Hi, I'm Amneris Rosario – I'm glad you're here.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months. Maybe years. But something kept stopping you – too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here. You don't need to wait until things get worse. You don't need permission to ask for help. And you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC), veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent 10 years supporting 700+ clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that felt impossible. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms – supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, addiction, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and some of the hardest moments of their lives — and here's what I know for sure: Healing doesn't require perfection. It requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken. You're dealing with hard things. And you deserve support that feels supportive – not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
I specialize in:
• Trauma & PTSD
• Anxiety & Depression
• Self-Sabotage & Repeating Patterns
• Complex PTSD & Personality Disorders
• Life Transitions
I know life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning sessions, and after-hours appointments (6:00 AM–10:00 PM), along with self-pay options to give you a little more flexibility.
I have lived a long and colorful life. Like everyone else, I've made good and bad choices and learned from each. I have 22+ years experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My role is to offer another perspective, a way to see life more fully and function better, no more, no less. I don't pretend to have all the answers but only one slice of wisdom. I just share what can help someone. Some people are not yet ready to be helped. Yet for those who are feeling lost on life's journey and are willing to listen and learn, I'm here to assist. My life work can be summed up in three words, "offering people hope. "

Life isn’t always sunshine and rainbows; it can be filled with challenges, difficulties, and hardships. I believe that life is all about perspective and the way we react to problems. Our trials and tribulations are opportunities for us to grow into stronger and wiser individuals. When challenges arise, most people ask, "Why?" I encourage my clients to change their mentality by asking, "How?"—how can I use this to grow and learn, make myself smarter and wiser?" I am a firm believer in empowering clients with the tools and knowledge needed to live a more fulfilling and productive life. With 8 years of sobriety and personal experience battling my own challenges, I know how helpful therapy can be in helping a person rebuild their life and become the person they want to be.
Life has its ups and downs and struggles, but you don’t have to get stuck there or suffer.
If you’re struggling right now, we can work together to make your life better. Therapy doesn’t have to be hard or scary. It can be a safe haven to explore what is getting in the way of having the life that you want. I’m a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in mental health and chemical dependency. I bring creativity, curiosity, and compassion into my practice, and I look forward to supporting you as you explore what it means to thrive.

Abeke "Kay" Baker, LMFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a 2011 graduate of Mercer University School of Medicine’s Master’s program in Marriage and Family Therapy. With a career in mental health and social services that began at just 14 years old, Abeke brings over 18 years of hands-on experience to her work. She began as a youth counselor with the Red Cross Lock Key Kids safety program and has since served in diverse roles, including Program Director for Howard County Parks and Recreation in Columbia, MD—supporting youth and young adults with developmental disabilities, autism, and maladaptive behaviors—as well as working in inpatient crisis stabilization settings for both adolescents and adults.
Founder of All 1 Family, Inc.
Abeke is the founder of All 1 Family, Inc., a nonprofit community mental health organization based in Atlanta, GA. The organization is dedicated to supporting the mental wellness of LGBTQ+ individuals—especially people of color—by offering a safe, affirming space for clients to explore their identities and experiences with the support of culturally competent therapists. All 1 Family provides low-cost counseling services, including individual, family, group, and couples therapy. The clinicians—many of whom identify as LGBTQ+ or allies of color—bring lived experience and deep empathy to their work.
Founder’s Statement
“While working across inpatient and community-based mental health settings—providing crisis intervention, assessments, and psychotherapy—I noticed a troubling pattern: many LGBTQ+ individuals were seeking support but struggled to find providers who were affirming, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. This gap often led individuals to delay or forgo much-needed care. All 1 Family was born from the belief that everyone deserves a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported.”

Hi, I’m a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience supporting adults through life’s most overwhelming and uncertain moments. Whether you’re feeling stuck in anxiety or depression; struggling with unresolved trauma; navigating grief; or facing challenges related to ADHD, low self-worth, or major life changes, know that you don’t have to face it alone.
I believe therapy should be more than just a space to talk: it should be a space to grow. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. You are the expert in your life, and I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner strengths, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we’ll work toward goals that are meaningful to you; whether that’s building healthier coping skills, understanding your story, or creating more balance and connection in your life.
My style is warm, engaged, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I view therapy as a partnership rooted in trust, honesty, and hope. Healing looks different for everyone; and whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone.
If you're ready to begin your journey, I’m here to walk beside you. Let’s take that first step together.
As a military daughter, sister, and granddaughter, I have experienced firsthand the unique challenges that come with military life. My family was stationed at Fort Stewart before we settled in Statesboro. I went on to complete my undergraduate degree in Child Psychology at Kaplan University and earned my Master's in Counseling from Wake Forest University. Since 2016, I have dedicated my career to working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I achieved my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in 2021. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. I specialize in addressing issues such as depression, ADHD, stress, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, children's mental/behavioral health, military and veteran support, family relationships, grief and bereavement, anxiety, and anger management.
When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative approach. I strive to understand each client's unique story and work together to develop personalized strategies that promote healing and growth. Whether you are dealing with stress, navigating family dynamics, or seeking support for yourself, your child or teen, I am here to help.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I use dogs in my office while doing therapy. Please schedule telehealth or advise in advance if you are not comfortable in an office with animals. They do provide therapeutic support to clients and have been part of my practice for some time. I hold licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida and specialty certification as a Certified Advanced Drug & Alcohol Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am a firm believer in everything that happens creates the person. I am a whole life counselor and work with people to explore what it would take to move past the difficult times in life.
I take the time to get to know my clients and have many clients who have been with me for years. That doesn't mean someone will see me every week for the rest of their life. It means client know I am available when they have need. I do have clients who have seen me weekly for years not because they are dependent on me but because they have found benefit in processing their life regularly.
I have had a successful personal practice for years and can offer clients the space and reverence to unpack the most unpleasant things to reorder them in a way they no longer can cause harm as they once did. There is no perfect childhood and it is likely families do the best they can and it may not have filled the needs of their child.
I am happy to take as much time as needed to work through the problem as you understand it.
Hello!

I also hold post-graduate certificates in Gerontology, and Palliative/End of Life Care. I am pursuing my doctorate in social work in a program through Kutztown University.
I believe in building a solid therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy and respect using a variety of techniques, and building from a strengths-based perspective to help foster understanding, coping and change. My eclectic therapeutic techniques often include CBT, transformational and psychodynamic approaches, individualized in relation to each client’s need and provided through a trauma informed lens. I am a LCSW with 20 years of experience working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, burnout and other mental health issues. I help identify root issues and work with my clients to better understand their therapeutic goals. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing challenges in their lives or relationships. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and positive change and I am here to support you on your journey towards greater emotional well-being and fulfillment.
Cynthia Rose has 20 years of experience working within the mental health field in the US and Europe. She has extensive experience treating mental health and substance abuse issues in jail and probation populations, domestic violence offenders, active and retired military personnel, and emergency mental health providers. She is an LMFT, is certified in DBT and is trained in EMDR as well as other modalities that can help.
Do you feel overwhelmed these days? Are you constantly trying to strike a balance between the demands of work and parenting or co-parenting, while also managing your health, housework, and perhaps other demands? In your family, does the caretaking always fall to you? Are you experiencing depression and anxiety in reaction to either a past trauma and/or burnout from stress? I work with women who are experiencing what I like to call "multiple-role fatigue". I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma-related stress disorders common to women who face an ever-mounting load of responsibilities in a complex society, where being a mother or a caretaker often comes with diverse challenges and responsibilities. I also like to work with clients on their recovery from trauma. With this in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.
I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I focus on parental needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also support people with autism and learning disabilities, using approaches like somatic interventions, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and attachment-based therapy. My goal is to create a safe, client-centered space where each person’s unique needs are honored throughout their healing journey.
Hi! My name is Ivy and I'm an LCSW with a masters in social work from Columbia University. I've studied several different methods of psychotherapy and pull from all of them the information and skills that can benefit my clients. My specialty is working with adults who are experiencing feelings of anxiety that are negatively impacting their life. The anxiety can be caused by a situation they are managing or a general pattern of coping that makes them uncomfortable. Quite often they are experiencing other issues such as low self-esteem, trauma, or an inability to reach a desired goal. By helping them understand where their negative feelings are coming from, and providing information and the skills to manage them, I can help them feel better.
Welcome!
My name is Angie Hamilton and I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist.
Are you tired of life weighing you down? Do you want to get un-stuck? Do you keep repeating the same mistakes?
I specialize in anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-esteem issues, and also addictions. I use traditional psycho-analytic techniques to get to the bottom of the issues to the root causes. They say it will feel worse before it gets better, but I promise you it is well worth it, and YOU are worth it.
I'm honest and will give you a clear view of what I see is going on! I believe healing is found in the truth.

Hello, I am Juliet
Are you at the point where you know something has to change?
I help adults cope with the challenges of being a caregiver while struggling with anxiety and depression, teaching you techniques that will allow you to realize your strengths and maximize your potential. The fact that so many of us work to make ends meet or support our passions, along with juggling family life and work responsibilities, leaves us feeling overwhelmed. This roller coaster ride of caregiving may seem endless. Know that you are not alone; caregivers can feel overwhelmed with grief, racing thoughts, on edge, or stagnant and need a soft guide to help them move through the Journey.
My services come with a unique approach to telehealth therapy. The decision to seek help takes courage, and I want to support you in rebuilding your sense of self and the world around you. Perhaps you feel disconnected from the life you want or overwhelmed with the day-to-day aspects of being a parent, spouse, or caretaker. By working with you, I want to help you identify the areas of your life that are troubling you and help you improve your self-awareness, grow as a person, and regain your self-confidence.
Now is the time to take the first step toward change. Let's talk!
