Providing career aptitude battery's and mediation for college kids and C-level team building, showed me that peak performance training can help anyone at any stage. When motherhood transitioned me from my Private practice I continued bringing families and opposing parties together in their new real estate chapter's. I’ve enjoyed helping others at an even deeper level again through the supportive and encouraging therapeutic relationship. I'm a holistic provider of teletherapy to Georgia and soon Florida individuals, couples and families. I specialize in young adults navigating life or vocational transitions. empty nesters and people juggling aging parents and their children's needs (sandwich generation) substance recovery, career assessment and peak performance.
