At this time of extreme changes, I am here to help you navigate the uncertainty that many of us are facing.
Hello, I'm Rachel, I have worked as a mental health therapist/counselor since 2014, (with additional experience during in-residency prior to graduation from May 2013-March 2014). I have provided therapeutic services to young children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I have provided services in a variety of settings such as: residential-inpatient, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, and a maximum-security prison. I have also worked with this population to help with readjusting to civilian life and other life stressors. I also have experience working with Veterans, who are also government employees, facing a lot of additional uncertainty right now.
***I am open to new clients. Please message me directly to schedule a time.***
Hello, and welcome! I am Elena, a trilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from Atlanta, Georgia, and have been practicing since 2013. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University. For the past decade I worked with incarcerated teens (and on probation, or in community) helping them approach problematic behaviors and improve these by avoiding future incarcerations. I serve pre-teens/adolescents 12-17 years old and young adults ages 18-25 by assisting them solve problems they cannot readily solve themselves. During our sessions we address issues such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, trauma, relationships, and anger management, among many other issues that might led to delinquency. My specialty is treating individuals with difficulties effectively communicating their needs within their relationships with parents, siblings, relatives, friends, etc., with an emphasis on assertiveness training for building and nurturing long-lasting interpersonal relationships.
There is no one size fits all approach to therapy, so I like to tailor my approach to fit my client's unique needs. Here are a few of the clinical theories I use to guide my practice: Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Treatment, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 26 years of clinical experience across various settings, including both private and public sectors such as psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, corrections, residential treatment, school-based environments, in-home services, and currently, private practice. I've likely encountered a wide range of situations, allowing me to effectively “meet clients where they are” and guide them on their journey toward recovery and wellness.
I focus on assisting individuals who aim to improve their mental health, emotional resilience, and general well-being. My methods are customized to address the distinct needs of various groups, such as students, young adults, professionals, and those experiencing life transitions.
My communication style is centered around the individual and rooted in compassion. I appreciate the diversity and unique experiences that everyone brings to therapy. My goal is to foster a warm and nurturing relationship with you, helping to enhance your strengths, achieve your goals, and create a meaningful life that aligns with your values and desires.
Hi. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Master's of Social Work from Western Kentucky University in 2007 and my Ph.D in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2020. I have been working in the field for over 15 years. Hello, I’m Crystal, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy. My professional focus is on supporting women, teenagers, and young adults as they navigate life’s complexities. With a deep rooted passion for understanding the intricacies of the human mind, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
Do you feel you are everywhere and nowhere simultaneously? Are you struggling to figure out how to find balance or real happiness? Do you want to change your life but just don't know how?
Hi, I am Crystal and I am here to help!
But HOW can I help, you may be thinking? Well, I can provide you with a safe and non judgemental space in which you can re-focus on what is truly important to you by walking along side of you on your therapeutic journey of self-awareness. Together we will develop a treatment plan that will help us reach your desired outcomes. I have found that incorporating the arts into therapy is quite beneficial since sometimes words can not capture our emotions as intensely or as accurately as a song or piece of art can. I also love to use mindfulness and bibliotherapy with clients and have been amazed at the success of using all of these approaches.
You have taken the first step towards your new life already by researching which led you here. Won't you take that next step and connect today so that we can begin your journey? Change is hard, but I will be here to support you every step of the way!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nine years of experience providing counseling across community mental health centers, school-based settings, and private practice. Growing up in a rural town with limited access to care, I witnessed firsthand the barriers many people face when trying to receive support. That experience shaped my commitment to delivering accessible, culturally responsive, and effective treatment. Since 2019, I’ve offered telehealth services alongside in-person sessions, ensuring clients receive quality care—wherever they are.

Hello, my name is Robert Golan. I have been counseling for 30 years. I use a collection of techniques to help my clients. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my primary approach. I have found this method to be very successful with clients. I believe in building on client’s strengths which gives them the opportunity to express what they wish to accomplish while we work together towards that end. I prefer to use encouragement and help clients find their own motivation for improving their lives. I utilize mindfulness as well as behavior modification to augment my client’s well being. I also use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when it is appropriate to help clients with past trauma. Counseling is a very collaborative process so I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
Education and Training
I am a Board Certified Counselor (NCC) as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee and Georgia. I am also a Certified Professional Counseling Supervisor (CPCS) in Georgia. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lee University. I have worked with people who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, low self image, and spiritual issues. I have been counseling for 28 years with extensive experience in individual as well as marriage and family counseling. I have worked with adolescents as well as adults. I regularly attend training to keep current on the best techniques to address trauma, mood, and anxiety. I enjoy building a strong relationship with my clients and watching them grow and overcome the issues that have limited their quality of life.
My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I’m body positive and LGBTQ+ friendly. I hope you will be able to find Ease to Flourish in your day to day experiences and find what can bring you joy.
I may be a counselor but I'm always Jasmine. I bring my authentic self to each session so my clients can feel safe to do the same. I strive to meet my clients where they are and assist them in gaining the tools they need to accomplish whatever goals they have set for themselves and become the version of themselves they desire. I don't believe in the "one size fits all" method and truly tailor not only my approach for that client based on their needs but also each session. I'd be honored to assist anyone in the journey with mental health wellness. Who said games are for kids? Therapy Uno anyone?
Being in the field for over a decade has helped me to build an eclectic, yet authentic approach to therapy. My roots stem firmly from behavioralism, CBT, DBT, and ACT.

Life can be difficult for each of us at some point in time, in ways unique to our own circumstances. My goal is to help people through the tough chapters so that they move into better chapters with additional tools to handle challenges and stresses. I don't view people as being broken or needing fixing. We all need someone with whom to sort things through at times, someone who isn't part of our day-to-day mix.
In therapy, clients develop more effective expectations by redefining their stresses and challenges, reduce emotional upset and distress by looking at their issues from a new angle, and feel empowered by trying new approaches to effective problem-solving. I would be pleased to walk this journey with you, to reduce stress and find a more satisfying approach to life.
Available appointments are those set aside specifically for intakes. I see clients through Grow Therapy on Monday and Tuesday. I cannot do letters, FMLA forms or provide disability opinions for clients who have not already been involved in therapy with me for at least several months. While I really enjoy working with individuals aged 65 and older, due to Medicare regulations, I cannot see traditional Medicare clients for self-pay. I can see those seniors with Medicare Replacement plans which are accepted by Grow Therapy. I only work with individuals, and do not do marital or family therapy.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a doctor’s office. I’m a licensed clinical social worker who ditched the traditional format in favor of something more human, more comfortable, and way less rigid.
My practice is for people who want real conversations—not checklists, not stereotypes, and definitely not the pressure to “perform” wellness. Come as you are: messy, curious, overwhelmed, hilarious, imperfect. I’m here for all of it.
If you’re craving a therapist who’s open, grounded, and actually gets that healing happens when you feel at home, let’s talk. This space is yours.
I strive to empower individuals in cultivating lasting emotional well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care. I recognize that life’s challenges—whether rooted in anxiety, depression, trauma, or relational struggles—can be overwhelming. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where healing and growth are not only possible but sustainable. I believe that everyone deserves access to nonjudgmental, supportive, and personalized mental health care. That’s why I specialize in trauma-informed, affirmative therapy that meets clients where they are—emotionally, relationally, and culturally.
Hello I’m Hillary, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that feels heavy, or the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy and motherhood. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and maternal mental health, and I’m passionate about helping clients find balance, clarity, and renewed hope.
I work with children, teens, and adults, creating a supportive space tailored to each stage of life. No matter your age or season, you deserve to feel heard, understood, and equipped to manage what you’re facing.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I believe healing involves the mind, body, and soul working together. In our work, we’ll build practical coping skills while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be holding you back. My goal is to help you feel empowered, not just in session, but in your everyday life.
You don’t have to navigate life’s obstacles alone. When you’re ready to take the next step toward emotional wellness and personal growth, it would be my honor to walk alongside you in that journey.
Hi, I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who helps adults find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative . I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you as a person so that we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients often describe me as “calming,” and I think that reflects the kind of space I try to create : one where you can let your guard down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward real change.
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to suffer and I believe that no one should have to stay stuck in pain or face it alone.
Abeke "Kay" Baker, LMFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a 2011 graduate of Mercer University School of Medicine’s Master’s program in Marriage and Family Therapy. With a career in mental health and social services that began at just 14 years old, Abeke brings over 18 years of hands-on experience to her work. She began as a youth counselor with the Red Cross Lock Key Kids safety program and has since served in diverse roles, including Program Director for Howard County Parks and Recreation in Columbia, MD—supporting youth and young adults with developmental disabilities, autism, and maladaptive behaviors—as well as working in inpatient crisis stabilization settings for both adolescents and adults.
Founder of All 1 Family, Inc.
Abeke is the founder of All 1 Family, Inc., a nonprofit community mental health organization based in Atlanta, GA. The organization is dedicated to supporting the mental wellness of LGBTQ+ individuals—especially people of color—by offering a safe, affirming space for clients to explore their identities and experiences with the support of culturally competent therapists. All 1 Family provides low-cost counseling services, including individual, family, group, and couples therapy. The clinicians—many of whom identify as LGBTQ+ or allies of color—bring lived experience and deep empathy to their work.
Founder’s Statement
“While working across inpatient and community-based mental health settings—providing crisis intervention, assessments, and psychotherapy—I noticed a troubling pattern: many LGBTQ+ individuals were seeking support but struggled to find providers who were affirming, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. This gap often led individuals to delay or forgo much-needed care. All 1 Family was born from the belief that everyone deserves a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported.”
I’m a licensed mental health professional with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. My background includes work with the U.S. Air Force, VA Medical Centers, and community organizations, where I’ve provided therapy, led programs, and supported diverse populations.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to my work, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I offer an engaging approach grounded in evidence-based therapies like ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I’ve facilitated both individual and group therapy, helping clients manage anxiety, anger, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to help you build resilience, reconnect with your values, and take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling life. Whether you're feeling stuck or ready for change, I’m here to support you in creating a life that feels more authentic and empowered.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have a very curious mind and a genuine interest in understanding what drives people. I am also a great listener.
You've made an important decision to start therapy. I'm glad you're here. It has been said therapy with me is like talking to your "auntie". I will help you see yourself but in such a nurturing way you receive it, and it allows you to do your work.
My gifting is in assessment and working with adults and couples. I have always worked in some form of mental health assessment in my career. Most recently I spent 5 years in Grady’s Psychiatric ER. Allowing me to quickly assess needs and develop a life plan with the client.
Couple work is also a skilled area for me. Especially when communication has broken down evidenced by constant arguing. Therapy can break couples out of the destructive tit-for-tat cycle. Broken trust, infidelity and unforgiveness are also areas I specialize in.
Women’s concerns and issues are important to me. I’ve done extensive work in healing their “father wound”. Tapping the spiritual relationship for healing. Topics include relationships, self development and growth. Another very successful service is my therapeutic walkthrough of popular books. Titles have included RC Blakes’ Queenology and Sophia Nelson’s The Woman Code. Currently, I am authoring The Majestic Woman Mindset, which comes from a woman’s empowerment curriculum I developed.
TALK|THERAPY LIVE, is a podcast on my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmxgzmGXbnqKKizcNu32WuA
of educational videos and live broadcasts addressing behavioral health and relationships. Sometimes with special guests. I have been a helper/healer my entire career and looking forward to this season working with those I can help the most.
So whether it’s life just happening, grief, a relationship starting or ending, relationship issues and specifically if there are struggles with depression, anxiety, or a disorder, REACH OUT…Success in life is about making good decisions. Starting therapy is always a great decision!!

From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
