I’ve been working for over 20 years with all kinds of people coping with all kinds of stress, hardships and setbacks. I love to help people increase their self awareness, self acceptance, and overall happiness.

I seek to work with clients who may be experiencing emotional challenges, life transitions, decreased motivation to face uncertainties. I aim to help, and work toward becoming a better self, build a safe therapeutic relationship where the ability to understand and manage uncomfortable emotions, feelings and behaviors strengthens, and allow for personal growth.
