Hi, I'm Daphne, a Licensed Professional Counselor and State-Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 12 years of experience helping adults build healthier relationships with themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
I work best with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and mood-related concerns. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients increase emotional awareness, improve coping, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want to build.
I work best with clients who are curious about themselves, open to learning new perspectives, and ready to actively participate in the therapeutic process. Together, we'll identify realistic goals, build on your existing strengths, and develop strategies that support lasting growth and emotional well-being.
Clients often report improved emotional regulation, stronger self-understanding, healthier relationships, and increased confidence. I aim to honor your story while helping you build resilience and practical tools for long-term growth.
Please note: Requests for letters, evaluations, or documentation outside of standard therapy services require additional fees and are not billable to insurance. ESA letters are available after intake and two additional therapy sessions.
I'm Amanda Miller, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and EMDR-trained therapist who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, stress, and substance use. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, struggling to process difficult experiences, or simply looking for a healthier way to cope, I'm here to help you identify your strengths and build practical tools that support lasting growth.
My approach is individualized and evidence-based, drawing from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that aligns with your unique goals, values, and experiences.
My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate environment where healing feels possible and progress is celebrated one step at a time. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they gain insight, strengthen resilience, and create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.
I am a trauma-informed licensed psychotherapist and Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider who brings over twenty years of experience guiding profound personal transformation. As a sanctioned teacher within the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, my work bridges clinical precision with ceremonial depth—offering a rare integration of modern psychology and ancient wisdom.
Holding a Master’s degree from Emory University in Nature-Aligned Medieval Mysticism and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Prescott College, my path has been devoted to exploring the intersection of spirituality and the human psyche. My work is grounded, discerning, and deeply attuned to the complexity of healing in today’s world.
I'm a licensed therapist in Georgia with 15 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, anxiety, addiction recovery, anger, and challenges with motivation, self-esteem, and self-confidence.
My approach is rooted in respect, empathy, and collaboration. I believe that each person’s path is unique, and I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where your voice is heard, and your goals guide our work. Together, we'll tailor a plan that fits your specific needs and empowers you to move forward with confidence.
Taking the first step toward therapy is a brave and meaningful choice. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you begin this journey.
Dr. Holly Varona, PhD, LPC, CPC is a bilingual, Latina licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia with a humanistic approach to therapy rooted in both Eastern and Western theories, techniques, and philosophies. Dr. Holly uses a wide array of modalities to fit the individual needs of each of her clients, who are mostly working through trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, religious trauma, cult recovery, weight issues, body image issues, self-worth, self-esteem, and self-efficacy issues.
As a therapist, I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach. I sit at a rare and powerful intersection of neuroscience, practical behavioral strategy, and deep, soul-level healing.
Here is who I am as a clinician:
1. I Bridge Logic and Depth
I possess the unique ability to bridge the gap between the logical, analytical mind and the emotional, intuitive self.
Through CBT, I am practical, structured, and evidence-based. I help you map out your mental loops and provide immediate, actionable tools for your daily life.
Through IFS, I pivot into a compassionate, non-pathologizing depth worker. I don't view you as "broken" or needing to be fixed; instead, I see you as a system of protective parts that deserve to be understood, healed, and unburdened.
2. I Provide Specialized, Biological Relief
My specialization in CBT-I means I deeply understand how the mind and body are connected. I don't just talk about stress abstractly—I actively solve the physiological crises, like chronic insomnia, that stress creates. This allows me to deliver tangible, measurable relief to your biological baseline so you actually have the physical energy to do the deeper emotional work.
3. I am Efficient, Collaborative, and Transformative
I am not interested in passive, aimless "venting sessions" that drag on for years without progress. My approach is active and modern. I act as a grounded guide to help you catch and rewire your immediate habits while simultaneously healing the deep-seated root vulnerabilities that drove those habits in the first place.
My Clinical Vibe
I provide a premium, sophisticated space where science meets profound self-discovery. To my clients, I am a warm, deeply empathetic anchor who can hold space for your most vulnerable inner world, while remaining sharp and structured enough to keep you moving forward toward a true internal reset.

Hi there — I’m Jayne’, and I’m so glad you’re here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving Georgia and Florida, I specialize in working with those 28 and up who are high‑achievers, couples and individuals who feel deeply driven in their professional lives—yet somehow disconnected or stuck in their relationships, their sense of self, or the way they move through life.
You might recognize yourself if you’ve excelled in your career or set high standards for yourself, but find that your closest relationships — whether intimate, professional, or internal — aren’t feeling as connected, grounded, or fulfilling as you’d hoped. Maybe you desire genuine and fulfilling personal connections, yet you sense that fear or an inability to be vulnerable, relational habits, past trauma or unspoken patterns are quietly shaping how you engage with others or even how you show up for yourself.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, thought-provoking, judgment‑free space to explore all of that paired with exercises and tools to connect more intentionally with others. I bring a blend of thoughtful challenge and genuine support — we’ll honor your drive and successes, while gently opening up the deeper layers of your relational world: your attachment style, your inner voice, your relational patterns, your leadership role or identity and your emotional safety.
Whether you’re an individual longing to bring your hard‑won success into a more connected, authentic life or a couple seeking more alignment and connection — I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you long to be. You don’t have to settle for high achievement and relational dissatisfaction. There’s another way — one where your strengths become bridges to deeper connection, not barriers.
Thank you for taking this step on the journey toward greater intimacy, presence and relational ease.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Metro-Atlanta Area that has a passion for aiding mothers, families, millennials, and minorities on their wellness journey. Let’s work together to break down the barriers that are stopping you from living a more fulfilled life.

Since 2016, I have dedicated my career to working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I achieved my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in 2021. I believe in offering a space where you can simply be yourself — no performing, no shrinking, no pretending you’re okay when you’re not. The work we do together is collaborative and deeply human. It’s a space where your emotions are met with respect, your questions are taken seriously, and your growth unfolds at a pace that feels steady and safe. I support people who are navigating anxiety, depression, major life changes, relationship stress, women’s issues, and those heavy seasons where everything feels confusing or stuck. Together, we move toward clarity, emotional balance, and a more grounded connection to the version of you that’s been hard to access under the weight of it all.
My approach is shaped by the years I spent navigating different backgrounds and environment of living situations. Those experiences broadened my understanding of identity, culture, and the many ways people learn to cope, survive, and make meaning. My experiences have taught me to honor the values and perspectives each person brings, and to approach every story with genuine curiosity and respect and to listen to understand and seek clarity. That awareness is woven into my work — steady, culturally attuned, and deeply aware of the complexity of individual's challenges.

What distinguishes my counseling style is a steadfast commitment to honoring each client’s autonomy. For example, I have worked with clients who struggle with anxiety and self-doubt. By collaborating closely, we identify the client’s unique strengths and develop practical coping strategies tailored to their needs. As clients move through this process, they gradually regain their confidence and begin taking meaningful steps toward their desired outcomes. This experience reinforced for me the importance and effectiveness of a supportive, empowering therapeutic alliance. In every interaction, my focus is on achieving the best possible results and facilitating lasting, positive change.
