There’s no denying that life isn’t always a walk in the park. While I’m sure you can relate to this as an adult, the same goes for kids, teens, and college-age students. Don’t forget, they’re going through this life without a manual, just as you are.
But life is also spectacularly beautiful.
Unfortunately, the trials faced during any phase of life can often dim that beauty and hold your child back from living the life they deserve. Anxiety, depression, and self-doubt can creep into anyone's life at any age. Mental health challenges can rob them of happiness, self-confidence, and life-fulfillment.
I get it. I’ve been in their shoes. As an experienced, understanding, and caring counselor for teens, children, and young adults. I can help support your child, whether they are elementary-school-aged, in the turbulent teenage years, or college-aged.
And, because I value being an advocate for kids and an ally for parents, I can support you, too.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor (License #MH25984) committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, cultural understanding, and evidence-based care. Seeking support takes courage. Whether you're facing stress, life transitions, or struggles with self-esteem, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing.
