Welcome! I’m Tamika of Life in Bloom. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Wedding Officiant. I’m here to help you navigate life's stressful relationships. In our talks, I refer to those stressors as “thorns.” Why thorns, you ask? Great question! Because even the most beautiful roses have some uncomfortable pieces. That doesn’t make them any less beautiful, valuable, or appreciated. I have been commissioned to help couples, families, friends, and any other relationship dynamic find their communication style, boundaries, and build trust. It is truly my joy and my personal life’s work.
Therapy isn’t what we have traditionally seen on television or in film. It is so much more than sitting on a big, comfy couch, sharing your innermost thoughts/feelings. Therapy is beautiful and transformative - and can take work. Don’t worry! I am here to help you every step of the way. Life and all the hats you wear from day to day can be challenging. I encourage and empower you to unlock the power you have inside of you. I promise you it’s there! I also help you reflect on how far you have come in order to celebrate your victories with you - big or small. Kudos to you for seeking help! You are in a safe space. I look forward to working with you and watching you bloom.
Welcome!

With over six years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, work-life balance, and relationship issues. My approach emphasizes creating a therapeutic environment that fosters deep understanding and provides a safe space for meaningful change aligned with your goals. My aim is for you to leave feeling empowered and equipped with healthy coping strategies to face future challenges.
Are you looking to improve your communication, strengthen your relationships, and manage conflict more effectively? Interpersonal skills are the foundation of healthy and thriving relationships—both personal and professional. If you are recovering from an emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationship and feel disconnected from yourself, therapy can also help you rebuild your identity, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and develop healthier relationship patterns.
I am a relationship counselor, currently providing individual and group therapy for adults aged 18 and older. I specialize in helping clients improve their relationship with themselves through personal growth and the development of healthier interpersonal skills, including communication, conflict resolution, anger management, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills. Many individuals struggling in unhealthy, emotionally abusive, or narcissistic relationship dynamics often lose their sense of self, confidence, voice, and emotional balance within those relationships. A major focus of my work is helping clients reconnect with themselves, rebuild healthier patterns, and strengthen how they show up in relationships with others.
How you relate to yourself impacts every relationship in your life. When you learn to communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, manage emotions, and navigate challenges in healthier ways, your relationships often become stronger, more balanced, and more fulfilling. This growth can improve confidence, reduce stress, and support overall emotional wellness.
I provide a supportive environment where clients can increase self-awareness, create meaningful change, and develop healthier connections with themselves and others. Schedule an appointment with me to begin your wellness journey.
I meet dual licensure standards in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as Professional Counseling. I am a compassionate and empathetic clinician. I am your go to person for your child or family mental health psychoeducation. I have enjoyed working with children and adolescents for over six years with self harm, school bullying, and suicidal thoughts. I look forward to working with you on this journey in your life.

I am a therapist that likes to set goals and work towards getting clients the changes they are seeking: To feel better and to see positive changes in their lives. We will begin by talking and processing the issues and then figuring out what would be most helpful. I believe in listening to what my clients need an developing an individualized approach for each person. Clients would describe me as warm, open, non-directive, and affirming. I ask lots of questions to create further exploration and insight. I believe that the client is the director of his/ her own life and the therapist is a facilitator to help them get to deeper truths within. Hi! I'm a licensed therapist in Georgia. I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I was in the 3rd grade. I would wait at the swing set for my friends to come talk to me about their problems. As someone who was born into poverty and struggled with traumas of my own, I know how difficult life can be at times. Being there for others was something that took my mind off of the stressors of home. After becoming a teen mom, I knew I had to change my life for the better to support my family. I went to college to both heal myself and learn how to help and heal others. I am passionate about helping others meet their goals, feel happy, and have loving supportive relationships in their lives. I believe in practicing what I preach, so you know that if I'm asking you to try something then I've tried it myself and know it works. I believe that we all have the answers inside of us, I just help you find them.

Hey, I'm Robyn. I've been a therapist for over 15 years, and one thing I've learned is that life can be complicated. Sometimes you know exactly what the problem is and just don't know what to do about it. Other times, you just know you're tired of feeling the way you feel. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, narcissistic abuses and concerns around gender identity. I am a down-to-earth therapist. You don't have to come in knowing what to say or having everything figured out. We'll start where you are and go from there.
I am a master’s level licensed clinical mental health counselor (LMHC), (LPC) and credentialed SUD Counselor (CASAC-A) (CADC II) with training and expertise in both Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as psychodynamic treatment. I work with young adults and adults and have expertise in treating patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, compulsive, addictive behaviors and domestic violence. I have specialized training in various evidence-based treatments for trauma such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I hope to help patients learn effective ways to cope with stress, manage difficult emotions and communicate well with others.
We have all acquired ways of coping that get in the way of our development, and manifest as emotional pain, such as anxiety and depression. I work with clients to identify and reduce these painful symptoms. Clients are then freer to use their energy in pursuit of their goals. I work with young, midlife, and older adults. I develop a safe and collaborative relationship with clients. In that context, I do short and long-term psychotherapy and train clients to use specific protocols to modify symptoms that are in the way of personal and professional functioning. My approach provides support, guidance, and education to help you become the best version of yourself and work towards achieving your goals. I consider it an honor to work alongside you, and I look forward to meeting you soon.
I love partnering with people on their journey to greatness. I use a strengths-based approach to help my clients see the choices that are always at their disposal to unlearn past harmful messaging or combat unrelenting present symptoms. As a Black woman, I always integrate the importance of diversity. Playing small to blend in doesn't serve anyone. Whether we're different based on external or internal attributes, we all need to embrace our beautiful and different qualities so that we can live an authentic life.
My work also focuses on boundaries, challenging thoughts, and improving communication skills. I integrate role plays, affirmations, accountability, and direct introspection exercises to aid clients in quieting the noise of societal norms to embrace their true joy. All sessions are client-focused, I don't come with my own agenda. I'm excited to help you live life with confidence on your own terms. I look forward to working with you.

I aim to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make room for difficult emotions, and practice being a little kinder to yourself along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical—it can be thoughtful, engaging, and even relieving.
Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to be on your team as we take it one step at a time.
You wake up in the morning and wonder if today is the day you'll be exposed as a "fraud". Your twisting and turning on the inside. Everything inside you hurts. Your head is spinning with thoughts of what your life should be like. The voice's inside your head keep telling you you're a failure as a person, as a partner, and as a parent. Hi! I am a licensed counselor in Florida and Georgia. I have been working as a counselor for 14 years, with a private practice for the past 9 years. I went to the University of North Florida for undergraduate and graduate school. I have worked with many populations including men and women, high achievers, professionals, veterans, who have dealt with anxiety, depression, life transitions, family and career issues, etc.
Hello, and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. I look forward to working with you and your family. I believe communication—even when it is limited to a single word or gesture—is the foundation of all relationships. In fact, research shows that much of our communication is nonverbal. My goal is to help individuals and families understand their relational patterns, navigate conflict more effectively, and become more congruent and intentional communicators.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use concerns and relapse prevention, grief and trauma, and bipolar disorders. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they move through life’s challenges.
Additionally, I specialize in autism-related family dynamics, caregiver burnout, and identity transitions. I am the author of Dear Single Mother: A Journal of Autism, Isolation, and Self-Discovery, a reflective work that explores resilience and meaning-making through lived experience. While my writing reflects personal insight, my clinical work is rooted in systemic, trauma-informed care that honors both evidence-based practice and each client's unique experiences in the therapy room.
