Ready to spill? My name is Nancy, (you can call me NJ). I'm a Neuro-Affirming therapist (ADHD fam I see you). I offer individual therapy grounded with clinical insight from USC (Go Trojans!), millennial energy, and spices from God's own Country-South India. :) A little about me: I was raised in the diverse neighborhoods of Queens, NY (yes, just like Spiderman) where I developed a deep cultural competence that now enrich my therapeutic approach. I grew up living with progressive vision loss so I know what it feels like when one bad thing happens after the next. I was night blind by the age of 11 and lost 80% of my vision during my twenties - leading to tunnel vision. Trust me, I know what a Menty B looks like. Growing up also with the Catholic faith helped me develop the strength I thought I never had and inspired me to serve others. Whether you're untangling your identity, spiraling at 3 am, or doom-scrolling your way out of an existential crisis, I got you. My approach blends several therapeutic styles:
Psychodynamic Therapy: to uncover how childhood and family dynamics still show up today (yep, we’re going there)
CBT: to help reframe those “I’m not enough” thoughts
Mindfulness: because sometimes we just need to breathe and not dissociate
Culturally Sensitive Trauma-Informed Care: to support deep insight and generational healing
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. We’ll laugh, cry, unpack, and grow (sometimes all in one session) You deserve a space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself, mask your emotions, or code-switch your pain. I bring my full, authentic self into our sessions so you can too. If you're ready for true change and healing or just want to vibe-check a therapist who gets it, book your session now!
Painful experiences often lead people to develop protective strategies to manage overwhelming emotions. These strategies may appear as perfectionism, emotional avoidance, anger toward loved ones, or repeated involvement in unhealthy relationships. While they can offer temporary relief, they often create disconnection from oneself and others, contributing to feelings of loneliness, shame, anxiety, and depression.
I am dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their sense of self worth and process traumatic experiences that contribute to insecure attachment and unhelpful patterns. I believe that although emotional wounds often occur within relationships, healing also takes place through safe and supportive connection. With compassion, courage, and a willingness to explore difficult experiences, meaningful and lasting change is possible. Healing can happen, and there is always hope.
Welcome! I’m Eduardo W. Gonzalez, LMHC, with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and have a passion for helping adults and kids overcome anxiety and depression, behavioral problems as ADHD, defiance and anger. My approach is personalized and rooted in the latest research, designed to help you gain the tools and confidence to face life’s challenges. When you visit me, we'll develop a personalized plan just for you. Together we'll write down what you want to achieve, how we'll accomplish that, and just how long it will take to get there. Don't wait any longer! Call today and let's do it.

Hello! I am a licensed psychologist and licensed marriage and family therapist, with addiitonal post graduate training in marriage and family therapy. I have tremendous respect for individuals who are open to addressing their difficult experiences. To do so, requires courage, and I will partner with you on this journey. Painful life experiences leave an unfinished learning, and the purpose of therapy is to complete this learning. In individual therapy, I help client’s to say, “No,” without feeling guilty, and to move away from repetitive overthinking. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

I graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Nova Southeastern University with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I also have a PhD specializing in Metaphysical Counseling. I'm triple board-certified, and well versed in Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a great ability to listen. I am empathetic, enthusiastic, and I can motivate you to produce the needed changes.
Life is dynamic, and crises are sometimes challenges to produce those changes in oneself and in our environment to grow. I am able to actively be with you on that journey.
My tools are CBT (focused on the present) and EMDR, which helps us to reprocess and elaborate the past experiences, especially the traumatic ones, so that the present can be lived fully.

Hi there! I’m Avia James, a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida, with over 10 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. First off, I want to say how proud I am of you for making it this far. Taking that first step toward seeking support can be really tough, and if you’ve done that, you’re already moving in the right direction.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by your emotions, or just not quite like yourself lately, you’re in the right place. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and uncover strengths you might not even realize you have yet. My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs and personality, using a variety of evidence-based tools that fit you best.
What matters most to me is creating a warm, safe space where you can be honest and authentic without judgment. Therapy is a journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and practical skills you can use both in and outside of our sessions. Whether it’s learning to manage anxiety, navigating difficult transitions, or working through grief or relationship struggles, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
Thank you so much for considering me as your counselor. I truly look forward to getting to know you and being part of your self-growth journey!
