Hi, I’m Kristy, and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure, judgment, or having to carry everything alone. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, grief, infertility, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotionally heavy seasons, with a special passion for supporting women through loss and identity shifts. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and more like yourself again.
Hello, I’m Carmen Bales, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in hospice and medical social work, where I’ve spent many years supporting people through grief, chronic stress, life transitions, and uncertainty.
In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck—even when they appear “high-functioning” on the outside. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from talk therapy, expressive arts, and body-based (somatic) awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves and make sense of what they are carrying.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Grief-Informed Professional (CGIP), I bring specialized training to our work together. Additionally, I hold a Comprehensive 3-Year Certification in Intermodal Expressive Arts. You do not need to feel “creative” to work with me. Expressive and reflective tools are used gently and always at your comfort level. I believe healing begins with being seen, understood, and supported—rather than being rushed to fix or change yourself. If you choose to have sessions with me, you will be truly seen

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.
I’m a warm, compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who works with women and adults navigating anxiety, loneliness, self-worth, relationship and family challenges, and major life transitions. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy (PIT), supporting clients with Complex Trauma, Childhood Trauma, PTSD, and unresolved grief and loss.
I also specialize in stress, mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, personality patterns, attachment and intimacy issues, and addictions of all kinds. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in helping you move forward—not stay stuck in therapy.

One of my favorite life mantras is a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent". Thus, I enjoy helping others embrace their power. One of the most impactful ways to do that is a change in thought process. It has such a significant influence on the way we react and the type of emotions we feel.
At times, facing life's challenges can be difficult. Fortunately, you do not have to do it alone. I'll walk on the journey with you, offering a safe environment we co-create that encourages exploration and growth. If you'd like to know if I'd be a good fit on your personal journey, please feel invited to reach out!

I’m passionate about helping clients understand what they’re experiencing, gain clarity around their challenges, and develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy should be more than simply talking about the same problems week after week. My goal is for you to get the most out of your time in therapy, to leave sessions with greater insight, useful strategies, and a clearer sense of what you can do differently. Hi! My name is Amelia. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. My practice is specialized in trauma, addiction, and dual diagnosis. I also have experience with grief, stress, self-esteem, and relationships. Feeling invisible, disconnected, or emotionally numb? You're not alone. As a licensed mental health counselor, many of my clients are overwhelmed with balancing societal expectations with personal and cultural values. Others carry the weight of childhood or intergenerational trauma. Some struggle with feelings of impostor syndrome in their careers and academically. Many struggle to cultivate healthy relationships, both with themselves and others.
