My approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on helping individuals build the skills they need to process their experiences, foster resilience, and move toward healing. My goal is to support each client in finding a sense of peace, empowerment, and renewed well-being.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing concerns with, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, critical self-talk, interpersonal relationships, emotional dysregulation, and parent/child conflict and connection. I am a qualified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). I help clients determine whether their loved one might have a pathological condition, to understand what that means, how to avoid such relationships in the future, reduce their internal conflict, and determine whether they want to end the relationship or manage it.
Often, my clients have a relationship with a person who has no diagnosable condition, yet the relationship would be considered "toxic" in that it repeatedly causes my client emotional distress. I am excited to provide perspectives and strategies to assist.
I grew up in Florida and graduated from FSU with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I began my career in a county jail mental health unit, where I became proficient in crisis intervention, assessments, and group therapy. Since then, I have worked at an air force base, offering therapy to individuals and families, as well as a substance/mental health rehab program for the Veteran's Administration. I have also volunteered with survivors of gun violence who are grieving and/or coping with trauma.

I have over 45 years of experience as a practicing psychologist. My orientation is a strength based, solution focused cognitive behavioral therapy approach. Following a thorough assessment, my goal in our initial work together. is to identify in partnership with you an in-depth understanding of the issues that lead you to contact me. and to gain an understanding of how you have attempted to resolve these issues to date. In addition, we will ascertain what you see as your applicable strengths and abilities in prior comparable life situations. By the end of session one, our goal is to be able to agree on what solutions will look like for the issues that have led you to seek therapy. and to have a game plan as to how we will initially proceed.
While I have worked with a wide range of clients over the years, the vast majority have had success in the various key areas (relationism, employment, family, peers, etc.) and they are now dealing with issues/problems / a crossroads, etc. where they are looking for some assistance as they navigate these current challenges
Peace. Happiness. Love. Success. We seek them. We want them. As we see them within reach, we are knocked down by the challenges and difficulties of life. We find, instead, lives that are filled with anxiety, sadness, grief, trauma, loss and failure. I know this too well. I have experienced this in my own life and in the life of my clients. It does not matter where you are in your life. I have had celebrity clients at the top of their field. I have worked with gold medal athletes. I have worked with businessmen and women, housewives, families, adolescents. I have also worked with those who have lost everything to the ravishes of substance use and with men serving life in prison.
It is possible to navigate the dangerous waters of life, but you will need a guide. I am that guide. I have excellent education from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I have a wealth of experience. I have over three decades of experience as a husband, father, grandfather, youth pastor, counselor and university professor. I have worked in the church, private practice (in Florida and the Bahamas), community mental health (specializing in crisis and families with at-risk-adolescents), foster care, substance abuse, juvenile justice and the prisons. I have maintained my relevance by teaching at the university level, advising a best-selling author on the psychological aspects of his book, and serving as a consultant to other mental health agencies. I have wonderful experience working with anxiety, depression, anger, parenting issues, challenging children and teenagers, grief, trauma, substance use issues, family and relationship issues, LGBT issues, and other issues and concerns. I have helped my clients find peace with themselves, with others and in their situations. I have helped my clients find happiness, even amid loss. I have helped my clients find belonging and love in healthy and supportive relationships. I have helped my clients increase their ability to succeed by changing their thinking.
One of the foundations of my life and my work was written by M. Scott Peck in The Road Less Travelled. He wrote, “Life is difficult. This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths… Life is a series of problems. Do we want to moan about them or solve them? Do we want to teach our children to solve them?” Let’s start today to solve some of life’s problems and to begin to grasp peace, happiness, love and success.

I use an Insight approach, where I help, a better understanding of themselves, which leads to “individualized solutions”. My treatment approach is short-term, problem-oriented therapy sustained by my psychoanalytic background i. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, psycho-educational, and humanistic modalities, as well as evidence-based techniques. I strive to create a balance within my therapeutic approach based on my client’s particular needs and preferences. Hi there, I am Vivianna.
I am a compassionate and highly skilled clinical therapist dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
My experience in working with diverse populations allows me to address a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Through active listening and empathetic understanding, I empower my clients to gain insights into their behaviors and patterns, fostering resilience and self-awareness. With my guidance, individuals and couples can find the strength to overcome obstacles and embrace a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
As an English and Spanish-speaking therapist, I've provided mental health services for over 15 years specializing in couples therapy, for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I earned my Master of Psychology degree with a specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy from Carlos Albizu University. I am licensed in the State of Florida as a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
My name is David Patrick, LCSW. I have 14 years of experience dealing with a wide array of topics that bring people to therapy. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. I see myself and my clients as friends on a journey of discovery about themselves. I do not lead, nor allow myself to be led, I believe we are equals. I listen intently and make suggestions and sometimes assign homework when appropriate. Remember, there are 168 hours in a typical week, and most people only see their therapist for one hour, leaving 167 hours outside the weekly session to practice and explore questions and see if the new results are present. I see us as equals and occasionally I will make suggestions, but ultimately this is a time of discovery for the individual and it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.

Nearly 20 years later, it is still a privilege to work with individuals, couples in various stages or phases of their relationship and families of all sizes.
I’m often looking for "the funny" in the moment and the world around me. I greatly enjoy sarcasm, snark, and satire. I'm fairly casual but have been told I "Clean up well", and clients have told me in the past they appreciate that I do not come across as "stuffy".
I daydream of going on cruises with my wife, occasionally think about bringing our children along. I treasure a long nap in a hammock, and I love movies. Once upon a time I even submitted a short film to the Cannes Film Festival (wasn't selected) but I did enter.
Clinically, I work with a foundation of Solution Focus and Systemic Therapy, with attributes of Narrative, Structural and/or Strategic.
*** I do not provide animal support letters or ESA documentation, disability-related paperwork, and fit for work evaluation documentation. Additionally, court-mandated evaluations, divorce or custody agreement related paperwork would be out of the scope of my practice, therefore is not something I engage in at this time.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to grow at their own pace while developing the tools needed to navigate life’s transitions and challenges successfully.
The “traditional office” approach is not one that I use. We have the option of meeting in an outdoor environment, in places like the beach or a park, if you are within the Palm Beach County area. And there is always the option to meet in a virtual office setting though Telehealth. I believe therapy can and should have a place in our everyday lives. I am trained in CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and trauma informed approaches.
Hi, my name is Lucretia Reed and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas (License #79891). My counseling technique is unique in nature. I am a multilingual (English, Spanish, & Portuguese) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with clinical experience working with athletes, college students, children, adolescents, and adults, including 2SLGBTQIA+, Latinx, immigrant, and foster/adopted parenting communities. I presently most consistently work with clients who have OCD and/or anxiety-related disorders, a history of developmental (complex) trauma, and/or high-achieving professionals, especially healthcare and other service workers. As an endurance athlete, fellow athletes have also found the blend of my clinical experience along with lived experience in athletics, as well as embodiment of the athletic mindset, helpful in understanding them and their presenting concerns.
I work with clients individually, dyadically, and in groups. I hope to convey warmth, compassion, and non-judgmental curiosity to every client with whom I am honored to enter into a clinical partnership. Meeting you where you are at, my aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which we can collaboratively explore factors that may be impeding your ability to live an engaged and meaningful life on your terms, as well as ways to overcome them. My responsibility as a clinician is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood after every session and more deeply connected to your mind, body, and heart.
Recognizing that healing does not occur in a vacuum, I approach my clinical work through an inclusive liberation-focused lens that acknowledges systems of oppression, validates their impact on you, and champions your identities with respect to gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion and spirituality, neurodivergence, body expression and body size, and dis/ability. Navigating the intersection of our respective individual identities through open dialogue, with careful consideration of privileged and historically marginalized identities, is of the highest importance to me.
Hey, My name is Ariel,
If you're reading this, you may be carrying challenges that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or difficult to navigate alone.
