Hi I'm Phillip,
Reaching out for support isn’t always easy—so take a moment to acknowledge the courage it took to take this first step. Starting therapy can feel empowering, overwhelming, or even a little scary—and that’s completely okay.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, struggling with self-care, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Together, we’ll work on building healthier boundaries, improving communication (especially with yourself!), and creating more balance in your life. Therapy is a space for growth, healing, and finding clarity—and you deserve all of that and more.
If you’re ready to begin, I’m here and ready to walk alongside you.
I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate burnout. I am passionate because I have been there and was tired of getting unhelpful answers from people who meant well but did not seem to understand. Advice like ‘sleep it off’ and ‘take a deep breath’ we're common and it felt like I was putting a bandaid on a gaping wound. I promise, life does not need to be a constant cycle of burning out and starting again. Through our work together we will explore ways to ‘stitch’ the gaping wound so you are actually able to heal and move towards a more balanced life.
Through our work together I will use imagery and analogies to help you better understand how and why your body and mind is reacting the way it is. Like a birds eye view, I am able to see some of the signs that are right in front of you but are too zoomed in to see clearly. In a non-judgmental space I use education and a bit of humor to help you see the full picture and move towards a healthier balance.

Hello and Welcome. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger management, problem gambling and healthy living with a chronic illness for 22 years.
By creating a safe, supportive environment, I help clients address challenging issues and life transitions with compassion, insight and gentle humor. I focus on your strengths while incorporating problem solving strategies that allow you to become an active participant in the healing process.
The decision to enter therapy takes courage. It can be hard work. It can also change your life and I'm a firm believer that it's never too late to make those changes.
Welcome! I know how hard it can be to reach out for support. If you're here, I want you to know that you're not alone and you don't have to figure everything out by yourself. I'm someone who believes in the power of feeling seen, heard, and understood. I believe that therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can breathe, think, and be real, not a clinical checklist. I believe you deserve a space where you don't have to pretend, perform, or be "put together". Therapy with me is about helping you feel safe enough to be your real, unfiltered self. The parts that feel strong and the parts that feel messy. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida and for over 6 years I've helped adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. A lot of the people that I work with are tired of wearing masks- the "strong one", the "fun one", the "reliable one". Underneath, they feel overwhelmed, anxious, numb, or disconnected from who they used to be. I help create a space where you can take those masks off without fear. You don't have to know the right words. You don't have to have everything figured out. You just have to show up as you are. Together, we'll work through what you're carrying and build tools that feel realistic and fit your real life. If you're tired of pretending and ready for a space where you can just be real, I'd love to support you.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey that involves empathically listening without judgment. I use a variety of methods that are personally tailored approach for each client and situation. As a therapist, I am empathetic, supportive , and straightforward. I consider myself an open minded therapist who uses learned skills, experience, and sense of humor to offer logical and realistic approach to counseling. In addition to therapy, I offer evaluations and documentation for Emotional Support Animals (ESA) when clinically appropriate. ESA letters can help individuals with mental health challenges access the support they need from their animal companions. ESA letters are issued after a thorough assessment to ensure they meet ethical and legal standards. If you’re considering an ESA, feel free to discuss this during your session. I also understand that mental health symptoms can impact school, testing, or work performance. I provide support and documentation for accommodations (such as extended test time, modified environments, or school/workplace supports) to help clients demonstrate their true ability, when clinically appropriate and not after a single session.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself and work through life’s challenges at your own pace. My approach is warm, supportive, and focused on giving you practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.
As a person with multiple strongly held personal identities, I understand the importance of navigating unique life experiences. I love the therapy experience and watching my clients get better through our work together. I have been fortunate thus far in my career to have worked with hundreds of clients, and have enjoyed the privilege of helping them. I have strong academic foundation in evidenced based treatment methodologies, and to that I add lessons learned from my own life experiences as a husband, a dad and a friend.
Do you often second-guess yourself? Do you have a hard time remembering some things? Do you often wonder why you do and say the things that you do and say? Do you feel anxious about… everything? Our lives are like puzzles. Some scenes and pictures are more complicated than others and require assistance being put together. The pieces often get mixed up, flipped over, and sometimes put in the wrong box. I'm here to help you flip those pieces over and arrange them in their appropriate spots to help you gain perspective, increase your self-awareness, and develop healthy coping mechanisms in a safe, relaxing, validating, and judgment free environment.
I empower individuals in overcoming anxiety, setting boundaries, and identifying and processing traumatic or life altering events that may have been overlooked. Together we take a holistic approach, addressing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self, as well as the different roles you play in your daily life.
Hi, my name is Elizabeth, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Psychology. My objective is to help you achieve your goals and feel better about your emotional well-being and your life . I hope to help you work through challenges and find new coping skills. My initial goal is to help you feel like this is a “safe space” to discuss your personal issues.
I have been a military spouse for 17 years and have worked with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, family therapy and couples counseling. I love seeing the transformation that can happen when those I work with look at life from a different perspective. When things in life are not going the way we would like we have to change something and I love that therapy can be the reason we can start to work on those changes. I would love to be the one to help you live your best life.
I do not believe in a "one size fits all" kind of approach. While uncomfortable feelings might be a commonality (especially in today's world,) I believe we are all individuals who learn, experience, and react to situations differently. One thing I know for sure, if everything was going "great" chances are you would not be reading this bio right now. BRAVO to you for taking this monumental step and investing in yourself!!!
Hi, I'm Masha Andreoni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 14+ years of professional/educational experience and 49+ years of lived experience. A majority of my work experience has been spent working with Veterans and Active Duty Reservists focusing on post deployment issues, substance use/abuse, and military sexual trauma. Today, I work with individuals/groups/families within a multitude of populations.
Most importantly, I do not believe that individuals fit snuggly into a particular mental health "box." For example, if diagnosed with PTSD... there is a good chance that anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present. If struggling with addictions...anxiety, depression insomnia, relationship difficulties, work-related issues (etc.) may be present (you get it). My focus/goal is to understand where you are coming from, what you hope to achieve, avoid making any particular judgements/labels, and work together as we embrace this journey of solution focused change and betterment.
While I can take the time to tell you how my approach is warm, motivating, understanding, open....in the end, this is for you to decide. I can however assure you that regardless of diplomas achieved, I never stop pursuing education in this ever-changing field/world. I am here to be of service. With me comes my personality, knowledge, humor (when appropriate,) and respect! Truly looking forward to working with you.
I am a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I am a native of Florida and have spent over 20 years serving different populations and of different age groups. I am empathic and love building upon clients' existing strengths and each individual's resiliency and perseverance to want to be a better version of themselves.
My practice offers a gentle, supportive, and compassionate approach—always grounded in kindness and, most importantly, free of judgment. I hold a master’s degree in School Counseling and am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting students and families. My approach is warm, approachable, and grounded in realism, helping clients feel heard and understood. I use a solution-focused framework to guide individuals toward practical and meaningful growth. I’m proud to already work with many wonderful clients and am excited to continue expanding my practice to support even more people on their journey toward emotional wellness.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in experiential therapy, Gestalt approaches, and mindfulness, with a focus on equine-assisted work and nature based therapy. I believe in creating a safe, natural space where clients of all ages can explore their emotions, connect deeply with themselves, and heal through meaningful experiences.
