am a licensed mental health therapist in Georgia with 11 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, to mention a few were substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, women adjusting to different stages in life, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD plus much more.
My therapy style is client centered focusing on CBT and solution focus. I'm easy to talk to but I'm here to help (you pay me to be honest ;) so shoot my feedback from the hip but share it in a loving manner. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client or family centered, and solution focus. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
