Counseling is more than a career choice for me. It’s my response to what I believe is a divine calling that I’m honored to answer! Professionally I hold Master’s degrees in Education and Clinical Mental Health, a National Board Certification in Counseling and a Professional Counselor license. My credentials qualify me in this work but it’s my passion for people, my fascination with human behavior and conviction about humans’ birthright to sustainable joy that drives me. I take a holistic, integrative approach to counseling, exploring the needs of the whole person - mind, body and spirit. I'll encourage you to embrace the idea that we're all intrinsically whole and have power in all circumstances that life and choices confront us with. Despite how bleak things may seem, you'll be reminded you have what it takes to not only endure but prevail! Sometimes we just need a little help discovering growth and meaning amid the noise of our anxieties, fears and regrets.

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Valdosta State University. I was born and raised in Nebraska but have made Georgia my home, and I truly love it here. I became a therapist because I genuinely care about people and believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, meaningful support. I know that reaching out for help is not always easy, and I want you to know that taking that step says a lot about your strength and your commitment to yourself. My goal is to make sure that from the moment you connect with me, you feel welcome, heard, and comfortable. I am an animal lover through and through, and that love has found a natural home in my clinical practice. I incorporate pet therapy into my work with clients, and I have seen firsthand the incredible impact that a furry friend can have on even the most difficult days. Whether it helps break the ice, ease anxiety, or simply bring a moment of joy into a hard season, it is one of my favorite tools to offer. Outside of my passion for animals, I am deeply committed to doing work that matters. I show up for my clients with honesty, warmth, and a whole lot of heart. I believe in meeting people where they are, walking alongside them through the hard stuff, and celebrating the wins along the way — big and small. If you are looking for a therapist who will be real with you, root for you, and work hard alongside you, I would love to connect. I can't wait to meet you.

I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am! I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way. I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these. I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?

Hi, I'm Dr. Ibbie! I help adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, and relationship stress. If you find yourself constantly overanalyzing, seeking reassurance, struggling with boundaries, or reacting in ways that don't align with who you want to be, you're not alone. My approach is attachment-based, practical, and action-oriented. Together, we'll uncover the deeper patterns driving these struggles while building the skills to regulate your nervous system, interrupt anxious spirals, and respond with greater confidence instead of reacting from fear or overwhelm. My goal is to help you create lasting change—not just inside the therapy room, but in your everyday relationships and life.

I work with adults who are navigating depression, relationship struggles, substance use and co-occurring disorders, complicated family dynamics, academic or career stress, life transitions, and the impact of trauma. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a space that feels supportive, steady, and real. In our work together, I bring curiosity, reflection, and a bit of humor into the room. I draw from approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, and I tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll figure out what works best—together. I aim to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make room for difficult emotions, and practice being a little kinder to yourself along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical—it can be thoughtful, engaging, and even relieving. Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to be on your team as we take it one step at a time.

Hello, and welcome to my site! I am Elena, a trilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from Atlanta, Georgia, and have been practicing since 2013. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University. For the past decade I worked with incarcerated teens (and on probation, or in community) helping them approach problematic behaviors and improve these by avoiding future incarcerations. I serve pre-teens/adolescents 12-17 years old, young adults ages 18-25, and adults up to 60 by assisting them solve problems they cannot readily solve themselves. During our sessions we address issues such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, trauma, relationships, and anger management, among many other issues that might led to delinquency. My specialty is treating individuals with difficulties effectively communicating their needs within their relationships with parents, siblings, relatives, friends, etc., with an emphasis on assertiveness training for building and nurturing long-lasting interpersonal relationships. There is no one size fits all approach to therapy, so I like to tailor my approach to fit my client's unique needs. Hi. I am a middle-aged married mother of one grown and one smaller child. Our next anniversary will be 12 years for us. We were both married before finding each other, so there is a history of blending families with children. I am a Christian and Jesus is the foundation of my life. "Through Christ, we can do all things." Philippians 4:13. I have my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in private practice settings and working in a community service board (CSB). I have led anger management groups. I have worked with ages from childhood to the elderly. I have worked with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, family conflicts, relationship difficulties, traumas, abuse, bipolar disorder (manic episodes), suicidal ideations, personal growth (career, etc.), and spiritual development. Life can be quite challenging. Many times we are facing situations that we are not prepared for or have prior hurts that affect our ability to overcome. When we get into these places it is easy to feel stuck or even blind to what is really going on. It is easy to shut down and isolate out of fear of what others may think. I enjoy providing a safe, warm, and caring environment to help you pull down any walls or barriers so you can face the situation head-on. Many past clients have shared how I have helped them see things in a different light so they were able to rise above the challenges and grow during the process. "All things work together good for those who are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28 You were created for a purpose and I want to help you discover what that is while helping you equip yourself better for it.

Are you stressed and overwhelmed by your health, your day-to-day life, or your relationships? As a Psychologist with more than 30 years of experience, as well as being a two-time breast cancer survivor and a caretaker for my elderly parents, I can help you to navigate health issues and life stresses more effectively. Life can be difficult for each of us at some point in time, in ways unique to our own circumstances. My goal is to help people through the tough chapters so that they move into better chapters with additional tools to handle challenges and stresses. I don't view people as being broken or needing fixing. We all need someone with whom to sort things through at times, someone who isn't part of our day-to-day mix. In therapy, clients develop more effective expectations by redefining their stresses and challenges, reduce emotional upset and distress by looking at their issues from a new angle, and feel empowered by trying new approaches to effective problem-solving. I would be pleased to walk this journey with you, to reduce stress and find a more satisfying approach to life. Available appointments are those set aside specifically for intakes. I see clients through Grow Therapy on Monday and Tuesday. I cannot do letters, FMLA forms or provide disability opinions for clients who have not already been involved in therapy with me for at least several months. While I really enjoy working with individuals aged 65 and older, due to Medicare regulations, I cannot see traditional Medicare clients for self-pay. I can see those seniors with Medicare Replacement plans which are accepted by Grow Therapy. I only work with individuals, and do not do marital or family therapy.

Life is unpredictable and the experiences we have influence our belief systems, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This is true of both beautiful and traumatic experiences. There are only so many things we have control over within the systems we navigate. My goal is to help you figure out the things you do have control over, heal from the experiences that have negatively affected your life, and support you through the up's and down's of self-exploration.

Are you looking to improve your communication, strengthen your relationships, and manage conflict more effectively? Interpersonal skills are the foundation of healthy and thriving relationships—both personal and professional. If you are recovering from an emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationship and feel disconnected from yourself, therapy can also help you rebuild your identity, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and develop healthier relationship patterns. I am a relationship counselor, currently providing individual and group therapy for adults aged 18 and older. I specialize in helping clients improve their relationship with themselves through personal growth and the development of healthier interpersonal skills, including communication, conflict resolution, anger management, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Many individuals struggling in unhealthy, emotionally abusive, or narcissistic relationship dynamics often lose their sense of self, confidence, voice, and emotional balance within those relationships. A major focus of my work is helping clients reconnect with themselves, rebuild healthier patterns, and strengthen how they show up in relationships with others. How you relate to yourself impacts every relationship in your life. When you learn to communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, manage emotions, and navigate challenges in healthier ways, your relationships often become stronger, more balanced, and more fulfilling. This growth can improve confidence, reduce stress, and support overall emotional wellness. I provide a supportive environment where clients can increase self-awareness, create meaningful change, and develop healthier connections with themselves and others. Schedule an appointment with me to begin your wellness journey.
