I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida. I'm experienced working with individuals, groups, couples and families. When working with an individual, couple or family I assess and addresses the entire family history, the sum of its parts, and not simply the individuals that comprise it. The distress or problem that originated may not solely be within an individual but a natural reaction to a family dynamic that creates the distress. By using Family Systems Theory I'm able to help the Client have a deeper awareness of their personal conflicts, how to resolve them, and live a more fulfilling life without addictions.
I have a Bachelor’s from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. Im experienced working with Adolescents, LGBTQ+ Community, HIV/AIDS, Domestic Violence, Sex and Love Addiction, and 12 Step Recovery.

Maybe you’ve tried changing before and felt afraid or unsure of how to move forward. I see you, and you’re not alone.
I’m new to Grow, but I bring years of experience as a therapist working with individuals from all walks of life; different ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses. Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, approachable, and supportive, while also challenging them to see things in new ways. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves the chance to create the life they want, and no one should feel like they have to do it alone.
In our sessions, you’ll find a warm and collaborative space. I’ll meet you where you are, help you uncover what truly matters to you, and start making real change right away. My name is Carlos Izquierdo, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other difficulties that may leave them feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
I believe that many psychological struggles are not signs of something being “wrong” with us, but rather the result of patterns and strategies that may have once served a purpose but are no longer helping us move forward. Therapy can provide an opportunity to understand these patterns, develop new perspectives, and discover more effective ways of responding to life’s challenges.
My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore what is holding you back, recognize your strengths, and develop more flexible and creative ways of navigating difficult situations. I see challenges not simply as problems to eliminate, but as opportunities for greater self-understanding, personal growth, and meaningful change.
Do you feel overwhelmed, frustrated or misunderstood? I am here to help.
I'm Magdhalini, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with an extensive experience in mental health, disabilities and substance abuse. At the heart of my work is a belief in resilience—the understanding that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and move forward, even when life feels overwhelming. I strive to create a safe, supportive space built on trust and open communication, where you can explore your experiences without judgment and at your own pace. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration. Together, we focus on progress that feels meaningful to you, whether it’s navigating stress, improving relationships, managing emotions, or rewriting unhelpful patterns.
I support individuals and couples in building healthier relationships through stronger communication, emotional regulation, and meaningful self-exploration. Whether you’re navigating conflict, feeling disconnected, or seeking greater clarity in your emotional world, I provide a supportive, structured space to develop insight and practice new skills.

My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your strengths, discover new perspectives, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you want to become. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
