Greetings, I am a licensed therapist based in Georgia, holding a Master's degree from Capella University and an Ed.S. from Valdosta University. With six years of experience as a nationally certified counselor, I specialize in supporting young adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and various life issues. My primary focus is on empowering and assisting African American women in their journey towards mental well-being.
You've made an important decision to start therapy. I'm glad you're here. It has been said therapy with me is like talking to your "auntie". I will help you see yourself but in such a nurturing way you receive it, and it allows you to do your work.
My gifting is in assessment and working with adults and couples. I have always worked in some form of mental health assessment in my career. Most recently I spent 5 years in Grady’s Psychiatric ER. Allowing me to quickly assess needs and develop a life plan with the client.
Couple work is also a skilled area for me. Especially when communication has broken down evidenced by constant arguing. Therapy can break couples out of the destructive tit-for-tat cycle. Broken trust, infidelity and unforgiveness are also areas I specialize in.
Women’s concerns and issues are important to me. I’ve done extensive work in healing their “father wound”. Tapping the spiritual relationship for healing. Topics include relationships, self development and growth. Another very successful service is my therapeutic walkthrough of popular books. Titles have included RC Blakes’ Queenology and Sophia Nelson’s The Woman Code. Currently, I am authoring The Majestic Woman Mindset, which comes from a woman’s empowerment curriculum I developed.
TALK|THERAPY LIVE, is a podcast on my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmxgzmGXbnqKKizcNu32WuA
of educational videos and live broadcasts addressing behavioral health and relationships. Sometimes with special guests. I have been a helper/healer my entire career and looking forward to this season working with those I can help the most.
So whether it’s life just happening, grief, a relationship starting or ending, relationship issues and specifically if there are struggles with depression, anxiety, or a disorder, REACH OUT…Success in life is about making good decisions. Starting therapy is always a great decision!!

Hello, I am Vanessa. I have been in the mental health field for over 13+ years. I've worked in a variety of settings with a vast array of individuals and couples. Throughout my life I have been told that I am a "good listener"; I will sit with you and listen to what you want to be heard. I love mental wellness; it is a lifelong practice and journey.
Hi, I’m Brittany, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping women who feel disconnected from themselves and overwhelmed by the weight of life’s demands. If you’ve ever felt like you’re constantly juggling family, friendships, work, and relationships—yet still feeling like you’re falling short—you’re not alone. So many women carry the invisible load of expectations, people-pleasing, and perfectionism while struggling quietly under the surface.
My work centers around supporting women who are tired of feeling like they’re just going through the motions. Maybe you're constantly questioning yourself, battling anxiety masked by a smile, or losing sight of who you are outside of your roles. I find deep meaning in helping women slow down, step out of autopilot, and reconnect with the part of themselves that’s been buried under self-doubt and the constant noise of everyday life.
In therapy, we work together to uncover patterns that no longer serve you, like people-pleasing or struggling to say "no" without guilt. I guide clients in learning how to set and maintain healthy boundaries, rewrite the internal narratives that fuel anxiety, and build self-trust and confidence. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply rooted in helping you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
You deserve a space to exhale, explore who you are beneath the surface, and discover clarity in the chaos. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your strength and reclaim the life you want to live. If you’re ready to begin the journey of healing and self-discovery, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Are you stressed and overwhelmed by your health, your day-to-day life, or your relationships? As a Psychologist with more than 29 years of experience, as well as being a two-time breast cancer survivor and a caretaker for my elderly parents, I can help you to navigate health issues and life stresses more effectively.
Life can be difficult for each of us at some point in time, in ways unique to our own circumstances. My goal is to help people through the tough chapters so that they move into better chapters with additional tools to handle challenges and stresses. I don't view people as being broken or needing fixing. We all need someone with whom to sort things through at times, someone who isn't part of our day-to-day mix.
In therapy, clients develop more effective expectations by redefining their stresses and challenges, reduce emotional upset and distress by looking at their issues from a new angle, and feel empowered by trying new approaches to effective problem-solving. I would be pleased to walk this journey with you, to reduce stress and find a more satisfying approach to life.
Available appointments are those set aside specifically for intakes. I see clients through Grow Therapy on Monday and Tuesday. I cannot do letters, FMLA forms or provide disability opinions for clients who have not already been involved in therapy with me for at least several months. While I really enjoy working with individuals aged 65 and older, due to Medicare regulations, I cannot see traditional Medicare clients for self-pay. I can see those seniors with Medicare Replacement plans which are accepted by Grow Therapy. I only work with individuals, and do not do marital or family therapy.

Hi there — I’m Jayne’, and I’m so glad you’re here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving Georgia and Florida, I specialize in working with those 28 and up who are high‑achievers, couples and individuals who feel deeply driven in their professional lives—yet somehow disconnected or stuck in their relationships, their sense of self, or the way they move through life.
You might recognize yourself if you’ve excelled in your career or set high standards for yourself, but find that your closest relationships — whether intimate, professional, or internal — aren’t feeling as connected, grounded, or fulfilling as you’d hoped. Maybe you desire genuine and fulfilling personal connections, yet you sense that fear or an inability to be vulnerable, relational habits, past trauma or unspoken patterns are quietly shaping how you engage with others or even how you show up for yourself.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, thought-provoking, judgment‑free space to explore all of that paired with exercises and tools to connect more intentionally with others. I bring a blend of thoughtful challenge and genuine support — we’ll honor your drive and successes, while gently opening up the deeper layers of your relational world: your attachment style, your inner voice, your relational patterns, your leadership role or identity and your emotional safety.
Whether you’re an individual longing to bring your hard‑won success into a more connected, authentic life or a couple seeking more alignment and connection — I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you long to be. You don’t have to settle for high achievement and relational dissatisfaction. There’s another way — one where your strengths become bridges to deeper connection, not barriers.
Thank you for taking this step on the journey toward greater intimacy, presence and relational ease.

I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relational and transitional concerns to restore homeostasis in their lives, using a mix of modalities tailored to meet the needs of the individual. It is my paramount goal to work with individuals to process their concerns, manage symptoms that may hinder their personal development, discover the beauty and power that they possess and empower individuals to show up authentically in the world.
In my practice I understand the importance of holistic treatment, working with the whole person versus only addressing symptoms and diagnoses. We will become a therapeutic dynamic duo and work collaboratively to work towards goals.
Though seeking assistance on your therapeutic journey can seem daunting, the outcomes can change the trajectory of your life tremendously. I would love the opportunity to journey with you as you work to find YOU again. Our sessions together will be both enlightening and empowering. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome whatever it is that is holding you back. I'm excited to get started and even more excited to cheer you on as you reach each milestone during this process!

I work from a perspective of considering all aspects, connections, culture and relationships into the equation of therapy and the challenges you are facing. As a member and ally of the LGBTQ community, I strive to create a positive and accepting environment for all my clients. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, playing video games and getting into whatever new craft I want to try out. I work with my clients by creating a narrative that works better for your challenge and reframe those pieces of your life that may seem a little troubling. I will assist you by not only allowing you to have a safe space to discuss your challenges with no judgment or ulterior motives but to meet you where you are at and begin building the change you want to see. I truly believe that we all have the tools that we need to make change happen but sometimes need some assistance in sharpening those tools. I am here to assist you in your journey and create what you want to happen.
