I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I graduated from Boston College with my master's in social work. I have a lot of experience treating both children and adults. I specifically love helping anyone who has been struggling with past traumatic issues, anxiety, OCD, depression or other mood disorder. I also enjoying helping those struggling with life transitions. I also have a lot of experience working with children as I have been a school counselor as well as a teacher. I have helped many children who have had struggles in school as well as helped parents with parenting (children do not come with the much-needed instruction manual, so let's figure it out together). Whatever the issue may be, let's tackle it together. No one should have to do it alone. We all need someone to talk to at times.

Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples and families with various psychiatric needs to include: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, panic disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, self esteem and co-occurring disorders.
