Therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering through growth. My journey has taken me through community work, addictions treatment, psychiatric inpatient care, dialysis support, residential treatment with adolescents on the Autism spectrum, and private practice. These experiences allow me to understand people deeply—mind, body, family, and environment—and to tailor therapy in a way that honors your whole story. I bring a blend of clinical expertise, creativity, and cultural awareness into every session.

Hi, I’m Chelse. I became a therapist because I believe no one should have to navigate life’s heaviest seasons alone. With a Master’s from the University of West Georgia and seven years of clinical experience, I’ve dedicated much of my career to supporting individuals of all ages as they heal their relationship with food and their bodies. Whether you're dealing with an eating disorder or just feeling overwhelmed by life, I'm here to help you find your footing - without any judgment. Whether you are a parent watching your child struggle or an adult trying to find your own way forward, I want you to know you're not alone. I work with children, teens, and adults (ages 6 and up), creating a space where you can let your guard down and just be heard. My goal isn't just to listen, though - it’s to give you real, proven tools to handle heavy emotions, break out of frustrating ruts, and finally feel like yourself again. A good therapy relationship starts with trust, but it also requires the right expertise. While I treat a range of challenges - including depression, anger, and the messy transitions that kids face growing up - my primary focus is supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Together, we’ll focus on building practical strategies that fit your actual life, empowering you or your family to move past the survival phase and find real, lasting relief.

Hi, I’m Megan, an LCSW providing collaborative, down-to-earth therapy for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for meaningful change. Therapy with me isn’t about passive head-nodding or rigid advice; it’s an active partnership where you can untangle what’s weighing on you and build practical tools that actually fit your day-to-day life. My practice is entirely secular and grounded in evidence-based care—clients of any personal faith, philosophy, or background are welcome to bring their whole, unfiltered selves here. Outside of sessions, I’m usually tending to native plants in my garden, deep in a good book, or spending time with my family and pets.

Hello! I’m so happy to share a little about myself. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, and I care deeply about helping parents, birthing people, and families during important times in their lives. For the past 19 years, I have worked with people who are pregnant, have just had a baby, or are learning to be parents. I also support adults who are feeling anxious, sad, or stressed, or who are going through big changes in their lives. I want everyone I work with to feel seen, supported, and strong. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida, and I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. 👋 Hi, I’m Don Patton, I’m a licensed mental health therapist specializing in substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, and the patterns that keep people stuck despite wanting to change. My background is primarily in residential treatment, where I’ve worked closely with individuals in early recovery navigating high risk transitions, emotional instability, and repeated relapse cycles. That experience has shaped how I approach therapy. I’ve seen firsthand that insight alone is not enough. Many of the people I work with are intelligent, self-aware, and capable, but continue to struggle when it comes to applying that awareness in real-life situations. My work is focused on closing that gap. I tend to be direct, structured, and practical in session. I will challenge thinking patterns that are keeping you stuck; while also helping you build tools that are realistic and usable outside of therapy. At the same time, I understand that change requires trust, consistency, and a space where you can be honest without judgment. My goal is not just to help you understand yourself better, it’s to help you create measurable, sustainable change in how you think, respond, and move forward.

You may have experienced therapy before and know what it is like to have a space to talk. My work offers something a little different. I work with women who are often the ones others depend on the mothers, caregivers, professionals, helpers, and women who have learned how to keep things moving even when they are carrying a lot themselves. You do not have to be in crisis to want therapy. You may be grieving, navigating a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed or anxious, questioning what no longer fits, or simply wanting a space where nothing is being asked of you. As a Black woman and therapist, I am especially intentional about creating space for Black women and other women of color to speak freely without having to translate or minimize their experiences. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. We can begin with where you are.

Maybe you've been handling things on your own for a long time. From the outside, you may even seem like you're doing fine, but something doesn't feel right. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or simply tired of dealing with the same problems over and over. Career changes, relationship difficulties, separation or divorce, becoming a parent, changes in family roles, or other life transitions can leave you questioning what's next. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My approach is collaborative, straightforward, and practical. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck and develop strategies that can help you create meaningful change in your everyday life. Many of the people I work with are used to handling things on their own but have reached a point where something isn't working anymore. They may be navigating stress, relationship difficulties, career or family changes, or simply feeling stuck. They want to better understand what's happening, make practical changes, and feel more confident about what comes next.

I have found that describing myself had never been a skill I have mastered throughout my years of experience. It just feels awkward, so I embrace the awkward. I would say that is how I approach the therapeutic relationship as well. I laugh at the absurd and try to make the awkwardness a friend. I name it so we can work with it in an authentic nonjudgemental manner. I always ask my clients to give therapy a chance and the therapist a chance as well. I say move on if by session three you are not "feeling it" with the therapist. It is okay if you don't like me as a therapist. This is your journey and I am your guide. I help everyday people individuals, teens, and couples work through the stress, trauma, and conflict that build up in a real life. Some of the people I see are carrying the weight of high-pressure work like the military, healthcare, or first response; others are just tired of holding it all together on their own. Either way, you get the same thing: a grounded, nonjudgmental space to say what's really going on, and practical tools to build a life that feels purposeful instead of just managed.

I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Social Work from University of Central Florida and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida, as well as a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns in Florida. My professional background includes work in hospital settings, home health, schools, outpatient therapy, and community-based care, allowing me to support clients and families across all stages of life with a well-rounded and practical approach. With this broad array of experience I have found myself working with young children as little as 4 and the oldest being 92. I specialize in working with older adults and geriatric populations, while also supporting individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, postpartum adjustment, life transitions, chronic illness, new medical diagnoses, and long-term planning concerns.I have extensive experience working collaboratively with families to strengthen communication, improve coping, navigate care-giving responsibilities, and provide emotional support during difficult seasons of life. I also provide therapy for postpartum depression or postpartum anxiety as well as couples counseling.

Akiva Garellek focuses on meeting his clients where they are. Working together with his clients and meeting their needs is of the utmost importance. He uses evidence-based models, such as CBT and DBT, in his practice. Even more importantly, he offers a great deal of empathy and will take on your problems and attack them as if they are his own. Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychology and mental health, ultimately leading me to a rewarding career in helping people. As a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the greater New York &  South Florida area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. I truly care for all of my clients and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2016, I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives, which led me down the path of specializing in working with children utilizing play therapy.

I’ve been passionate about psychology since I was eighteen, when I began studying it in Cuba. My mother once told me she had always dreamed of being a psychologist but had to follow another path—and that dream inspired my own. After completing my degree in Cuba, where I worked in inpatient and school settings, I continued my journey in the United States and earned my master’s degree in psychology. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, families, and adults through moments of crisis, grief, and major life transitions. My experience with multidisciplinary teams has taught me to see each person as a whole—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially. Healing happens when we look at the full picture of someone’s life, not just their symptoms.
