I’m a mental health professional with a background in counseling, education, human services, and advocacy. I’ve worked with adults, youth, and families navigating relationships, life transitions, identity, stress, and difficult circumstances. My approach is relational, practical, and individualized. I believe therapy is about understanding the whole person, not just the problem that brought you in, and creating meaningful change that carries beyond the therapy room.
Hi, I’m Ashley Smith, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationship or intimacy concerns, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where healing and growth can happen.
One of my favorite moments as a therapist is when something finally “clicks” for a client — that moment when they begin to understand why they think, feel, or react the way they do. Even more rewarding is watching them learn how to break free from patterns that have been holding them back and begin creating the life they want. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than seeing people discover their own strength and realize lasting change is possible.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences, anxiety, or self-doubt make it hard to move forward. As a warm and grounding therapist (who isn’t afraid to add a little humor when it helps), I create a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You just need to show up as you are. I help adults, teens, couples, BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those navigating spiritual or religious trauma reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and build healthier patterns.
Hi, I'm Natalie, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges and transitions. I believe that therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing, feel heard and understood, and work toward meaningful change. My approach is compassionate- yet still gently challenging, collaborative and individualized because I know that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and move forward in your next steps.

Hello! My name is Donna and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I am also a spouse of a United States Army Veteran. I have traveled the world and in doing so I have been able to build meaningful relationships with others. I would love to help you regain your sense of worth and well being.
Do you feel like you're running at full capacity with no room left to breathe? On the surface, you have it all together: the high-performing professional, the dependable parent, the supportive partner. Underneath, it's different. Anxiety that won't quiet. Depression creeping in. Burnout from roles that never let you clock out. Often it's all of them at once, tangled together until they blur.
I bring an engineer's mindset to therapy. My background in Mechanical Engineering shaped how I see problems, not as isolated issues but as complex systems needing recalibration. Most high-achievers I work with are tired of surface-level talk therapy; they want results. Together, we analyze what's actually breaking down, whether it's depression, anxiety, career burnout, or family dynamics. We build a concrete evidence-based plan using tools such as DBT and EMDR to process trauma and tackle performance issues. For over a decade, I've guided clients through major life transitions, for example career pivots, new parenthood, and loss, toward lives rooted in purpose and sustainable well-being.
Jennifer Glaze, LCSW has been working as a Mental Health Professional for the past 15+ years. Having served in the areas of addiction, female-specific concerns, and life transitions, she prides herself on being able to provide unconditional positive regard to all clients with whom she interacts.
"I believe that all clients deserve to be heard and have their emotional needs addressed. Unconditional care and respect is what is missing in our human-to-human interactions."

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with advanced training in Marriage and Family Therapy, I utilize a client-centered approach that prioritizes the unique needs of both individuals and families. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the field for the past seventeen years. I have provided therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families for six years. I work with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to self-esteem, effective communication, depression, anxiety, trauma, marriage counseling, dementia, and Christian counseling. You are the expert on your story and have many strengths to help you overcome challenges. I strive to help you uncover your true potential and ultimately reach your goals by implementing solution-oriented strategies for successful transformation.
As a therapist, I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach. I sit at a rare and powerful intersection of neuroscience, practical behavioral strategy, and deep, soul-level healing.
Here is who I am as a clinician:
1. I Bridge Logic and Depth
I possess the unique ability to bridge the gap between the logical, analytical mind and the emotional, intuitive self.
I am practical, structured, and evidence-based. I help you map out your mental loops and provide immediate, actionable tools for your daily life.
I don't view you as "broken" or needing to be fixed; instead, I see you as a system of protective parts that deserve to be understood, healed, and unburdened.
2. I Provide Specialized, Biological Relief for sleep problems
My specialization in CBT-I means I deeply understand how the mind and body are connected. I don't just talk about stress abstractly. I actively solve the physiological crises, like chronic insomnia, that stress creates. This allows me to deliver tangible, measurable relief to your biological baseline so you actually have the physical energy to do the deeper emotional work.
3. I am Efficient, Collaborative, and Transformative
I am not interested in passive, aimless "venting sessions" that drag on for years without progress. My approach is active and modern. I act as a grounded guide to help you catch and rewire your immediate habits while simultaneously healing the deep-seated root vulnerabilities that drove those habits in the first place.
My Clinical Vibe
I provide a space where science meets profound self-discovery. To my clients, I am a warm, deeply empathetic anchor who can hold space for your most vulnerable inner world, while remaining sharp and structured enough to keep you moving forward toward a true internal reset.

Hi there, I'm Agathe
Do you feel overwhelmed by thoughts of the past or worries of the future? Are you struggling to manage relationships with family, friends and coworkers? Is it hard to take care of your needs?
I practice a merriment of evidence-based therapy approaches tailored to meet your needs, including exposure therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, women’s issues and body positivity.
Together, we will process difficult feelings and identify tools that work for you so you can live your best life. We'll use a holistic approach tailored to empower you to live the life you dream of. I'm here to support you in your therapeutic journey.
I look forward to working with you!
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood—a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment. I also believe that meaningful growth sometimes requires stepping outside of our comfort zones, challenging old patterns, and discovering strengths we may have forgotten we possess.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative, with just the right amount of gentle challenge. I strive to create a comfortable, authentic environment where we can explore life's difficulties while also recognizing opportunities for growth and change. I won't simply sit back and nod along, but I also won't push you before you're ready. I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
One of my greatest professional passions is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am drawn to EMDR because of its ability to help individuals process painful experiences, work through trauma, and begin to loosen the grip that past experiences can have on their present lives. I believe that our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define us. EMDR offers an opportunity to move beyond simply understanding what has happened to us and toward experiencing meaningful emotional healing.
I value humor when appropriate and honest conversations. Therapy can be hard work, but it doesn't always have to feel heavy.
**Above all, I want you to know that you don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy.** You just have to be willing to start. I'll meet you there, and we'll work together to find a path forward.
I'm someone who experienced many adverse childhood experiences and academic challenges to be where I am in life requires determination, faith and relentless hope. So I would be doing a injustice myself and others to not be being a bridge builder. When I'm not working I enjoy walking in the park, going to the gym, going on cruises and hanging out with my wife and kids.
My goal is to help my clients uncover their innate resiliency that will help them meet the life challenges before them. I will help my clients reach the unique goals that contribute to mental wellness.

Hi! I'm a licensed therapist in Georgia. I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I was in the 3rd grade. I would wait at the swing set for my friends to come talk to me about their problems. As someone who was born into poverty and struggled with traumas of my own, I know how difficult life can be at times. Being there for others was something that took my mind off of the stressors of home. After becoming a teen mom, I knew I had to change my life for the better to support my family. I went to college to both heal myself and learn how to help and heal others. I am passionate about helping others meet their goals, feel happy, and have loving supportive relationships in their lives. I believe in practicing what I preach, so you know that if I'm asking you to try something then I've tried it myself and know it works. I believe that we all have the answers inside of us, I just help you find them.

Hi. I'm Christine. Over-stressed and demoralized these days? Are familiar activities and places that you've found soothing suddenly not offering relief from anxiety and depression? Life transitions can be tricky too, and it can be helpful to talk though periods of loss and change. Together, we’ll explore the root of what’s holding you back and work toward practical, personalized strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
My goal is to empower you to rediscover your voice, establish healthy boundaries, and prioritize your emotional well-being without guilt or apology. I believe therapy is more than learning how to cope with life's challenges. It’s about building confidence, embracing your worth, and creating a fulfilling life where you don't just survive, but truly thrive.
Let’s take the journey together to heal, to grow, and to put you back at the center of your life.
My professional background includes 13 years of work experience, during which I have licenses in both Georgia and Mississippi. I am skilled in helping individuals with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I collaborate with my clients to cultivate a supportive and non-judgmental space, facilitating the sharing of thoughts and emotions with no fear. It takes great courage to take the initial step towards achieving a life that is both more fulfilling and happier. My purpose is to offer you support as you navigate through this process.
